I have ordered a saree with order number 5744-M[protected], but in the description it was not mentioned that its a net saree, so i requested for a return, but still my return is pending. First I put up a return request and then they asked for a tracking number, I gave the tracking no through which the product reached me, but that was not accepted, so I mailed the customer service with the issue, but they in return only guided with the steps no where mentioning about the option I asked for, I also replied back with the scenario again, but theres no reply till now. I want to return the product. Please help!!

    This is sudesh kumar, I have ordered a Saree (black embroider) order number :[protected] dated 04th April 2017 cost Rs.999, but due to some personal issues I had decided to return the Saree as it is written on the site profile about the return policy is available for customers, though my request return has approved by company and they had promised to return my fund within 2-7 working days and here it is about a month time passed away but my payment is still not refunded, kindly look into my matter, waiting for your reply ASAP, thank you

      Hello,
      I have ordered (Red bhagalpuri silk and soft net hand work stitched blouse) from mirraw.com on dated 08/04/2017 and after that due to some personal reason i have cancelled the same through your customer care agent on dated 11/04/2017. Now i am asking them for my refund so they are making me fool and saying that it will take 7-8 working days although it's being 21days.
      Please help me to get back my refund.

      I am still waiting for my refund.
      My dress that I bought from Mirraw.com has a big hole on the under layer.They had wanted to repair it but they couldn't. Also the quality of cloth and stiching is not good at all and it is very low and it is not like the picture in the site.
      I have sent several emails but never get respond.

          I had placed order no : m[protected] on 21.03.2017. Money was transferred same day however there is no update on the package.
          Payment of rs 1860 has been made with reference number[protected]a1 for mirraw order reference number m[protected], however no response from your end inspite of sending atleast 5-6 reminders.

          The only thing that you do is give me ticket references for complaints raised :-
          Ticket id - 852738.
          Ticket id - 863474.

          If you are unable to reply or expedite my shipment, i would have no other option other than raise this complaint on the web / consumer court website.

              Date of Incident: 9th April, 2017 at 10:53, I ordered Multi color combo of gold plated earrings contains (6 pairs) and have made an online payment via my credit card of Rs. 533 and after multiple follow ups with Customer care via calls as well emails but there is no response from them as of now.

              I have already shared them the transaction message & transaction alerts I had received via email. The amount 533 Rs. has been deducted on my credit card and I have not received any product neither they're ready to return my money.

                  Hello sanjay,

                  Ordered 4 items in mirraw and they are due to be delivered today.
                  I have took leave from work in order to receive the parcel today.

                  I received dhl text message saying that i have to pay £51 for the items that i bought for £153.61.

                  How is it fair to pay by customer when you have clearly said it is shipping free and you are able to ship worldwide.

                  Believing that i have ordered the goods. And now, i am being asked to pay 35% of purchase price for customs?

                  I think you need to sort this issue. It does not look correct for customer to pay custom charges.

                  I only realised now, in another section that you mentioned about vat and custom which is not in the same section as shipping information which is very misleading for customer who wanted to buy from you site. Either you should be mentioning this detail in the checkout area where you said free shipping (When spent more than £120) explicitly that the customer need to bear the custom charges or do not say that shipping is free.

                  It is very misleading and is a trap for customers to only realise at a later point about the custom charges.

                  I believe you are going to resolve this issue as soon as possible and get the parcel delivered to me.

                    We ordered two complete set of Sharees from this website and after a long wait we received two piece of cloths which look like garbage. We called them several time and write so many email provide all photos, receipts, and custom clearance papers. They always have same response "we will get back to you within 72 hr". After approximate a month of wait, Now they are saying that we sent you the wrong product by mistake but we cannot provide you full refund or product because then we'll be in lose. Is this a joke. Rather then compensating the mental harassment which we are facing to dealing them, the company is focused on there lose. They don't have respect toward there customers.

                    Please don't buy anything from this company. We all can file a law suit against such fraud company. Please response if other people are interested in filing legal suit.

                      Mirraw online store are cheaters. They are using false advertising. Online product pictures are different compared to consumer end product.
                      All my ordered products were very poorly stitched, wrongly stitched and quality of fabric was downgrading, nothing like what is advertised through their website.
                      I have asked for my refund but they are fraud and now coming up with all excuses.

                        They are fraud people. They took the shipment charges and it doesnt mention in payment reciept i have to pay customs charges separately. Then now they say i should have been checking the faq section. This is not first time i bought from india but from different website, they didn't have these complications. The salwar costs £19, shipment£10 and customs 16, so to buy a £19 salwar i have to pay additionally £26. What a rip off?

                          On 12 February 2017 I just odered for the first time a saree, 'multicolor printed bhagalpuri slk saree with blouse'. But i get an mail, its was canceled. When i wrote a mail to the Mirraws, they said they will handle it. They send me mails with the same information.
                          Still didn't get a good mail back or the money! I lost €17, 00!
                          Never Order Again on Mirraws, I also tell friends and family about this.
                          I'm really dissapointed on Mirraws, Thanks for everything!

                              Hi,

                              Recently I bought 3 items under 1 order from different stores. I did not like all 3 items and wanted to return. I initiated return for 1 item as soon as it came through and 2 more items on a 2nd day (checked 2 returns together). Now I shipped all 3 items back but when I try to update the tracking number for the 2 items it seems to take same tracking number for both items and wouldn't let me update different tracking numbers item wise.

                                I had placed an order (Order Number: M[protected] for 3 kameez-salwars/suits from mirraw.com and made payment through net banking. When i recieved the items, i did'nt find them of good quality and placed a return request for two of the three ordered items. I have sent them to the provided address by INdIA POST COURIER SERVICE (TRACKING NUMBER : EE[protected]IN, EE[protected]IN). even when the items have been delivered to the respective addresses as can be tracked from the courier tracking number, the company has not refunded any of the amount to my account. They dont even care to respond to my e.mails/calls. This is highly dissapointing. Kindly let me know where could i lodge a complain against mirraw.com.

                                  I want my product now only.Other wise U will give complaint against your site (mirraw) to the consumer court.

                                    I have purchased artificial jewellery from mirraw.com on 2nd of april and amount 4133 rs has been deducted from my account at the same time.
                                    But still my item is pending in mirraw website. I sent mail to mirraw after a 10 days ago. I got reply that payment has been bounced but this is not true.
                                    I went to bank for all payment details. Payment has been successfully credited to mirraw.
                                    After that i have senbding so many mail to [protected]@mirrow.com and calling on number. I am not getting any response from them. Please help me to refund my amount or deliver my item.

But why are you making a huge delay in returning back my money. I have returned the product. Your sister concern Amazon has very good return policies. But why do you lack such promptness?

                                      There is one more return from the same order. Tracking No.D32575389 also I wish to return because there was a time delay in delivering the product and you have delivered a wrong size. This also I have already intimated to you. So far I have not done because you are making such a huge delay in returning my money for the previous return itself.

                                      In such a case, how will I order further products from you? How do I recommend Mirraw to my friends circle also? How many reminders should I make?

                                      I want my money back within this week or I may have to take further action against you.
