Poor customer service

I am a mediclaim policy holder. The policy is issued by New India Assurance Co. Ltd, Chennai. TPA for this policy is Medi Assist Indid. As per norms laid down by this TPA, the policy holder has to inform the TPA immediately on getting admitted to the hospital. I needed to get admitted to the hospital on[protected]. Denied a valid claim (Not responding to telephone calls)

No Progress with the status of Claim for the last one month
