Dear Team

I had visited the Mc Donald's restaurant Janak Palace, R1, Janakpuri District Center, Janakpuri, New Delhi, Delhi 110058 on October 9th May 2019.

And ordered a meal (2 McAloo Tikki, 1 Cold Drink, 1 Medium Fries & 2 McPuff ) and payment has been made via debit card for Rs289 but your Executive give me wrong meal (2 McAloo Tikki, 1 Cold Drink, 1 Medium Fries & 2 McEgg Tikki) ).

They have made me to go for a another order with first being cancelled. They have informed me the payment will be refunded and given me a void sale bill

But till now no payment has been made it’s been 10 days now

    In north india there are so many fake mc donald oulets are running and cheating with the customers by the name of mc donald. I am your genuine customer and this is my duty to inform you that there are so many fake outlets are working and making profit by using mc donald’s name and delivering pathetic food.in lucknow, varanasi both the place has fake mc donald’s outlets.

      I order my meal usually at McD Maraimalai nagar outlet which is near SRM college, kattangulathur. Whenever, i order my food, the working staffs keeps cancelling saying delivery person not available. Last one month my order got cancelled nearly 3 to 4 times. For the last order still i did not get my money refunded. You have a multinational organization but it is painfull to see that you don't have a delivery person available. if the delivery boy not available atleast you should have kept the Mcdelivery app inactive but after ordering and paying the money, the order gets cancelled and money also doesn't get refunded. Sometimes even if they deliver, they don't provide the food we ordered and the working staffs are forgetful most of the times. They don't provide sauce packets, straws, tissue papers and they don't even delivery the sides we have ordered. The quantify and the quality of food has also gone down. Your service has become worse and i am extremely unsatisfied. If this matter is not resolved then i may have to look into other sources to solve this.

        Its very bad experiance with l & t knowledge city branch, vadodara. I paid with paytm rs.486 but they told his barcode was expired so generate new one and told to paid again. And also told that first transaction was not complete so it will refund.

        Also one more thing.. Because of they are in hurry to change their shift he forgot to gave me 1 lrg. Crunch flurry also.
        Me and my wife there for celebration our anniversary so we also forgot to see our order is complete or not but staff also not check and put my order complete on table.

          I placed an order from MacDonald's through MacDonald's app and the payment was done through paytm. The order was cancelled by the restaurant because of roadwork, but no refund was initiated. When I contacted MacDonald's they said I'd have to contact paytm to initiate the refund, despite there being no fault on my side in this matter. After requesting help from paytm they asked me to provide proof for the cancellation of the order.

          They didnt even take a look at the screenshot I attached in the first place (the one sent over by MacDonald's executive as the proof of cancellation). Even after sending the mssg for a second time, they responded saying that they would get in touch with MacDonald's executives and then initiate the refund ..

          However when I logged back into paytm, then chat history was completely erased leaving me with no proof of conversation with the paytm executives and no updates regarding the status of my refund.

          Neither MacDonald's executives are responding now, nor the paytm ones...

            Dear sir,

            This is with reference to the chargeable ketchup of just a rupee, being such a renowned company with a huge market share in the indian food industry, charging money for ketchup is not a commendable thing for the company as a whole if the same are complimentary in small shops or cafes without the quantity being a bar for the same. Its a small thing which creates a big question mark on the name of the company which is listed on the new york stock exchange and is known for its quality and reasonable prices of its products.

            You are requested to kindly clarify the same to me the reason for charging extra money for the ketchup or either change the system.

              It was around 10:00 on april, 17, 2019, when i ordered from mcd online. Mcd recieved my order and even i paid for the order. I recieved the following message, '
              Your mcdelivery order no. Mlm-dl[protected] for rs. 330 & is scheduled for[protected] and time 22:53 pm & will be delivered from mantri mall, malleshwaram". I have not received the refund and since mcd accepted my order i did not ordered anywhere also i have to sleep hungry today's because of this incident.

                This is to bring to your kind notice that in your phoenix lower parel outlet you are charging more for burgers.

                Attached are the bills for your ready reference, tried calling your lower parel outlet on[protected] / [protected] but no one answers the calls.

                Rate of mc chicken with cheese on 13.04.19 at borivali outlet is rs 130.00 with taxes and rate at your phoenix lower parel outlet is rs 106.00 including taxes why is so.

                It's not the question of rs 3/- but considering overall business yo9u will make cores in a year.

                    I am a regular customer of mcdonald's. My last 2 order's delivery has been very disappointing!. Both of my previous 2 orders were 50 minutes late!, and on top of it was all cold! And even the food was not upto the mark!. I dont know what has happened to quality, standard and punctuality of mcdonald's!. I am utterly disappointed!!. And i am given the excuse that my order was supposed to be delivered from some other place n so on!. This barbaric and totally ridiculous. I had never expected this from mcdonald's!.. I did not complain on d previous order!.. But now its second consecutive time!.. Mistakes are not made twice. Is it choice of mcdonald's to trouble its customers.                     Hi team,
                    Yesterday on 20th April me and my wife had mac chicken burger at Mac D Hinjewadi pune, it was tasty slighty bitter and rotten, but ate it half and got food poisoning. We both did vomiting at that night and I m still unwell.
                    This is completely unacceptable and would like to go with legal complain.

