I had placed an order using mac donalds app on 01/12/2018 opting for bhim app to pay cash.
My money got deducted and the order never got placed.
When i contacted the customer care about the same the representative told me that due to some issue she could see the money got cut but the order wasn't placed. So i placed the same order again opting for cod.
The representative also told me i will get my refund maximum in 8 days.
Now 16 days has passed and there is no complaint registered nor any actions taken.
The numerous call made to customer care number just tells me to wait for few more days.

I went to mc donalds in gopalan archade mysore road, bangalore around 2:15 today (16/12/3018) and i was charged twice for my order (Once from my card and also she took cash saying my transaction was not going through) billing amount 472.98 inr... I dont remember exactly the bill no but it was 143 or 145.
Kindly check and refund back the amount to my account

This is to complain that, the mcdonald's spicy chicken rice bowl which we had at wanowrie mcdonald's, pune was found to be extremely stale. It was also tasting sour.
Also the mcdonald's oreo mcflurry (Large) costing rupees 88 had only about 25 ml of ice cream and half part of an oreo biscuit.
Requesting you to kindly look into this matter immedietely.

On 13-12-18 by 0:55 am i walked in mc donalds nehru place outlet, i placed an order for for mc spicy ch meal, pizza mac puff n ch maharaj mac n asked for take away. But wen i reached home i open up my maharaj mac chicken that burger was smelling very badly like some kind of rotten meat. Burger patties were over cooked single side of a patty was tottaly black. I m enclosing the picture of my mealn as well my bill. I was a very bad experciance with mc donalds, never expected from the brand like mc donalds gonna serve this kind of food. Very unprofessional.

It was such a horrible service when i ordered a meal for takeaway at 12:12 pm the order was delivered at 12:51 pm after me shouting for a cancellation. N the reason given was lost of slip.
Then when i turned around the friend fries which my kid was eating whial waiting for order was thrown by the cleaning person..
The biggest surprise was that i saw couple of buggers came in and begging while the security guard was schramm his bills n watching video on phone.
When i try call ur phone for complain no answer was given n after this i will make sure i will send this to newspaper agency

Sir maine 2 burger purchase kare v3s mall macdonald laxmi nagar delhi 92 se pr us main dekha k na us main onion hai or na hi tomato sirf lapet kr de deya ja raha hai public ko. Aisa q.
Kya hum log apki company pay nahi kr rahe hai fir public k saath dhoka q.in burger ki pics hai mere pass aur bill bhi kaho toh send bhi krdunga.
Aapse request hai is complaint ko nazar main rekhte huwe strict action lein.

I ordered american cheese supreme chicken burger.in advertisement picture, burger bread was normal mcdonald burger with white sesame seeds. But when i received the order, burger bread normal and small sized low quality burger bread. Prize was 115rs. Which is more than mcchicken burger (Comes with mcdonald burger with sesame seeds 100rs). When i enquired about it, executive said they provide these breads only. Those breads are for advertisement only. Please either picture in advertisement or provide actual burger as presented in picture.

My order was for chickan maharaja meal. When i opened meal in my office (3 kms from your resturant) - received mc veggie instead of chicken maharaja.

I had no alternative but to eat whatever given by your staff.

So now what to do for this mistake?

I had placed an order through the mcdonald's delivery app and the mode of payment was online. The amount of 236rs was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. This is the second time that is happening with me. Last time i had to call 5 times at customer service center to get my refund back.
I request you to resolve the technical issue that your app is facing and also refund my money back asap.

Hi team mcdonald,

I visited your recently opened store in akshay nagar (Bangalore -560068) on the day of opening of outlet. I wanted to enquire about the place for my daughter birthday. Staff shown me the place and i spoke with the store manager named shubhansh and enquired him that do i have to pay any advance to block the place and he informed that it is not required and booking is confirmed.

Today when we went there to ask for the arrangements he informed that the place is already booked and he cannot do anything. When asked that he confirmed the booking with us, he is saying that it was on the day of opening and he do not remember anything and refused the booking.

I have invited all my guests for the party with your store as location. This is so embarrassing for me now to find out other location for my daughter birthday.

If you cannot provide service or stand on your words i do not think that you should be opening outlets just like that.

I hope you guys will take some action on it.

Today 24 nov, 2018 i visited r city ghatkopar mcdonald's and order large oreo mcflurry and large french fries but order i received in very less quantity which is equivalent to medium quantity. I visited many outlet of mcdonald but this/some of the outlet provides inappropriate quantity and many customers doesn't know about this. I need your team need to visit and take strick action on such outlets.

