I came to mcdonald ashram road ahmedabad branch and ms. Gazala shaikh has attended me at cash counter she didn't ask me for eat in or take away she behave me very rudely she throw money to me and walk away..

    It seems that mcdonald india doesnt care about it customers. Customer satisfaction rating is only 2%. Out of 739 complaints, only 13 have been resolved.

      I went on macdonald cafe, deepkamal mall, sarthana surat 395006. And ordered some food but at the of receiving order they didn't let us to sit on table and told us to get out side of cafe without any reason even some people were eating in that cafe and there were so much spaces available and most of tables were empty. When we asked them for reason they told us to there is no reason and behaved rudely. Even they used some absurd words (Galiya) to my father and friends they pushed us from out side of cafe without any reason. I told them to do complaint about them but they weren't afraid of that. One person told us that do whatever we want. And canceled my order when i put some argument infront of them.

        On 1st july morning 9.04am inside indra gandhi airpot terminal 3, cp mc donald, i paid twice for my burger but didn’t confirmed by your sidebut my amount debited then i swipe my card for my meal and they said you will refund within 7 days but its been more then a month a didn’t received yet

          1)Refer order number [protected] ([protected]) from Fun republic mall, Lohia Path, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow - 226010, state code - 09
          2) The delivery of said order was very poor as the two medium cokes which were delivered were almost empty due to spill out
          3) when raised this matter with manager of above restaurant, he said packaging is done like this only
          4) request to take strict action otherwise gradually McDonald India will start loosing it's customers
          5) I am raising this matter on social platforms

            double charge for a transaction

            Hi, i went to connaught plaza drive thru in sector 49, gurgaon, i paid rs 150.16 via bhim upi, money got deducted but restearant manager said not received and then said that i will receive the money back in 30 min which i never received. I also paid him extra after that.

            I need my refund asap.

              Hi,

              I have placed order of rupees 295 from McDonald's app today[protected] and made a payment using olamoney, the transaction was successful and i do received confirmation from payment gateway but the order didn't placed and the page in app got stuck and after coming back the items were still in the cart.                 Hello

                I bought a mc puff from the gotri branch, vadodara, gujarat and i found a piece of plastic in it, before taking a bite i saw something unusual and when i pulled it out from the stuffing, it was a piece of plastic. Such an irresponsible behaviour it is.

                      Last saturday i visited mcdonald’s and ordered items for an amount of 414.98. I used my card for transaction and amount got deducted but they told me transaction declined. But we argued with them since cash is deducted and they told its happens normally and cash will be credited to my account, but no response yet.
