First i place the order and after 15 minutes i received a call from mc donald's and they said we are cancelling the order thank you.
My payment was successful rs326.
Firstly they cancelled the order and then i m one who is getting the late refund (6-7) working days.
If they don't want to take the order they why the hell they accept payments.
Be aware of this fraud scam company process.
Their staff always have an issue with my order. If i order in advance 11.30pm then they will start calling from 10.00pm, they say sir we don't have delivery person can i send your order now. Then they will force you to cancel the order by calling you and telling you we don't have delivery person.
Similarly, customer support executive too are not cooperative.
In my case, i didn't cancel the order and my money is successfully paid but still i m the one who is waiting for the refund. Fair enough

    I purchase 9 mc aloo with cheese tikki which amount is total 656.96 rs. With 5% gst. But when i am asked for cary bag at that time employee of the mc donalds branch located at relince mega mall, udhna darwajarefused me for that and said for take token for cary bag, my order no. 160 on date of 09th november 2019 at 16:35:33pm, carybag order no:271 on date of 09th november 2019 at 16:52:11pm. As per my knowladge company didn't take money for cary bag when customer purchase material from them. But here i pay 9₹ for paper cary bag which all photo and vidio i was attached.

    The McSwirl Cone I ordered today had ice cream only at the top and the cone was completely hollow from inside. Upon enquiring, I was told that the ice cream is always only at the top and the cone is always hollow.

      First of all i love mcdonals’s food and every time i eat it but,
      I went to this restaurant and i ordered some food like mcspicy burger meal. When my order was read and i took it.. The game me the some different burger.. And i cannot complain because it was his mistake he gave me the bill writhing that burger.. But its ok then i took it and didnt made nay big issue.. But still he was being rude with me.. The whole restaurant was empty.. Only there were staff.. And when i tried to complain about him with other staff members.. There were also being soo rude and misbehaving..

          I have observed that almost all centres in bangalore have an issue with desserts. They either have no desserts almost every time or they accept orders and tell they have problems with the machine. Even there is no breakfast menu at certain mc donald’s centres across bengaluru. Please take concern about the above mentioned issue as soon as possible. Thank you!! Please maintain quality service of the brand. We love it!!

            About 5 pm on 23/10/19, ordered a medium capachino from the lulu mall facility at kochi for take away. The girl at the counter sold me a cup cake too. I had told her that i want to leave fast and hence the take away. Even after standing at the coffee counter for 12 minutes, the boy and the girl were not even responding to my request that i need the coffee very hot even though there very less customers. Went to the counter to inform this. Was not of much help. The boy scruffy told me that you have to wait without even looking towards me. As my wife was waiting outside, ready to leave for home. 15 minutes at the coffee counter is too much of a wait for a cup of coffee. Very indifferent attitude. Gave the bill back to the girl at the counter and left, an angry customer. Very unusual attitude at a mcdonald’s facility. The bill number was 133, i guess

                First payment attempt of rs. 785 was failed, i was asked to pay again, this time, one zero extra was added. I am attaching a snapshot from my card statement, its rs.7850 charged. Please track to this transaction and help me settle the extra amount taken from me.

                  I had ordered 4 items from mcdonald's, thakur village, kandivali east, mumbai - 400101, through zomato.
                  I had ordered large french fries which i very well remember i paid ₹108 for. When i recieved it, it had small size french fries.
                  I called up mcdonalds but they blamed zomato for it.
                  Zomato claims that they are not responsible since both (Mcdonald's and zomato) recieve the order and they didn't check the order well. While zomato guys are not allowed to check by themselves. Mcdonald's people once said they'll give a replacement once the delivery guy comes. And i have been waiting for 3 hours. I haven't received anything yet.
                  Since then i am constantly calling mcdonald's but they aren't picking up my call.
                  I don't know what to do.

                    I ordered a mcsaver meal and you guys sent me a cold god damn burger and your bloody burger had pebbles in it which is bloody unacceptable i had to spit out my bite just because you careless # didn’t make the burger properly. I want immediate action to be taken because mcdonalds is a wel reputed brand and if india can’t handle give the damn franchise back. # hell one job you people can’t do properly.                       This is to inform you that mcdonald’s is not giving fresh burgers. There is no hospitality. Today i waited for 15 mins to place my oder from drive through. The guy was busy counting money and the guy was busy asking his manager for change. They wasted my time. I have traveled almost whole world. I have never seen this behaviour in any mcdonald’s. There is no management in this mcdonald’s.