                          In the first, we found french fries very raw and very bitter. This compliant with the crow member
                          And they changed our french fries and we got new french fries and the manager given the french fries on our table like we are keeping that french fries free. And said that the former french fries were absolutely fine. And began to argue with us and started to say that my name is this, do whatever it is to do. His name (Yogesh)

                          My complaint has been over 1 month but I have not received any response yet, I will no longer come to the Macdonald restaurant with my friend and family.

                          Burger King is very good restaurants as compare with McDonald's, it is many times better than McDonald's Hospitality Inn.

                          An extra payment of Rupees 1924 has been done at McDonald's Maneshar highway at exactly 03:34 am.

                          The card was taken out by the agent while it was making the transaction.

                          Kindly refund the money as I also paid the money in cash.

                            We had ordered four mac maharaja regular meals. Which had burger, french fries and coke we had also ordered two mcflurry with the same. As soon as i ate half of the mcflurry i found a plastic / fiber kind of w ring inside mcflury which black in color. I would like take action and warn the quality of big food gaint mc donald to provide good quality food. I also would file a case if something wrong with my health.                               I had given a food order of a COMBOMEAL for 03 persons consisting of “Chicken Maharaja, “French fries” and “Cold drinks” at McDonald Shop of Junction Mall, Durgapur, West Bengal on 17.03.2018 at 09.30 pm. In addition to that I had ordered extra 03 MaC Eggs. When I had categorically asked that whether I needed to pay extra money for cane cokes (Cold drinks), the sales boy in the counter replied that no extra money would be required.

                              The sales boy delivered me 03 “Chicken Maharaja, 03 packets of “Ffrench fries”, 03 “cane cokes” and 03 “Mac eggs” against a bill of Rs. 1, 039/- (the scan copy of the bill is enclosed herewith for reference) which is far more than the COMBOMEAL for 03 persons without properly informing me. Even the bill amont is more than the seperate bill of each meal. Taking the oppurtunity of lack of knowledge of the customers like me, the sales boys make exagarated bills without explaining us properly which is not expected from a world renouned multinational company like McDonald.

                              I would like to request to higher authority of McDonald to look into the matter seriously for intentionally exagarating the bill without properly expalaining to the customer and refund me the extra amont of money, deducting the proper amount. Moreover, please explain why Rs.132/- has been charged for 03 Mac Eggs. Otherwise, this kind of activity will severely damage the trust of McDonald.

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                On 8th march at 18:40 i visited mcdonald's i proceeded to pay the amount of rs 616 after placing my order. I paid by card and even got an email and sms from my bank showing that the amount has been deducted. But the employee there canceled the transaction since it was taking too much time and asked me to pay again. After showing him the sms and the email he got very defensive and called 2 more employees. I explained to each one of them my concerns of the amount being deducted from my account. They told me it was the banks fault and not theirs and behaved quiet rudely especially the employee named anup or anuj. Later i asked to speak to the manager their but was refused saying its just us. Only after mr joabir could i have a civil conversation.
                                I have always considered mcdonald's as a great brand with excellent brand value but after this unfortunate experience i do not anymore. My request would be to please train the employees to be respectful and mannered while dealing with the customers especially in a highly competitive place like balewadi high street. Due to this behavior i was forced to go to starbucks instead and would suggest the same to everyone if not resolved. I thought the management should know before igo to social networking sites (Twitter).

                                The staff at Daryaganj branch, Delhi is very arrogant and non cooperative. It seems like they think they are Superior and intelligent especially their head. He thinks the costumers are illiterate and have a backward background.

                                  I had done two transactions and still they asked me to pay 590 twice. It was done as on sunday 3rd march.2019. The manager name is nandini. It was at paladi ahmedabad. Request you to please refund my amount and it was done via paytym. Contact number is [protected] and jinesh. [protected]@yahoo.com. Not happy with the service. And the manager name is nandini who had given me incorrect deatils of the contact number and the escaaltion email as well. Pathetic service.

                                  I ordered Mckebab chicken wrap and spicy rice. Chicken wrap was not at all good no taste outer rap was very dry inside also not good. spicy rice was like a paste. Both items was not good in taste and not worth.

                                        My name is Anuranjan Singh. I made an order through your app and paid the money with paytm. The order got accepted and everything was great.

                                        But after 5 mins, I recieved a call that they cannot deliver as they don't have any person to deliver. He told he will cancel the order. Then, I recieved a message saying,
