Hi this is Sneha patil. I have ordered a pink coloured dress from your app but it was not the same as shown in the picture . So I return it n applied for refund but I didn't get my money back. Even I have sent the ministatement, passbook print, Google pay screenshot. I had called u people 7 times. And it's been a month completed but didn't got my money back yet. Please kindly requested to refund my money 😀as soon as possible. So bad experience with this app I'm so disappointed with u all. Kindly please take a note on this.

In the MEESHO app, I placed an order for one item. And I received the product, which is of poor quality, thus I've filed a return request. and the item has been picked up by the delivery person on Aug 18th but till now the app indicates that a return initiated delivery person would arrive to pick up the item, and I have filed a complaint with MEESHO by phoning customer service, and I have received a letter from MEESHO stating that "we found that your product is not picked up yet. Kindly coordinate with your customer. Hence, we will not be able to process the refund for the same."

I placed order on Meesho ( R D metal work) on 17 th Aug as expected delivery was within 2 to 3 days. I did not received Product till date. Meesho not accepting Return as product has not been delivered yet. Meesho not accepting online complaints, their call center executives are not available on phone line. My money has wasted. I am going to stop purchasing from Meesho.