                        This happens in mcd outlet in nirmals lifestyle mulund, there's a cashier named atul who took my order which was a mcveggie meal med and mcchicken burger and 9 pcs nuggets during this he said we will get a coke free. And the bill comes to rs-474.98. I knew that the guy is a cheat as this was happening with me twice so i checked my bill and there was an additional charge of rs-24 which is not big amount however but this is a wrong practice. Hence i asked the manager amol and discuss the same with him my money was refunded howver this is happened to be twice from the same guy.                         Tried calling a branch for food delivery and was asked to call the customer care, after doing that the rude agent "Sunny Ghonge" didn't take my order, when asked that I wanted to "complain" I was denied so, he said he was speaking to his senior .. absolutely crappy service, you guys should be ashamed of yourself .                           This evening i visited mcdonald's at madhapur, hyderabad. I ordered some stuff to go, out of which two were spicy chicken burgers/sandwiches. After coming home, i gave sandwich to my daughter, she started eating and then she said "mom, this looks so weird, not stiff to hold, the color is different, it does not look like cooked at all." i said, "it is not possible for them to give uncooked chicken, don't worry it may be just the color." she didn't believe in me, so she put it away. Later when i started eating my sandwich, exactly it is the same thing as what my daughter has described about. The chicken was totally uncooked. It was just that, they rolled the raw chicken in the bread crumbs and roasted until the bread got dark. That's it. They never bothered to see if the chicken got cooked properly or not.

                          I called and talked to the store manager, explained him about the uncooked chicken sandwich. He said, "there are some new people working", i told him that is not an excuse to kill people". I also advised to him not to sell those sandwiches any more until he checks that the chicken is properly cooked.

                          This is all mess, not acceptable. Please, make sure the mcdonalds supplies quality stuff. This is serious, please take action soon, otherwise people can fall sick and die.

                            I went to thane kapurbadi mc donald’s and ordered for one hot chocolate and some snacks and did the payment with my card and got a payment success on my mobile of 293 rs and than the manager told me we didn’t got success so will do it again and again he charged me 293 and again i got the message from my bank hdfc. When i asked what about the previous order they told me you will get a money back but when asked to bank they told me u need to fill a form because payment already been made, that had happened on 21st september in the night i have the complaint no. From the bank also.
                            This is not at all acceptable i[censored]r merchant machine is not good why i pay twice the same amount. Also the quality of hot chocolate is not so good compared to starbucks.
                            Please give my refund of 293 inr.
                            I’m a working professional so don’t have time to do all these form filling. I’ll appreciate ur support.

                              Yesterday me and my friend visited mcdonald at manthri mall bangalore. They charged very high and the food which was in the bill was not served to us. When i argued for 2 to 3 times they asked me how many times do you ask? The workers are so rude and they don't have respect on customers. We also visited same mcdonald's day before yesterday but then they charged rs560 for the same but yesterday they charged 680 for the same but they are not ready to give actual service which is in the bill. They speak so rude with customers. How dare they speak like that?

                                I paid 365rs on 30th august from upi id. My money got debited from my bank account but i didn't receive any acknowledgement from mac d. On contacting them they said it's a server problem and they will refund the money in 7 working days. It has been 20 days now and still o actions have taken. I tired of emailing the feedback team constantly but not even for once they cared enough to reply to me. Even the customer care is of no help. I want my refund as soon as possible

                                  Hi,
                                  I went to mcdonald's which is located in cp n block outer circle in delhi, i asked for 1 mcaloo tikki burger with swap sauce habanero, and they said that swaping sauce is now chargeable.. So what they did is they punch add tom mayo in aloo tikki burger and swap sauce at the same time... So the price of one mcaloo tikki is now costing me rs. 58 with only one shot of habanero sauce.. Either the restaurant manager said that if you'll go to any mcdonalds in cp you have to pay extra for swaping sauce... Although they dont even have the right punching key for chargeable swaping sauce...

                                    I received raw half cooked chicken in chicken burger also chicken wan not cleaned properly & can see blood stains in it. I have all photograph as proof. Also didn't get any resolution from swiggy as well as mcdonald's. When asked for complaint register was given a single paper by taking printout that too after 5 mins when asked for old complaints after 10-15 mins was given file with just 2 complaints in it this looked fishy to me.

                                      Mantra mall, attapur.
                                      People go to mcdonald's for burgers. That's what its famous for, i am from the states live in chicago. And i dont think i would ever be this disappointing as i was today.
                                      Today in hyderabad i went to mantra mall where i spotted mcdonald's.. I went there to order a mc'chicken burger. But i was told "sorry ma'am we don't have burgers available as the bun machine is not working. We have nuggets and fries."
                                      I asked them why are you open their reply was ma'am "hum fries aur nuggets toh bechre na" trans - (We are selling fries and nuggets!)

                                      Horrible experience. I am complaining about it here. And i will make sure i complain about this in america too.

                                        Regular customer of patiala mcdonalds keep visiting in 3 to 4 times in a week
                                        But from when your female manager mandeep kaur is on shift my experience is bad every time i visits you, she shouts on everybody her attitude and way of talking is not as per standards. If we want help from her she doesn't listen to us she keep blaiming our side. We wan't to talk about to their senior but your other peoples told us that she is the only one senior present at this time in restaurant. One day i requested her to serve on table she refused and said self service in front of 10 customera i feel so bad. However one day we visit restaurant in evening i order for chicken maharaja they requested me to take seat and they serve food on table they treat us with respect, serves fresh food managers also shows intrest to talk with us and take a picture with us. Whereas your female manager yells on me its not one or 2 times its about more than the 7 times. Hope you will look upon my complaint and take strict action as of now we dont like to visit you in morning and prefer kfc or burger king please look into the matter.
