My money have been debited from the account but in orders it shows no order have been placed I want my money back.

Have ordered the t-shirt in meesho and made gpay of Rs.234 on 12.08.2021 amount has been debited from my account but order was not placed and i didnt receive any confirmation from meesho for the payment.

I ordered a kurti on meesh app money debited from my account but order not placed I contacted customer care but no response from their side I want my money back

I ordered a watch from Meesho, the amount was deducted from my account but order was not placed. Tried calling customer service but no answer.

I have placed one order for 526 on 11th august 2021 and the amount is deducted from my bank but the order is not showing in order history. I am not able to connect to customer care also. just after selecting language option the call is getting disconnected. Please help

I placed an order on 12th of August 2021 for a Chikankari kurti. While completing the payment money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed.

I am to say that I have ordered a kurta set from meesh worth of Rs.653/- on dated 10.08.21. money has been deducted from my bank account but my order is not placed.. I want to refund my money soon. kindly help me.

I would like to raise an issue that i received and unordered parcel that to on COD and sender's details are also not mentioned properly.
I wanted return and refund. Kindly let me know what action can be taken.
I have raised the issue on Meesho also, but they did nothing.they just closed the ticket.
Such an irresponsible company. A strict action should be taken against them.

I placed an order. Single order but money debit from my net banking 2times to fashnear technologies private on 9th August. Please check on this meesho .as they are not responding properly when I am trying to in contact with them. I have bank statement too if needed will share with you. Please refund my previous amount as soon as possible.

I placed an order for 900rs from meesho App, i paid the payment twice through UPI in google pay, the total amount i made the payment is 1800rs, amount got debited from amy account, but the order was not placed, kindly check it out and refund my amount as soon as possible....

Saree not delivered refund

I have order sling bag for Rs.196, money is deducted from my bank account but order is not place I want my money back..

I had ordered shoes from Meesho with upi I'd amount got deducted but order did not got placed

I order an saree form Meesho and I had do cash on delivery and when I opend the saree it have so many mistakes and too many holes so retuned and I asked For refund and the delivery boy has come in 2 days and pick the saree but till now I didn't get my money and I didn't get refund when I tell them after also they didn't taking any action

I haven't received my order. Today message came that order arriving today but order didn't arrive. At night, I receive message that order has be cancelled according to customer request. I haven't requested anything. My order delivery number SF[protected]FPL

Hi am abhishek dokania and I am reseller in Meesho they have blocked my account and said that they will not give my margin balance of 10065 at any cost they say that your account is blocked no activity will be done but they are delivering my pending order and keeping margin with them . I guess they are doing very large amount of scam with lot of people please help me out with the problem

I Purchased 3 dresses from Meesho in the month of July (Payment Mode:Cash on Delivery). I Returned the Dresses on July 15, 2021.

July 20th I found that the Bank Account that I have saved in the application is the account I have closed few months back. Hence, I updated the Bank account number to the current one I am using.

1st Call. (July 21, 2021)
Called the support team, and they informed that refund has been initiated from their side on 15th July for one dress and 16th July for the other two dresses and I will receive the refund to the currently updated account number. Informed her regarding the account number change. She kept me on hold and disconnected the call.

2nd Call. (July 21, 2021)

3rd Call (July 22, 2021)

Called again as I did not receive the refund. I explained everything to an Agent (Mohammed Asif) He heard everything and informed that I will get a call from the escalation team in three working days. He confirmed that there is no Incident ticket to be raised for this as this will get processed.

3rd Call (July 28, 2021)

Called again as I did not receive the refund or any call from the escalation team. I again explained everything to an Agent, she heard everything and informed that I will definitely get a Call from the escalation team in three working days.

4th Call (August 4, 2021)

Called again as I did not receive the refund or any call from the escalation team. I again explained everything to an Agent, she heard everything and informed that I will definitely get a Call from the escalation team in three working days.

I am completely frustrated as they neither call me or refund my amount.

I have even emailed them the proof of the Account is closed many months back. There has been no update from them since then.

I am waiting for the refund for almost a month now for refund.
