I have place online order for aqua green colour material for long anarkali pattern. But I received off-white color. Moreover top material is so small that a frock of 2 year girl can be prepared. It's a great cheating.

I strongly required refund of the order immediately or I will put up the cheating case in prime minister portal.

        1. Item 1 – pink raw silk embroidered lehenga choli – the dupatta is missing – i need this asap
        2. Item 2 – multicolour printed art silk ghagra-choli – not stitched as per picture – the ghagra is not stitched correctly as per the picture
        3. Item 3 – peach printed georgette saree with blouse – i asked for sleeveless blouse or chiffon cap sleeve – you have applied something else and it does not look right – needs to be sleeveless or chiffon cap sleeve.
        4. Item 4 - wrong colour bag sent, i ordered purple - this one is orange

        1. Item 1 – blue embroidered banglori silk lehenga – the choli was requested to be stitched like the way you have made the pink raw silk one on the other order – please check the notes on the measurements i provided – this choli ghagra is too wide and we wanted much less gathering as per our measurements of the width.
        2. Item 2 – asked for sleeveless – the way the cap sleeve is done ruins the look
        3. Item 3a and 3b - asked for sleeveless – also damaged at the front
        4. Item 4 - asked for sleeveless
        All the other items not listed here in this order except item 1 – i requested 9.5 inch deep at the front and sleeveless – these are not 9.5 deep and most came sleeveless except those above, although none of them were stitched as per requirements as none are 9.5 inches deep.

        Please can you urgently review this query and ensure you dispatch the dupatta for item 1 in order m[protected] soon as i need it urgently. For the stitching mistakes, please advise what we can do to resolve.

        Additionally, I forgot to mention. I had to pay £93 custom tax on one of those orders, the reason customs gave was the value you put on the parcel - the parcel order was £251.22 - items were all discounted and each item I paid an additional £12 for custom stitching. I refused to pay the £93 and Mirraw refused to refund the full amount as I had custom stitching - so I would have got nothing back, in fact I probably would have been invoiced £93 for the tax from Mirraw. I asked Mirraw to speak to UK Customs and reduce the value of the parcel so the tax is reduced and they refused to. So one order I spent £169 I was not charged custom tax and the order for £251 I had to pay £93 extra tax! DHL would not deliver the parcel unless I paid, so I did as I wasn't going to get a refund, only to find so many problems with the products - I should never have added custom Stitching.

          I bought a suit from Mirraw.com, when I received the suit, the quality of the embroidery was poor, the quality of the material was poor, the stitching was really poor. The suit did not match the picture on the website at all, it did not have a band collar where as the picture on the website did. The back piece was bigger than the front piece. I posted it back on the 24th of February 2017 and still till this date i have not received the refund. Every time I contact them they say, they haven't received the suit, it has cost me Β£20 for delivery charges. My experience with Mirraw has been astonishingly bad and as far as I know I will not be getting a refund, after reading the reviews I have realised there are so many out there waiting for a refund like me so be warned and do not even consider buying from Mirraw.

            I have not got the refund amount.Checked with bank people also. I need the IMPS reference number to check this issue in bank. I have been waiting since a month but i dint get the product nor the amount. This is worst experience which i had.

                This is regarding my order on 15th March 2017 which is not confirmed yet. Money has been debited though. No.[protected]. I have mailed 3-4times, but no action taken yet. Everytime a ticket is generated and nothing happens. The customer care number doesn't work. Even if I stay on line for 30mins nobody responds. I had ordered a saree worth 2100, which should have reached me in a week or so as promised, instead the order not confirmed yet. This my worst experience in online shopping. I am disgusted. I don't want any transaction with the company, just cancel my order and pay my money back.

                      After reading these complaints I want to make sure I get a refund for my cancellation. I cancelled the order only a few hours after I placed it since it will not arrive in time number - M[protected]. Since you don't respond for 72 hours I want to make sure I will still get my full refund if you respond outside the 24 hrs. I don't want to be messed around and there is no number available on the website to call for service.

                            Dear SIrs/Madam

                            This is the third time I am writing to you and the first complaint I had with Mirraw is still not resolved.

                            They sent me goods after I cancelled the order and then refusing to take them back.

                            I have not know a more fraudulent company. Trading standards in UK have been informed and I would like to take this further with trading standards in India. People need to know that this company not only sells cheap third class material clothes which look different online but are also fraudulent and don't honor their policies.

                            The least that should happen is people should know about this company and ensure they don't get duped by it.

                              I did not liked the quality of the product(ONE SAREE) then i requested its return...the site mailed me the process of return. I sent the product back through speed post on dt.10.03.2017 the person received mail the post on 11th march ..today its 16th march and i have not received my money back!!! You ppl are making me fool if i dont get a reply to this i will be constraint to approach the consumer court!...
                              By the way, no reply my mail.He said me, refund my money within 7 working days and already have gone 5 days. no reply no action my refunded money.

                                  I had ordered for a material but the dress was very poor, trying to return it but the company is refusing to accept a return pick up and demanding customer to courier and the money will not be refunded.                                     I ordered an expensive saree online through mirraw.com . I was supposed to receive the order withing 15 working days. I received email from them that they are having technical error and order is delayed. I received this messaged a few times before they sent an email saying that the saree I ordered went out of stock and I will get full refund within 7 working days. I never recieved my money. Upon multiple emails they kept on saying next 3-7 days then next 3 days and so on. I am still waiting from my refund for an order I never received.

                                        Hi Mirraw Team,

                                        I made Payment on 16th October 2016 for Order Number: M[protected] .

                                        "The NEFT transaction from your account number with reference number CITIN[protected] for Rs.759.00 has been credited to the payee at 06:13:18 on[protected]", this is message received from bank which states payment successful.

                                        It has been more than 5 monthsI haven't received product nor refund from mirraw.

                                        Not received any response from mirraw, regarding refund for multiple queries.