I bought three mc aloo tikki burger from huda city centre outlet of McDonald’s, Gurgaon. The aloo tikki burger had only Tikki and mayonnaise and little bit of onion inside it, nothing else. The burger buns were very dry.I am expecting more, when I am paying 39rs. It’s taste was so bad and dry . At least add something like tomato . The burger is not worth the price. I choose the take away option. I think that’s why they didn’t add anything to the burger.
It didn’t happened with me when I use to choose dine in option.

Guys, I recently had the misfortune to try order cheesy fries from your menu... I was craving poutine and since I couldn't get one nearby I thought I'd try your Mexican cheesy fries...

I ordered the food through swiggy and you can imagine my shock when I saw how badly the food was treated by you guys...
The fires were all clumped up and worst of all the salt and sauce was all over to one side...

You can imagine my disgust when I took a bite after trying to mix it to the best of my ability..only to have salty [censored] in my mouth😤

Your burger are legendary...and after placing so much faith in your ability, when I try something different from you menu, you guys absolutely ruin it all...

I've raised a complaint against swiggy already..

And trust me, this is not the delivery guys fault..
I know that the food has not been handled with care... You can clearly tell by the way, the salt was all over to one side of the packaging..

Today i had visited your outlet at sanjay place agra with a group of my friends. I asked them for water and menu but no one at the counter was interested in listening. Then i decided to take a picture of the menu so that we can decide on that. One of your staff came and misbehaved with me for taking picture. He spoke to me i. A very insulting and illmannered way. I feel that your guys need to learn some manners for serving the customer s. This wont affect you in any manner but i would never like to visit your place ever in my life...

Its my humble advise that you kindly hire some well behaved people who wont let you down

Complain on finding small plastic sort of piece in coffee bough from mcdonald.

I bought one mcveggie meal including coffee on dt. 12 nov 2018 from kadodara outlet. The order was drive-through. I found some foreign plastic like small piece came through coffee in my mouth.

After observing it further carefully, it not seemed to be a part of coffee.

Can you just explain the quality level of the food? I have the cup along with the small object inside with me.

Your people gives worst services, as i went at kandivali station mcdonald's today evening as the guy over there he place a order for some panner mac instead of mac veggies meal.. I even confirm the order twice even after that on the bill it was written mac paneer.. And when i went to talk to him about the mistake he made. He was not ready to accept his mistake.. As he call his manager for the escalation, the manager's words was-"just give her rs 50 and let her go" (Rs 50 deke ushko bhej de)

This are the service you people give to your customer. After asking him the way how he was speaking he didn't even bothered to say sorry. Even asked him the clarification about returning rs 50 he done some calculation and said rs 100 will be refundable.

He was not explaining properly about anything even after asking him 3 to 4 times even in the bill he made mistake of the coke he did not mention about the coke amount and he was saying that in the old bill he have mention it and in the new bill no coke amount was reflecting but he took coke money from me.

It was total mess he created and make me a bill of rs 446 of one meal and one extra mc veg and one coke. First he said rs 50 is refundable and when i asked for clarification he hesitated and said rs 100 will be refundable

The manager itself was very rude the way he said rs 50 deke bhej.. As if we are beggars.

Strict action to me taken against them.
I will ensure other people too get to know about it.

I ordered 3 chicken maharaja Mac large meals but the order was incomplete and improper. Due to the bad delivery the coke was spilt in the cover. I am happy Mcdonald customer till yesterday. When I approached swiggy they were like issuing coupons of 150 forms the bill of 1024.my complaint is genuine and I thought there is something in the brand that McDonald's and it thought you valued your customer service more than anything. I want to ask you refund and I know you how's all chicken maharaja larger meal looks like a andha apology from swiggy forward these badges approach towards me

I ordered 2 non veg chapata naan n they gave me veg one when i told them so one staff name nilesh starting shouting at me that we can't give again we cant change he was so aggressive even he stach the money from my hand when i told i can't tolerate this behavior he start getting agressive this is not way to treat you customer like that i just i hate it even i can complain to police that he stach money from my hand n start shouting at me so i want that you will take some action for this issue... As soon as possible otherwise i can go to far

Ordered three different burgers for home delivery... Stuff was distinctly not original mc donald... No brand logo, even the butter paper wrapping missing from the burgers.. The filling was lousy... Could make out it was authentic.. Must have been outsourced.
Disgusted for being taken for a ride.. A waste of rs.424.
Why is mc donald practising such unethical norms?
