Its very bad experiance with l & t knowledge city branch, vadodara. I paid with paytm rs.486 but they told his barcode was expired so generate new one and told to paid again. And also told that first transaction was not complete so it will refund.

Also one more thing.. Because of they are in hurry to change their shift he forgot to gave me 1 lrg. Crunch flurry also.
Me and my wife there for celebration our anniversary...

I placed an order from MacDonald's through MacDonald's app and the payment was done through paytm. The order was cancelled by the restaurant because of roadwork, but no refund was initiated. When I contacted MacDonald's they said I'd have to contact paytm to initiate the refund, despite there being no fault on my side in this matter. After requesting help from paytm they asked me to provide proof for the cancellation of the order.

This is with reference to the chargeable ketchup of just a rupee, being such a renowned company with a huge market share in the indian food industry, charging money for ketchup is not a commendable thing for the company as a whole if the same are complimentary in small shops or cafes without the quantity being a bar for the same. Its a small thing which creates a big question mark on the name of the company which...

It was around 10:00 on april, 17, 2019, when i ordered from mcd online. Mcd recieved my order and even i paid for the order. I recieved the following message, '
Your mcdelivery order no. Mlm-dl[protected] for rs. 330 & is scheduled for[protected] and time 22:53 pm & will be delivered from mantri mall, malleshwaram". I have not received the refund and since mcd accepted my order i did not ordered anywhere also i have to sleep...

This is to bring to your kind notice that in your phoenix lower parel outlet you are charging more for burgers.

Attached are the bills for your ready reference, tried calling your lower parel outlet on[protected] / [protected] but no one answers the calls.

Rate of mc chicken with cheese on 13.04.19 at borivali outlet is rs 130.00 with taxes and rate at your phoenix lower parel outlet is rs 106.00 including taxes...

The refund of my 700 amount which was paid on 23rd march 2019 at mcdonald dlf mall vasant kunj new delhi. I have not received my amount yet into my bank account.
I contacted my bank but they told me that they haven't received any such amount.
I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and try to solve the issue as soon as possible.

I am a regular customer of mcdonald's. My last 2 order's delivery has been very disappointing!. Both of my previous 2 orders were 50 minutes late!, and on top of it was all cold! And even the food was not upto the mark!. I dont know what has happened to quality, standard and punctuality of mcdonald's!. I am utterly disappointed!!. And i am given the excuse that my order was supposed to be delivered from some other place n so on!. This barbaric...

On 21 of march 2019 i did one transaction of rs.208 at pune.
Money got deducted but due to some error bill was not generated.

I want to file a complaint against the macodonal manager and his name is sudarshan kumar. 22 march 2019 me and my friends went to the macodonal at 10 :30 pm and we ordered 3 macpuffs but they were denied our order. All the staff members along with manger misbehaving with us. One of them is in staff that use inappropriate and abusing words with us. Its my humble submission to you that kindly take appropriate action against the macodonal manager...

I had ordered two meal from there, one potato tikki rap, egg rap meal (Restaurant name is srs faridabad mcdonald's)
In the first, we found french fries very raw and very bitter. This compliant with the crow member
And they changed our french fries and we got new french fries and the manager given the french fries on our table like we are keeping that french fries free. And said that the former french fries were absolutely fine....

We had ordered four mac maharaja regular meals. Which had burger, french fries and coke we had also ordered two mcflurry with the same. As soon as i ate half of the mcflurry i found a plastic / fiber kind of w ring inside mcflury which black in color. I had given a food order of a COMBOMEAL for 03 persons consisting of “Chicken Maharaja, “French fries” and “Cold drinks” at McDonald Shop of Junction Mall, Durgapur, West Bengal on 17.03.2018 at 09.30 pm. Was trying to order through mcd app.
The payment mode was through phonepay. The amount got deducted from my account but the order was not placed.
I called the customer service redarding the same and said it would take 7 days to get back the amount.

Still no refunds received despite calling the customer service redarding the same....

My name is Anuranjan Singh. I made an order through your app and paid the money with paytm. The order got accepted and everything was great.

But after 5 mins, I recieved a call that they cannot deliver as they don't have any person to deliver. He told he will cancel the order. Then, I recieved a message saying,

Hi, your McDelivery order no. IOH-DL[protected] amounting to Rs.294.00 and store name Inorbit...

It's been a bad visit to opulent ghaziabad mac d. It's all due to not the organisation but due to one of employee there. Tanvi kaur-54001 was so rude and talked rubbish, not only with me but co-staff present over there.
I shall not recommend my friends for that branch. Why people over there or mac d keep such staff.. Or tender going on for misbehaving with customers.
I urge higher officials to take this on priority and ask...

I ordered french fries, chatpata naan & coke tonight at 23:05:32 at belapur, navi mumbai outlet.

When went home we found cockroach or flies in the french fries. Harsh that my wife was very eagerly waiting for mcdonald's food, which she stopped eating. After charging such a amount than other brands, mcdonald's can't give us the hygienic food....
