I’ve ordered on mcdonald’s delivery app and i confirmed my order. Thay haven’t delivery boy and i had to go to store and took away. They didn’t provide me service of delivery but they still took delivery charges

          This is a complaint against the mcdonalds franchise in vijaywada. I have ordered fried chicken and a burger yesterday.. It has been an hour and the food was still 'being prepared', so i cancelled the order. I placed an order today and i recieved the order in less than 30-40 minutes from placing it. I had my suspicion only to find out that i recieved re-fried chicken from yesterday. Dark brown and clearly over-fried. I am pretty sure my chicken was from yesterday. Why use cheap tactics like this and risk a delivery drivers health and a customer's amid a pandemic like this? Don't you have any concern for the customer's health?

            The message above dated on the 8th of March 2020 was sent my the respective McDonald's store after the cancellation of the order, but the money still hasn't been refunded even after repeated follow ups.
            I would like the store to refund the amount as soon as possible.

              Dear sir
              There is an outlet of mcdonalds in chandni chowk addres is - 1888-89 kumar theatre chandni chowk road bhagirath palace delhi-6.
              My concern is that the garbage that is all collected in your outlet is been collected in a box that is illegaly kept at the backside of your outlet which faces many offices. The garbage is being unhygienically handled by the staff and it stings all the time with the horrible smell and flies all over it the garbage liquid keeps dropping from the box making it unbearable to sit in our offices.
              No member of this mcdonalds outlet pays proper attention to it. Its giving birth to mosquitoes the water from garbage pile up outside the huge container and god knows it would be spreading many diseases in its surroundings afew days ago i bought this matter to the manager of the outlet but he had been taking up no intrest in that to remove the container in which they store all garbage.

              I hope you would be taking the action to remove the huge garbage container as the time is already very crucial due to coronavirus pandemic otherwise i would have to approach higher authorities for taking legal action

                Hi,
                On 14.03.2019 i visited your branch with my two kids and husband. During the time of corona i was expecting the restaurant to have atleast a sanitiser in the shop. But nothing to avail. One staff was wearing a mask and while he was taking coffee, he put it down. The staff at the counter was later seen to be giving “handshake” with a visitor/customer in the store and he himself was serving the food and disposing off the waste.
                I will not come back to the store as no sanitisation facility or even a minimum protocol to avoid handshake wasn’t followed. I do not know how irresponsible the staff of such an international brand have.
                Secondly, my kids below 10 year old love to have happy meal. But i noticed the meal comes with only aerated drinks. I suggest you to help kids have better food habit by giving an option to have ice tea or even some milk based drink rather than giving aerated drinks which are bad for their health.

                Mr Sudhir ur employee in Hiranandani Estate Thane is highly irresponsible and rude. Although repeated I ordered my drinks without ice he kept denying and at the end gave berry punch with lotsa ice. The staff overall seemed lost. I usually visit here but this time I was disappointed

                  Just a sugarless black tea is not english breakfast. It's black tea only. Insult to injury is when u sell it for an exorbitant price. It's not prudent to fool a customer like that.
                  When asked about it at restaurant, the employee made further mockery by beginning to explain the ingredients and making process. The restaurant number i called is: [protected], ground floor, ostwal orbit kanakya, mira bhayandar rd.

                    I would like to share the worst experience which i have faced today. Frequently i visit the mcdonald's because of taste but the situation today i faced it's really bad. Today i went to the mcdonald's branch at sector 14 dwarka new delhi. I ordered 5 mc alloo tikki and 5 mc puff and i given him rs 500 note but unfortunately the guy clearly denied to take that note because of something written on that which i recently withdrew from the atm machine, he also consulted with the manager her name is:- nupur and same response i received. Now please tell me is that my fault how could you denied to accept the currency. The situation which i faced today is really embarrassing for me. I will definitely escalate this issue if you don't take appropriate action.

                    I have faced this issue many a times. The note dispensed by the ATM machine has something scribbled on it and now on one will accept the note from you. Even if you go to the bank they also refuse to exchange it stating that notes with some scribble on it are not a valid tender!

                    I solve this problem my transferring the issue back to the bank.

                    I put it in ATM Cash deposit machine and put it back into my account. The machine can detect soiled notes but not the ones with something scribbled on it in the white area.

                    Sadly banks do not accept such notes even though there's no such mandate from the RBI.
                    This is a rule created by all banks for their convenience and nothing else.

