Order m[protected] suppose to receive by 8 th sep, 2017 but still in stiching status.. When contacted them they said they did not have the size.. Asked for refund but now they r saying they have managed from different designer.. Not giving any particular date for the delivery.. Whenever reporting any issue they have same template (Sorry, thank u bla bla) they r just pasting that and replying..
I want my money back
Very bad service they are providing..

    Hi all,

    I just got to know about this site on facebook, so i ordered two sarees on this site. I just got to know that the saree would not be same as in the image and it is a fake site.

    My order number is[protected]

    As per the cancellation policy we can cancel the order within 24 hours and i would like to cancel this order as soon as possible.

    This is a fake site as they don't respond to any of your requests

      I have ordered 5 sarees on mirraw for 8400 mur. There was the deal of free stitching so i asked for fall and pico and petticoat stitching. Everything went well and the quality check was done. It's been days but the stitching process is not processing. I have mailed them several times telling that i needed the items as quickly as possible. The guy called nizam told me that it takes an additional of 12 days so i told him i don't want the stitching process. He said ok but the items are being processed for stitching without any progress. I have mailed to them several times asking for help but no reply. The only mails i'm receiving are from the stitching team telling me to confirm measurements which are for blouse. I never asked for blouse stitching. Now i'm really worried. I don't even know if i would really receive the products. I may lose my money also. Each time i purchase on this app i land into trouble. I'm very disappointed. Don't know what to do

        Never received my order. Telling me contact stitching team they do not answer. I try to call them nobody is answering the phone call.

          I bought selwar suit and was told i would be sent a form for my measurement for stitching. Next thing i know i was sent an email saying my item had been dispatched before any stitching information. The company acknowledged their error but would not refund me the money nor send me the properly fitted item. They just said "sorry for the inconvenience". So now im out the money and i have no dress! Beware!!

          Your order did not had any stitching request hence we had to sent the product unstitched and we did not sent any measurement form to you because the system automactically sends the measurement form to your registered email address.

          Honestly I am not interested in arguing the point any further. I emailed Mirraw when I didnt receive a stitching measurement request stating that I wanted stitching. I was sent a reply acknowledging my request and was told that someone would be in contact with me. There is clearly a disconnect between your customer service team and your shipping department. I and the entire wedding party I was with will be taking our business elsewhere. I am not interested in supporting a company who first acknowledges their error and then refuses to take responsibility.
          The product quality is not good

                  Hi I have ordered a cloth and its been more than a month. I have send emails after emails neither i am updated with delivery date or anything . I really need the dress urgently.

                  It was on the web site free stitching but they charge me for stitching and also it was promised the cloth will get to my door max three weeks but now its more than a month . I have no idea when i will get that. I am really frustrated and Anytime I send email i an never get a definite answer. they just send me a general message and tells me we will get back to you but it never happens. expected delivary was 23/07/2017

                    Hello I had purchased 3 lehengas on mirraw for 9660 mur on 5th of august 2017. The bill was issued to me and I paid the total . Today on 09 august I received a mail from them, someone named sapna, that one of my lehenga, a blue velvet Bollywood lehenga was found out of stock. I cannot accept this. I must admit that the service quality of this site is the worst. I had many bad experiences with mirraw but I still trusted the company. I really needed all the 3 lehengas. I must get all the 3 because when they took my money and made the bill I was never informed that it was out of stock. If they cannot send me the 3 lehengas by 23rd of august they will have to pay me twice the amount I paid or I'll take all the necessary measures to sue the company for misleading

                        Hello, my name is kate.
                        On 7. June 2017 i made the order of 6 saree on mirraw.com and payed for it 169, 29 euro.
                        Later, the employee kashyap sadhu wrote to me that 2 of sarees are with defects and they can't send it to me. He suggested to choose another sarees or to have my money back on account. I tried 2 times to choose another sarees, but they were always "out of stock" (But on the website the were available!).
                        So i decided to have a refund and to receive my money back.
                        5-6 times i wrote to kashyap and mirraw.com to have my money back, but they always said that i need to wait 2-7 days.
                        Now i am waiting for the money on my paypal account more than 1 month and i don't why, but the summery price of order chanced to the smaller side in my account (???). Anyway i have got all emails from mirraw and confirmations from paypal of transactions.
                        They should give me back 13, 21 and about 34, 53 euro (In total 47, 74 euro) for 2 sarees (One of them was with petticoat and blouse).

