Myself deep javia. I went to macdonald's at crystal palm, jaipur, rajasthan, india. On april 15, 2016 (Friday). I ordered some food items. But the person on counter added 1 extra item and made the bill and then i paid the bill (Bill number: [protected], batch number: 000598, amount: 888 inr). After payment when i saw the bill, there was 1 extra item. So he cancelled the whole order and made a new order as well as bill. I paid new bill (Bill number: [protected], batch number: 000598, amount: 708 inr). Then person on counter told me that refund amount (888 inr) of void sale will refunded to your bank account within 2 days or 7 days. But till today, i did not get any refund from macdonald's.

I am thoroughly disappointed to find my food that I ordered was not to my usual expectation. As you can see from pictures the chicken meat is burnt and I can smell them the moment I open my meal. Furthermore prepared messy, the salad smelt stale, cheese was missing. I didn't get what I paid for my Maharaja Burger. I purchased them from McDonald HSR Layout branch.
Never expected this from McDonalds India as you have compromised your quality of food and preparation. I need a urgent reply on this matter from you.
Never knew McDonald's had such a pathetic customer service.

Sir I have to compline against your restaurant at mullion square, adajan, surat, gujarat.
Yesterday I ordered egg wrap and Mac alloo, but your restaurant served me chickens wrap. I am pure vegetarian. I doesn't accept it. And I also so please get attention towards my compline. I want to go consumers care for it.
This type of mistac second time with me.

Its sad that I have not received any call abt the complain that I have raised and I dint like the way I was treated by the complains team as they were rude and dint think abt me as a customer as I have been having burgers since a long time and had never faced any problems like this so this is it and I am going to tell all my friend that I hate McDonalds which I dont want but u guys have made me do that by not calling me as it was not just abylt free burger but abt the service I could have paid for any other burger but no this is not donrlt so thanx a lot for everything

I had ordered an egg wrap meal with piri piri fries and an ice tea. I was given a chicken wrap without any drink and no piri piri masala. I am a vegetarian and needless to say that it has hurt my religious sentiments. I had ordered the same from the oberoi mall outlet in goregaon east in mumbai. The worst part was the unapologetic and casual attitude of your staff.I have a copy of the bill and taken pictures of the same. Do we eat at fancy places with exorbitant prices for such ridicule.

This happened on 23/04/16

I ordered some burgers at my office address, in Mahape. I had placed several orders from this address and this was the first time after placing the order the nearest store manager called me and said they cannot deliver as Mahape falls under the Turbhe area! He just cancelled my order outright and disconnected the call. This is so bad of McDonald's and I am not going to eat here ever again! And not recommending it to anyone!

I placed the order at 7:49am wasn't delivered by 8:30 wen called a girl named gazia said I must cancel my order as there is no rider available in the store which was very rude. I called to complaint after which they dispatched my order at 8:35 and recieved my order at 9:10. The delivery was too late m very unsatisfied and the delay coupon was not provided. As per internet the store opens at 7am but they said they open at 8. The store is landmark, bhayander West. This happened a lot of times now but never complained .

I am sudhanshu tiwari from bhopal. I went to mcdonald's, db city mall, bhopal today and ordered a veg mcpuff (Which shows rs. 25 in chart) but when i reached the counter he asked me to give rs. 27 for it.
When i enquire, he told me that it is extra taxes.
What kind of tax is this?
I have eaten at mcdonald's like 200 times, but i was never overcharged.
Kindly take appropriate action

This incident happened on 15th April. I went to your store located in Yash Aqua Vijay Cross Roads Ahmedabad. It was around 9:40. There was a long queue and the guy from your side was complete waste. The service was very slow. He would be taking around 5-8 minutes per order. I got my order chance at 10 which I know after having a look on my bill. It took them 25 minutes to get me my order. I enquired a lot during this period but was really disappointed with their replies and services

Yesterday i had visited the mc donalds outlet of gandhinagar where i had orderd the chicken mc maharaja... It so happened that the burger they gave me had a burnt patty, even on asking to replace this the manager was arguing that this is their standard patty and all patty are the same he did not even care to replace it. This is really outrageous on behalf of the outlet. Enclosed below is an image of the same. I want that the outlet should compensate for the same as the word spreads faster and customers will surely stop eating tht burnt patty.

Sorry to tell but being a regular customer of mcdonald dissatisfied by service received from restaurant manager at mumbai branch mcdonald at virar.
Very bad way of talking plus rules are different and arguing in spite of bringing bill of different mcd branch.
Very rude & worst service received from mcdonald please look at it seriously.

