I ordered for large mcveggie wit cafe chocalate shake meal, 1 aloo tikki, 1 grill, 2 pizza puff but mcveggie n french fries were missing i went back n got mcveggie burger but when i reached realised that french fries missing we place order n we show them bill its their to check if everything is there as take away option is there to save time n quick bite this has happened earliar also but this time thought of complaining

My name is Gaurav and I stay in Nepeansea road. I had ordered 2 mcchickens burgers online(order ID 84020) from the mcdonald store at Tardeo SOBO mall. However, 5 minutes after placing the order, an employee called me up and said that the delivery cannot be done as my place of residence is too far from their shop. I stay only 3 km from their store. On telling them that my place is not that far they started getting rude and saying things like" humra time waste mut karo". Hence I told them to cancel my order angrily. After that they told me to lower my voice and talk to them. They even threatened to ban my entry into their shop. Please I want some action to be taken against these people.

Me and my went for some burger yesterday around 10pm at McD outlet near cosmos mall, brookfield, Bangalore - 560037.

My friend had burger and I tried chicken wing for change. They said it will take time to prepare the winds around 9-10min. We told them that we can wait not an issue.

When they serve the burger and wings, the wings were so oily that it was dripping from my hand. I called the staff and complaint them about wings being too oily. He replied saying it is supposed to be oily. But the american food brand supposed not to cross healthy food guideline. After eating those wings, I started having stomach ache. Such bad service from McDonald. Really disappointed.
At the end when we asked for water, they said the machine is not working and served us hot water.
I want compensation for loss of my money and time.
One more point I want to mentioned is that they have not provided metro cities in their website for registering the complaint. What the think only 2 tier or 3 tier cities can do such harm to your reputation. Wake up, tier 1 cities like bangalore are worst in terms of providing good food and service.

It has been noticed that a few of the outlets are using plastic glasses to serve drinks. Please do let me know how do you dispose it?? Or you just leave it on waste management authority?

As per my suggestion plastic containers should be completely avoided and the customers should be asked whether he/she would like to use the spoons/ straws. And awareness of the produced waste should also be explained.

Trust me. Frustrated Indians would adore McDonalds for any environment friendly step. It can also be a way of promotion. As many young kids and college students are McD fans they are surely going to appreciate it.

I am Pranavi, and I live in Hyderabad. I love all the food from your store. But the problem is when I order a burger or something from the store i.e. for a home delivery. The person who comes for the home delivery is very rude and he speaks very disrespectfully. He just came for delivery today and told not to give order again. He even came late but dint give the coupons. May I know the reason why can't a person from Vivekananda colony, kukatpally cannot go for door delivery? (The distance is less than 2 kms from the store.)and the person I am talking is from 'S.I.S' mall Mc. Donald's (kukatpally). The name of the delivery boy is Mr. Srisailam. Please kindly look into the issue as soon as poosible. Because this had happened many times with me and my friends.
Note: If you people have problem with online orders and door delivery system so please remove it and inform us as we customers face problem :( .

I have swiped my iob atm card on 30/01/2016 twice.. first time when i swiped it showed that the transaction failed but money got debited from my account.. the guys suggested to do it second time as well but the same transaction failed happened. The guy over there informed me that the money would be credited in two days.. but it dint get credited.

I called from my landline no[protected] on 1st feb, at around 2050hrs to order on the cetralised no 66000666. I also helped them with my registered mobile number [protected]. However wasnt able to connect you because of some technical issue. Somehow i managed to get the managers number for korakendra, borivali west branch and explained him that due to this problem i m not able to order so can u help me with your branch no through which i can order. Bt he denied for the same and asked me to order online and there is no other alternative way i can help you. Later when i told him that i will share my feedback online. I got a call from ms. Smita at around 2100hrs to take an order
If ms. Smita had to call me to take an order than why cant a manger provide me with the same alternative earlier.
Didnt expected the company like mcdonalds to behave in such unethical and unprofessional manner.
This shows that the company doesnt care for its prospective customers.

Dear Sir/Madam,
It has been noted to my utter disappointment that the delivery services of Mcdonalds at Crossroads Haji Ali Mumbai has lacking in delivering the goods and also needs to work on their communication services. I am a regular customer who order for home deliveries but since the past many times I have been totally harassed with the way McDonald's have handled deliveries with most of the time not being delivered on time n the response to the complaints being handled in a very shabby n irresponsible manner. We as customers do not expect this kind of a service from a giantvconglomerate like McDonald's. I request you to look into this matter at your earliest, convenience n oblige. Thanking you,

McDonald's, panvel outlet was shut before the regular timing and when REQUESTED them to give some snacks they said a big 'NO'. Not only was the main door/entrance shut but there were cops inside who were being served and treated with great respect.

