Refund for the above order number has not been credited in my account till now. They are not answering the call.
They have not shipped the product nor credited the money. The company's customer care is pathetic. They just loot money and don't give product or refund. My money is wasted and they answer still under process. Fraud website. Please don't ever buy from them.

    My fiancee pravalika prasad bought an item - traditional antique golden handmade theme necklace set from mirraw online services of rs.3498 (Including shipping charges) on 5th feb, 2017. Upon receiving the product it was found defective and hence she returned it on 11th feb. It was mentioned that once the item is received in the warehouse they would refund the amount within 7-8 working days. However, even after repeated calls and followups we did not receive the amount yet.in fact, pravalika received the amount twice but it got bounced back from her account immediately. When we inquired they stated due to incorrect account details the refund cannot be done which is completely false. We then provided them another account number on 19th may and they assured the amount would be refunded this time within 72 hours. But till now we did not receive the amount not any response from them. We therefore request you to bring to justice such unlawful practices against consumers.

      Mirraw.com i only bought items that were buy1 and get 1free items. Now you tell me which ones are free, plus it had $1 for stitching.

      If you do your maths and compare the products/items u know u are ripping your costumers. I double check the paypal statement and compared it to the items on mirraw.com.

      Mirraw.com this looks like a scam, ripping online costumers off on false advertisement which is illegal.

      Before i hand this matter over to paypal legal team and let them investigate this further, i am enclosing copy of the receipt that shows the amount i paid.

        This ticket was raised with refund concern. After couple o[censored]pdates, they promised to give refund to my paypal account. Even after asking for my account, there was no further action. and happily the marked the issue as Resolved.

        There was a mail that refund would be initiated and delay was escalated to Sr. Management.
        But, it is already several days, no further action. Refund is not done. no response from mirraw.

        Still waiting, no action taken from Mirraw. Money lost with mirraw once, is then impossible to get refund. for the products not delivered.

        unbelievably, irresponsible customer care, and no means to contact them by phone, or email. maybe, the best way to is to go their office in person, if you can.

            I am quiet impress with mirraw firi am quiet impress with mirraw first experience. I came in india for sometime has i live in fiji. I had order staffs from mirraw. I was makipag-usap with the customer executive that when will my product dumating. I need my staffs urgently. But the courier guy did not deliver at my address by saying # reason that its "bad address wrong address". Even though i called them and nakumpirmang the address but they said directly we are not able to get up by your address. Domino can also search my location better than them. While reading the mirraw compliant site i seriously don't think that the customer ehekutibong guyz don't reply on time. Ako ay pakikipag-usap lamang sa isang ehekutibo mula sa simula hanggang katapusan na nikki gupta. I shall makakuha ng reply sa aking mga email sa loob ng ilang minuto. Nagustuhan ko na mirraw alagaan ng kanilang mga customer ang mga problema at ibalik sa dati ang mga ito mabilis. Ako definately mamili nang may u guyz sa hinaharap at magmungkahi ng mga kaibigan ko ring upang mamili sa iyo. Ako sineseryoso nagustuhan iyong customer ehekutibo serbisyo.

                  I have ordered two sarees, which were suppose to be delivered within 10 days and actually i got it after a month. But they delivered me only one saree and when i went back to customer services asking for other saree. No proper response. I wanted my other saree, whereas they said they will provide me 30% discount for the saree i have not received. I really don't know if they understood the issue. The customer service number they provided is not working either. No way we can contact them. The saree they provided also are not of good quality as show in the picture. Altogether it's the worst of the worst online shopping through mirraw.

                    I am writing on behalf of my friend nithya (Residing in usa) who had ordered two sarees from http://www.mirraw.com/. on feb 19th i get a message saying i have cancelled part of my order and then i wrote to them saying there has been no cancellation from my end. After writing to the customer service, to my surprise i received the "cream embroidered georgette saree" which was supposedly cancelled, and there were not details of the dark pista green saree. When i further inquired about the green saree order, to my dismay they say that both sarees has been delivered! Initially i was shocked as there was only one piece in the parcel and i also sent them a photo but in vain! After continuous email exchange they refused to give a refund and offered a 15% discount as a 'goodwill gesture'!!! I have given up fighting for this and feel cheated. It is a request to each and every person out there, please do not use their services as they are just cheating customers!

