Hello, my name is kate.
On 7. June 2017 i made the order of 6 saree on mirraw.com and payed for it 169, 29 euro.
Later, the employee kashyap sadhu wrote to me that 2 of sarees are with defects and they can't send it to me. He suggested to choose another sarees or to have my money back on account. I tried 2 times to choose another sarees, but they were always "out of stock" (But on the website the were available!).
So i decided to have a refund and to receive my money back.
5-6 times i wrote to kashyap and mirraw.com to have my money back, but they always said that i need to wait 2-7 days.
Now i am waiting for the money on my paypal account more than 1 month and i don't why, but the summery price of order chanced to the smaller side in my account (???). Anyway i have got all emails from mirraw and confirmations from paypal of transactions.
They should give me back 13, 21 and about 34, 53 euro (In total 47, 74 euro) for 2 sarees (One of them was with petticoat and blouse).