Further, there was no senior management present and all the workers were not ready to serve.

The most pathetic McD ever. I know, McD was always cheap but now they have started to discriminate between customers.

THEY DID NOT SERVE ME IN MY OWN COUNTRY!!

I visited the Mc Donalds Outlet in Citi Centre, Dr.Radhakrishnan Salai, Mylapore, Near Kalyani Hospital, Chennai on 23rd January, 2016, time 8.30PM. I ordered a Mc Aloo tikki meal whose photograph has been attached with a red outline around it. The picture of this specific food item in the menu card contains a Mc Aloo tiki with a glass of Coke and a pack of French Fries. But when I was provided with the plate, it did not have the French Fries, instead of which he handed me a 'toy' (marked with red outline)
This complaint is to inform the authority to take strict action against such misrepresentations done by such renowned brands in order to attract customers only to fool them. The desirable resolution should be decided by the authority since an individual refund will not be enough to justify this particular scam against their entire consumer-base.

Behavior and talking sense of manager(megha chaudhary) is very rude towards the staff and custumers. so i really want that terminate her from the manager post. so i am very thankfull to the same

Dear sir/man I am writing this because your MacDonald restaurant in dadar star mall giving old toys to the customer with happy meal I am purchase the two happy meal with toys on 05 Jan 2016 he give me old toys he said that there is no new toys in this month I am very disappointed with can you please explain me why they are doing this type of nonsense what about my waist of money on those old toys. Order no 27295 was registered for successful delivery of 3meals including soft serve. But after 5min of order got a call saying unable to serve the soft serve ice cream. Again, instead of soft serve requested for mc puff. Got the delivery within half an hour but they failed to deliver two items which they promised to deliver back but got no response. Worst service. Request to refund money back as this was not satisfying.

I ordered one large meal and 2 aloo tikki with order number 52547 at around 10:20 pm at Tiffin’s Rainbow Plaza, Pimple Saudagar, Pune. Then after 11pm at the closing time they called me from their landline number saying that sir we are not able to find your address so we cannot deliver you, then when i asked them that why they haven't called me at the when the delivery boy was not able to find my address why you are calling me from store and telling me now then started giving me fake reasons like your location not come under our area order from other area and bla bla bla and when i told him that if the condition is like that that my area not come in your service then why you are calling me now after 40 minutes when you have to deliver me my order. Then he told i cannot do anything in that you can do what ever you want if you want, you can complaint, i cannot deliver that's all. Then at 11:20 pm we tried to order another store but till that time online time was over. Even he not bothered to tell me that McD closed at 11 pm. So that at least i can go out and have something due to which i wasted my half an hour as well and when at 11:45 pm i come to know all this all the stores got closed. And i was not able to even even a single thing and slept without having anything.

So i think for such unethical behavior so should see the matter.

We have been a regular customer o[censored]rs and have been eating mac aloo tikki for last couple of years at the same price of rs 25 everywhere .but today when we were eating at your food joint in sec 15 cbd belapur we had to pay 40rs for single aloo tikki and when we asked we were told that the prices are different area wise .and also the rate in the same area sec 4 mac donalds is rs 25 only.kindly let me know i[censored] are following any differential pricing system area wise .

I went to the Mcdonals of vadodara..! And gave my order... The service wasn't proper and the behaviour of the staff too was annoying... Later i went to use the wash room and it was kept close for a while with a banner of caution o[censored]nder cleaning...! After it was done i went inside and the washroom was stinky as hell and not at all clean.. Felt to puke..!

I placed order through McDelivery app on 13/11/2015 and paid Rs.285/- through netbanking. But order did not get confirmed. When i asked customer care, they told me that amount would be refunded within 7 days. Now its more than a month, i am not getting my money instead of repeated calls and emails.

I used to order daily when i was in mumbai and never had any issues but since 2 months back i shifted to pune every time that i order from the aundh outlet they always screw up my order and this is happening 6th time in a row... I specially mention while placing the order only that i want a big spice chicken wrap WITHOUT - tomato, onion and lettuce and I don;t the know the store manager can;t read or all the people who work at that outlet are dumb who can't even send proper order - i mentioned Mc chicken and they sent me mc grill? WTF my yesterday's order number - 38197 had the same thing but they send a burnt wrap with lots of lettuce and onions (which i hate) and instead of Mc chicken burger i got mc grill? IS THIS HOW BAD Mc' Donald's SERVICE HAS BECOME? Arrange a call back to me asap I want the same order sent to me and i wont be paying for that as I had to throw the damn thing entirely