It all started on 12th april 2016 when i visited your restaurant located at vijay cross roads, navrangpura, ahmedabad 380009.
When i enquired for the person concerned to get details regarding hosting a kids bday party on 14th april 2016. I was curtly informed by your counter staff called pooja shah tells me that its rush hour and she can send someone only when she s free!!! I asked her thrice to repeat what she said n she just got more n more agitated. I took a seat n waited for 15 mins n she had obviously not spoken to anyone. I requested someone else n immediately a lady called urmila came to talk to me. I was happy with her service at the time of booking.
Finally v arrive for the party. V had invited about 20 kids n shockingly found only 16 chairs n no airconditioning on. When requested for air conditioning ms urmila informs that she will start the cooling, very well aware that the air conditioning was not working at all. Anyway after some time n after some forceful discussions they admitted the air conditioning was not working n then upon our agitation agreed to shift the site of the party.
Well...everything was chaotic. One lady serving 20 kids n 7 adults!!! There was nor order to food being served...the burgers n fries didnt come togather. Happy Meal for kids was not served in their boxes!!! The burgers came first, fries came later...drinks came later!!! Toys came only after v asked for it.
The birthday cake was not cut n served coz 'they had no staff'. When cut it was all squashed n one guy just wore a pair gloves n served it like a piece of mash n not a birthday cake!!!
Anyway...my purpose of writting this mail to you is the service is rank bad. Either the staff lacks training or the admin staff at the outlet is not good with their management technics.
It is shocking to see a mcdonalds with such shoddy service levels.
The manager mr chauhan says its happened the first time. What i'd like to believe is that its happened b4 n no one has bothered to escalate the matter.

It is absolutely imperative that the image of the brand is not played around with.

I am Ankit Darolia wants to complaint regarding customer services. Location :( Mac Donald’s -Peenya Bangalore). On 9th April 2016 i went to mac Donald’s peenya stage banguluru and i have a promo card in that card buy 2 get 3rd one free so, i ordered 2 med. mac aloo tikki meals. And the cashier name (Mr. permeser .k ) charged Rs. 422 but actual Amount is Rs 281.50.i gave a Debit card and without informing me he charged extra Rs 141.After that i checked the bill and told him that you charged extra amount, but he answered in very rudely. He told me why you are worried i am giving you money this is not a way to speak with a customer same thing he can reply in a polite way and then I asked for a manager to do a complain then 2nd person (Mr. salman) told that I am the manager and he was supporting to Mr. permeser .k. Then I called to Mumbai customer care (no: [protected]) from there I got an information that the real manger name is Mr. Vinod.
So, I am very disappointed with this type of service from “MAC DONALD’s.

Today i have ordered 6 mc veggie burger and 6 chilli panner pockets as take away in kemp fort mall - mcdonald's family restaurant.

When i reached home and checked the parcel it has 5 burgers only. 1 burger is missing. I tried to call the restaurant mobile number mentioned in the bill. But the phone got switched off.

Attached the bill copy. Inv# [protected]. I felt very bad and cheated when i opened the parcel infront of guests at home.

I want money back for the missing mc veggie burger.

I have ordered food and the sub total is 311rs but in the bill given to me sub total was 459rs if i ask the store manager about that he said i dont know

I purchased 4 Maharaja Mac burgers and 1 large french fried from Mc Donalds outlet at City Center, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad on 12th March, 2016 at 6.45 PM.
As it was a take away order, only after going home while consuming the Maharaja burgers, I was surprised that 2 of the burgers had burnt chicken cutlets inside. If I had consumed the product at the outlet, I would have surely gone in for a replacement there itself but as it was a take away order, I am writing to the consumer complaint cell.
As a customer, I felt cheated as I had paid a big amount for the burger (Rs 160 plus taxes each).
Although I have a picture of the same, I am unable to attach it as the maximum size permitted is 2 MB whereas the picture I have is bigger than that.

I would request you for refund/voucher to claim 2 burgers free for the above incident which has taken away my faith from Mc Donalds.

I am a regular customer as I order twice every month.This is the second time this has happened to me, I ordered something for 200 Rs and in the end it shows transaction unsuccessful and when I check my bank account it shows that 200Rs have been transacted.Please try to fix this issue as fast as you can.

Andheri branch of mcdonalds mumbai has menu over their counter stating coffee at 76 rs but they charge over 150 for the same and say prices have changed. what is the law for this? shouldnt they charge what they advertise?

My order number is 75259. The paneer inside the Mc paneer wrap was not at all fresh, mostly reheated. It was hard and looked unappealing and unchewable. This has been happening since last 4-5 orders to various degrees, sometimes the french fries are chewy and reheated, or sometimes the paneer is like this, or with other food. The Mc donalds outlet is perhaps in the habit of sending reheated food to home deliveries. Pathetic behavior and unforgivable.
As a customer the least i expect is fresh food if nothing else. Totally disappointed. Im not coming back to Mc Donalds again.

I want to complain regarding the threats and the misbehaviour by the grab delivery boys and the Hinjewadi store manager.
They are intentionally cancelling the orders placed before 11:00 PM and using the abusive language.