                          Following on from my complaint earlier, i would like to add that i was charged an additional £32 as importation charge by dhl. There is no mention on the website about this. This is again misleading and fraudulent. Your website should have all the information in order that a customer can then decide wether or not they want to purchase a product from you.

                            I purchased a lehenga choli and a maroon padded blouse.
                            1. The lehenga is awful, it's nothing like its image online. The picture online is misleading, in terms of colour, design, material and everything and could actually be classified as fraudulent.
                            2. It is torn, and not wearable
                            3. It looks shabby.
                            4. The maroon blouse is nothing like its online image, the gindihbabd nateialnis awful.
                            I would like a full refund.

                              I placed an order for 2x outfits - without asking me for stitching details, mirraw sent me emails as well as the courier company on delivery, i sent mails back immediately that they must not send me the outfits and got no response i knew that sizes will not be correct. The courier company wanted to dceliver and i asked them to send the items back now i am waiting for 7 (Seven) months

                                my name is Diana. I have purchased a product and for more than one month I didn't get the product and they kept telling me we will be sending them soon and finally told me they cant send me the product and gave me coupon code to use. so I purchased another 2 products and same issue again didn't get the products and I wasn't even informed as to whats happening and I kept emailing and only answer I get we are so sorry and we will send you soon.
                                then again I was told we will refund you the money and it has been 15 days and to date I have not received my refunds. Again and again I been emailing and asking and nothing is happening. NOT once but twice this happened. I don't know what kind of business this Mirraw is running. I am so angry and frustrated. I have been waiting since end of April and I didn't get my products or my refund. I need to be compensated for this. I want my refund also for all the trouble you need to compensate me.                                     Product returned on[protected], but still waiting for our refund order no. M[protected], ON EMAILS and phone calls evertime they say your refund refund is initiated and will be credited in 7 days, but still not received.
                                    and many times they also give us wrong transaction id no. which when checked with bank was fraudulent and they also asked and even taken our bank statement which is absolutely wrong, and illegal practise by such online companies

                                      The products i received are very cheap quality. The website description is different from what i have received.
                                      When i placed the order, i have opted for custom stitching and also provided measurements for each product individually.
                                      Irrespective of that the products were stitched in free bulk sizes.
                                      I'm completely disappointed with what i have received.
                                      I have made number calls to the customer service and they were bargaining, that we will refund 20%, 30%, 50% like that.

                                      I have ordered total 5 products, out of which they cancelled one product and sent me an email saying, i have initiated cancel request.
                                      Should i call this fraud?

                                      The material used for the products are least quality.
                                      I'm requesting for refund n return n made calls multiple times.
                                      I requested to talk to manger/supervisor. They always say manager not available.

                                      I'm tired of making several calls to customer service.
                                      At last they refunded for one product that they cancelled.
                                      I need my total refund back.

                                      I'm ready to return all the products please refund my balance of 146.37 immediately.

                                      Pictures on their site are fake and you will not get what you see on their site. They are selling poorly made, low quality items which are just badly made copies of what you see on their site. They use the cheapest material

                                        Hello Mirraw,

                                        I have ordered goods for about £700 to India after I liked number of days Mirraw took items to be delivered that I ordered to London.

                                        The order that was placed to be delivered to London took less than 20 days.
                                        With the same impression, I have placed the order to India thinking that I can use the clothes for wedding that I was going to attend for which I had a month's time.
                                        None of the items were delivered even after 40 days. And I had to buy clothes for wedding inspite of spending in Mirraw.

                                        After number of email conversations, received only 1/4 of items been delivered that is after 40 days of placing the order which arrived after the wedding.

                                        Now it's been about 2 months since I placed the order and still no sign of rest of the items.

                                        I have been sending emails to Mirraw but not really helping with rest of the order.

                                        The whole point of spending more money in Mirraw than going to shop is to avoid hastle of going into shops but every time shopping with Mirraw has only left me with more stress.
                                        Customs with London delivery.
                                        Chasing for the items to be delivered to India.
                                        Terrified now to order anything online. Chasing has been only going through in my mind whenever I think about online shopping.

                                        Experience with Mirraw online shopping has become a nightmare.

                                        I sincerely request Mirraw to check what is happening with my order. This is no good from the customer point of view.