                              So on 12th feb i went to mcdonald’s db mall bhopal today and i orderd one fillet of fish meal and the mc spicy chicken burger and when i get order i eat mcspicy chicken first and i didn’t eat or notice the french fries and when i finished my burger and then i start eating french fries i saw it the fries were completely burn and only some of the fries were ok but rest of it was burned so i am giving you the photos of the bill which i ordered and the fries burnt as you can see the fries is completely burnt so this fries should we give to customer and this french fries did all mcdonald’s outlet sell and give to customer in home also we did not make this type of burnt fries in home when we bought the frozen one or the fresh one. And even any other burger king or kfc or any other so pls because i don’t think that this kind fries should serve in mcdonald’s because the mcdonald’s is known for french fries because i am eating french fries of mcdonald’s since when i was in school. And i have complaint this on 12th feb throug mail to mcdonald’s india but i didn’t get any reply till date i don’t know why they ignoring this thing and see i have the photos of the burning fries and bad fries and the bill and photo of mail

                                  I am a frequent visitor in the mcdonalds outlet in edachira (Hardcast restaurants pvt ltd, cochin infopark kakkanad, shop no.9/418a1, mukkadan grand central, edachira road, ernakulam, kakkanad, cochin, kerala).

                                  Today (16th feb 2020) i had a very bad experience while i visited the above mentioned outlet.

                                  I ordered for veg-meals combo and paid in cash. The bill showed rs.200 and i gave a rs.500 note. Ideally i should get balance change of rs.300. Instead he gave me balance change of rs.200 only. When i asked him about the rs.100 balance, he said that is additional gst charges. I was not convinced by the explanation he gave. After my order came, i again went upto another crew and asked him to explain to me how the gst calculation is done as it is not making sense to me that a rs.200 bill will have additional rs.100 gst charges which is no where mentioned in the bill. (Attached the bill)

                                  This crew member called the person who took my order and asked him why he gave me only rs.200 balance and his reply surprised me. He said 'he forgot to give me balance of rs.100'. I was surprised because i had a conversation with him (When he gave me that rs.200 in the billing counter) regarding the rs.100 balance and his reason was it is gst charges. And when the other crew member questioned him, he said he forgot to give me rs.100 change. How can he forget when it is clearly mentioned in the bill that rs.300 is the balance amount and i also asked him to recheck the balance amount when he gave me only rs.200 balance in the billing counter. He had a convincing reason that it is gst charges. It in no way looked like he had any confusion.

                                  The conclusion i got after that is - he simply lied to me. And when he understood he will be caught, he gave the excuse of forgetting to give me rs.100. He did not look apologetic nor did he apologise.

                                  This was the first time i walked into this mcd and paid in cash. And this is the worst experience ever. Though this is a first time experience for me, there are many who did share similar experience from that same outlet when i shared mine. This has tempted me to register a complain.

                                  I would also like to highlight here one other case which happened in mcdonalds outlet in lulu mall kochi. They have a separate billing area (Take-away) for ice-creams. And only cash is accepted there. As they have very fancy amounts as cost for each ice cream, it will mostly never add up in round off figures (Eg. Rs48, rs, 97...). So if you give rs.50 or rs.100 as cash, they don't give you balance rs.2 or rs.3. They give the excuse that they don't have change. Even if you give change to them for your billing, they still don't give any change to the next customer. I am sure they make a good amount by going like this as this is one of the busiest outlets as it is in lulu mall.

                                  They are exploiting people who are paying in cash in the counter by giving such excuses like additional gst charges, no change, etc. These are clear cut case of fraud and it is not expected from such a reputed company like mcdonald's.

                                  The amounts might be very small but the impact that it creates in the minds of the customers are huge. I would never wish to visit these two outlets again coz of their poor customer relationships. This is a very unexpected behaviour. It will surely hamper mc donald's reputation in the long run.

                                    I placed an order of mcaloi tikki burger. Everything was nice but then i noticed that the bun of that burger is changed from earlier one. I thought this is no big deal but when i ate it, i do not like the bun at all. It was too dry and it has a bad flavour. It was interfering the taste of all good elements of it. The earlier bun was much better but the only flaw in that is absence of sesame seeds. I hope you got what i wanted to say. I hope from you to change your bun as soon as possible.

                                      On the 3rd february, at 12am at mcdonald's - helmet crossroad, ahmedabad. I paid for my meal using gpay. The worker told me the connection had timed out and hence the monwy wont go to theor account. He made me pay again. He ensured me that the first transaction will get canceled and the money will come back within a week. It has been a week and i have been charged twice for the same meal.

                                      On the 15 february, at 11:45 am at mcdonald's laxmi nagar at v3s mall. I paid for my meal using gpay. The worker told me the connection had timed out and hence the money won't go to their account. He made me pay again.                                         On 23/1/2020 i ordered online for 334rs. And store person callsback and cancels the order my money got debit from phonepe app again i tried and again 334rs. Got debited and same issue he calls and cancels the order i[censored] call customer care they said 7-8days money will refund till date the money has not refunded please refund/and resolve the issue...
