I'm Having a Mediclaim Policy No-151200/48/2017/3766 not yet received I-cards though I have Send all the details & Photos. my Mediclaim Card are at Indore office. I've Contacted Mr Tarun Mob No-[protected] & Mr Bhupandra Mob NO- [protected] but they are not giving me any response. If I not received my cards in 7 days I will take the matter seriously and complaint to IRDA

      On 23-july-2015 my wife gave the birth to girl child at my native place at rajasthan. the total cost of hospitalization, doctor charges, medicine charges were around 25197.

      I submitted all the original hospitals/doctors/medicines/pathologies reports/receipts to alliance insurance brokers pvt. ltd.in first week of august 2015.

      After one and half month later they sent one mail on sept 18 and told that they required the breakup bill of hospital while i already provided the hospital bill but they didn't ready to accept the provided hospital bill,

      So my family members went to hospital and get the breakup of the bill and same i sent to the alliance insurance brokers pvt. ltd. to 08-oct 2016 and they acknowledged the same.

      After that when i followed-up for my claim settlement then they told me that they are awaiting approval from insurance co. for processing the claim & it will take some time.

      After some time when i again followed-up then now they said they closed my claim because i didn't provided all the required document and now they are in the process of open my case again.

      After that i sent so many mails to them but they are not responding at all and not settle my claim.

        I have raised a complaint, because alliance insurance are not making my claim settled. It is more than a year they are ignoring my calls and not replying to my mails.

        I have claimed a specific amount for mediclaim but it is not yet received and the reason they had given was i have provided them partial bills and receipts. But later on i have provided them duplicate bills from hospital and courier them.

        Currently they are giving reasons that since you have provided duplicate bills the claim process will get delay.

        According to the above mail, i have provided them both receipts which were not needed because -
        The hospital has provided provisional bill only. But then i saw that this bill is titled as provisional bill - cum receipt so they have not provided any separate receipts for rs 8000/- and rs 5000/-.

        According to all this i should recieve my requested claim amount.

            Dear sir,
            I am a retired State bank of Mysore employee and my wife Mrs.Jayanthi sarathy is undergoing treatment for Cancer treatment. Of late I find extremely difficult to manage hospital bills in view of inordinate delay at Mediasist, bangalore. The reasons are best known to them. My personal visits to Bannerghatta road office and umpteen no of calls to their call center of of no use. The callous answers of the call centers are unconvincing and my ordeal is better untold. My Employee No. is 13113 and I belong to SBM (IBA).
            pl do the needful urgently.

            How many hours they have a chance to set put us on hold?

            This is one of the most worest call center that we ever meet.

              Hi,

              I have a corporate insurance policy with mediassist through volvo india pvt. Ltd. Employee id : a047797.

              I had submitted a reimbursement claim 13th june, 2016 for rs. 337220.

              I got the first remainder mail on 21st june, 2016 asking for more documents.

              I had sent them the documents a week later and it was handed over to mr. M a chandra babu (Mediassist). He called back and confirmed receiving these documents.

              On 12th july, 2016 i received another remainder mail for submitting the missing documents. The new documents i submitted are not uploaded in the mediassist portal (Please see attached screenshots).

              We have submitted all originals to mediassist - bills, receipts, scan, discharge summary, biopsy report, lab reports etc.

              My father was diagnosed with cancer and has started treatment. We need this reimbursement to get completed as soon as possible as we are in need of the amount to pay for the treatment and also require the original documents which was submitted to med assist for consulting doctors for treatment now.

              Please help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
              I have attached 2 screenshots. Latest documents are not updated. Latest status says 'awaiting information' since 21st june, 2016.

                  Me and my all my family are a policy holder of your company. Now my mother admitted in Aster Medicity Hospital at Cochin, Kerala for heart surgery. Our policy amount is 1lakh rs and have 22500 rs as no claim bonus. Hospital bill is above 3.5lakhs. we submitted the details in your office through Hospital and they approved only 55875 INR. I want clarification about this. Since more than 13 years we are taking insurance from your Co. I need the approval for full amount( INR-122500) Please do the needful ASAP.                   Hello,
                  I called your Cochin office for the clarifications. But their response and behavior is very bad and also they confirmed they can't approve full amount. Then for what we are paying premium amount every year. If we tell in Hospital as we have insurance, then they are giving separate bill for insured patients. Here we are not getting that increased amount also. So why we need to take insurance. I'm really dissatisfied with your service.

                        Hi I am Anand Parik and have been waiting for my claim since last 20 days, my claim number is 12841092. Whenever I call them they give me assurance that the amount will be credited to my account in next 2 days; however, I am still waiting for that amount to be credited. I am an employee of the company and will also escalate this. But even escalating this to the mediassit did not help. They do not have a proper answer to this.
                        One of the worst experience I ever had with such TPA. I would never recommend it to anyone.

                          I have submitted for reimbursement claim no 12742216. still it's not getting processed and after submitting all documents also, they are sending it back to me as documents required. the 2 documents which they are asking, i have sent it 1 month early only. everytime customer care people are telling documents are getting scanned and it will be processed within 7 days. but after 2 months also still status is same only.

                                This is very frustrating that no body was there to help us in the night of 09-July-2016, when we were not allowed to take the patient to home by the Medihope hospital stating the reason that, there was a requirement of a mail from you on the approved amount payment confirmation without further deduction. (where non approved amount was Rs.1410/- and hospital people demanded more i.e., Rs.5110/-)

                                But, you people really let us down and did not help us in either providing the same or saying you would not provide such thing through mail. I had been calling you guys from 5-30pm to 09-30pm, but no body came to help us (eg venkat, radha, chandrakala and others..) and your people did not even show the courtesy to respond to my continuous mails. All you people did that, kept me on hold for 15-20 minutes and then disconnect the call, in spite of explaining about the patients situation and our problems again and again.

                                Because of you guys, I had to call police for the help and finally I had to pay Rs.5110/- as demanded by hospital in the late night and brought the patient home, who was supposed to be discharged in the after noon itself.

                                  I am admitted in birla hospittual at 8 jun to 13 june but yet madiassist company say they was not received my hospital documents then how to completed my discharge processing that time and witch based discharge me that time i will pay 10202/- know

                                    Dear sir, i having a medicaim policy of oriental insurance and policy no is 242301/48/2015/1848 and in the month of march 2016 my son admitted in fortis hospital jaipur and after discharge with in 5 days on 21 march 2016 and claim i'd is 12492593. i am submitted all the original documents but still today more the 3 and half months passed (110 days) but still they not sattelling my claim and not giving any information.
                                    When i am compliment then at irdai they arise unnecessary documents which already submitted by me.
                                    So kindly help me and sattel my claim as soon as possible.

                                      Query with regards to mediclaim reimbursement

                                      I am writing with regards to an insurance claim reimbursement which was submitted to medi assist.


                                      The claim was for lasik surgery for both eyes which is quite eligible for reimbursement (confirmed by mediassist on call) as i had a power of -7 and more in both the eyes.
                                      I had a package of 45000 inr with some additional relevant medical bills which totals to 46055 inr for which i had claimed. for which i had submitted...

                                      I have submitted my claim with claim id 12569980 covering hospitalization expenses along with the hospital discharge summary with hospital stamp. I have send all the documents in the month of May 2016 ; tpa has received the same.

                                      But whenever i verified for the status, i am getting the information that it is in progress and i has submit all documents i.e bills, discharge reports, all reports and bank details, but against they are raise quarry for submisstion of reports again and again, .

                                      Now it is nearing a 2 month; no reply for the reminder mails. I tried...