                      My order number is m[protected], i order my items (2 sarees) on 10 may 2017, my expected delivery date was 28 may when i contact them by email they told me one product in my order has failed in quality check on 2 june 2017 and they will we refund for the product and send me the remaining product. However, i'm informed of anything till now (8 june 2017) and i didn't receive the remaining product and they didn't refund me for the other. I'm really disappointed it's my first online shopping. What should i do?
                      Hope i'll get an answer as soon as possible.

                        My refund for the product number M[protected] has not done even after 2 month. When I call or mail them they always say that refund had done by them on 10 may. But the refund has not reflected in my account till date. I mailed the the entry of my account statement to make them sure that I didn't receive any refund still they are not doing. I already had communication with 4 guys like nayan is one of them and she communicate very badly At time they share a fake transaction id and at times they say that they have some system error and just spend time. finly they send me ammount but without couries charges and the mailed me that my ammount is 2459 something and i got 2200 in two transation If complaint here are seriously resolved then kindly resolve my complaint and refund my money as soon as...i share u mail detail also in your mail id and now thy share coupan but i dont need any coupan and they communicate very badly

                                Hello

                                This company Mirraw finally decided to refund my money to me and now they are telling me since March 30th that it will take 7 to 9 days for the refund to reflect in my account. I have not seen such a horrible service in my entire shopping time online or even in person. They tell me I need to be patient. They keep lying again and again.

                                Most horrendous company and even by mistake I would not ever use this company again.

                                My request is this company stop lying to me and refund the amount they owe effective immediately.

                                I hope this is the last in the series of complaint letters I will need to write.

                                  My order was placed from USA paid using Pay Pal.

                                  Part of the order was delivered, missing items were informed that they will refund, it is already 6 months, I sent several emails to follow up, Finally there was response to refund money. after their response, it is another 1 month, but there was no refund.

                                  Customer care number - doesn't work at all.
                                  email - no body respond./
                                  there is no way to escalate this issue or reach someone in their company for this issue.

                                  Money is lost. posting it here if, they can respond. or help others to know about this case, before they buy with Mirraw.

                                  Thank you. Mr. Wilson, responded to my mail in the past several months ago that my refund was already initiated. But, there was no refund given to my account. then there was no reply to my email follow ups. Then I ended up logging my concern in this.

                                  Mr. Prashant Bobade contacted me over email and asked my paypal account, which is my email address, I shared with him over email response. Let me wait for a response. if I am lucky, I would expect a response and refund. ;)

                                  Order was created on 25th Nov 2016 for total USD 104.86

                                  Deliver was received on 12th Dec 2016 with missing items.,

                                  Ordered and paid for 4 sarees, 4 blouse, 4 peticoat and 1 salwar
                                  But, Received only 3 sarees, 1 blouse, 1 salwar
                                  Missing 1 saree, 3 blouses and 4 peti coat

                                  Immediately reported by email and Customer Care phone number as well. But there was no response, other than automated mail.

                                  After hundreds of email follow up and finally after complaining here, there was a response asking for my paypal account.

                                  Now, the story repeats, there is no further feedback or response, it is already 5 days after giving my account details.

                                  Every time, after a long wait time, there will be one person promising the refund is initiated, then there will be no action. then repeat asking for update just like a routine job. ;)

                                  I guess, this is a shortcut for Mirraw to become a billionaire. as I see there are several complaints like me. ;)

                                  This issue is not resolved. But it is marked as Resolve. I didn't receive refund, but Mirraw promised that I would get it. it is more than 7 months now. Sad.

                                  Another false promise of refund would be given, there was a mail from mirraw. But no refund. :)
                                  I will keep asking for an update.
                                  I too am undergoing a similar experience with these guys, they even gave me a fake transaction id and said paytm has issues since i had paid via paytm.
                                  For me 2 months are over already. Their account team seems to be busy in counting money which they would have collected by cheating people.
