Completely worthless and worst business FORUM I've ever come across. An absolute BS business entity. You need to respond to customers for return of you cowards can't sell GENUINE products. What you show in your website and what you deliver are planets apart. My order ID is M[protected]. HOW MANY TIMES SHALL I ASK FOR RETURN!!! AND WHEN AT ALL YOU PEOPLE WILL RESPOND??? 72 HOURS OVER. I want to sue up such cheaters. You don't deserve a place in business at all. YOU LIARS AND CHEATS...SO CHEAP OF YOU. RESPOND TO CUSTOMER CARE PH. NO. [protected] ATLEAST.

    I order a number of outfits and wanted them custom stitched. I did not complete my measurements and sent an email to ask the shipment to await finalization of measurements long before items were sent for stitching. my messages were ignored and items were shipped with whose measurements, I do not know. I have been contacting Mirraw and the rude comments were that items will be destroyed at customs if I do not pick. Am I to pay for items with incorrect measurements? The lack of customer care and customer satisfaction is unbelievable. Anyone know of a good lawyer to sue this company

          The quality of the product is very poor. The fabric is very bad. I am writing a mail continuously but I am not getting any response from them. I am applying online on their website but can't able to process anything. When I called them they said to courier the product. But why we? They are not providing any pick up person. This online site is disgusting. Their services and their applications all are fake.

            Organizing an event relying on products from Mirraw has been a very painful experience

            Part of my order was delayed for 3 weeks. To add to it, they partially delivered my order and Cancelled the rest of the order without any notice. Reason for Cancellation being their Quality Issues

            I am at loss of not making the event with the costume first of all. Second, this product that they cancelled is still on Sale on the website

            If the product is still on sale and you have Quality issues with one order, would you not fulfill your quality and timing drawbacks by fulfilling the order to customer with what is available?

            Its been a very painful experience with the arrogant customer service overall

              I ordered two dresses and paid around 40 Euros in Sept 2016. Never received the product to the date ( march 2017). Called and emailed several times and they make fake promises . Not a dependable company and no one takes responsibility for undelivered product. They promised the refund within 72 hrs in January and never credited the money. WILL NOT RECOMMEND this site.

                  Few days back I had placed an order for a stitched blouse from mirraw. Upon receiving the product I found it to be defective and not UpTo the standard. Therefore I wished to return it. I contacted the mirraw customer care number and then the first time, a representative asked me to courier back the product to the seller's address, following which I did the same and the courier has even reached the seller. Whenever I try to contact the customer care representatives to get details about my refund, no one ever bothers to pick the call. Extremely poor service of mirraw and an even poor quality of products they deliver. Would recommend no one should ever buy products from this site

                    I ordered a Sari on 10 February, date of arrival was due to be 25 February.

                    I requested additional stitching of PICO and Fall.

                    The status of the order has remained the same since 13 February, which is where it underwent a quality check, it still says the estimated date of arrival is 25th Feb which date has passed. This is the first time that I have ordered from Mirraw and it seems it will be the last.

                    I require a response as to what is going on with the delivery of the sari!

                        I have called multiple times to customer care but every time they say that materials will get delivered in next 72 hours.

                        First time i am using mirraw.com and got the bitter experience.

I sent the product back through speed post the person received the post on 16th january ..today its 19th feb and i hav not received my money back!!!                               I saved couple of items on my cart, by mistake i placed the order with out reviewing.Immediately the had deducted 78 dollars.With in couple of minutes i emailed [protected]@mirraw.com to cancel the order.I received an automated emails saying "a ticket has been created with Ticket ID - 747637.".Then after two hours i received an email from "Ajay Pasi " saying "We request you to kindly please elaborate the issues for cancelling the order so we will assist you better for the same". i replied back and explained him exactly what happened .Then he responded saying "We would like to inform you that we have initiated refund for the same, it will reflect into your account within 7-9 working days." I did not receive the refund in 7-9 working days. I waited for almost a month then i sent an email to Ajay Pasi, [protected]@mirraw.com .I did not receive any response untill now.

                                I ordered a saree from mirraw.com, But i was not satisfied with the product. So, i requested to kindly guide the return or replacement process through mail. After that i received a mail, Was asked to return through Speed post & Return shipping charge will not be covered by team mirraw. I returned it through speed post on 23rd January 2017, Consignment no.: EJ[protected]IN. But till date payment is not received by team mirraw. Neither any action is taken by them. I dropped a mail regarding that & i also called on the no. given by them on previous mail but they told it is not our responsibility.

                                  I am getting fedup with this procedure.
                                  I had returned Mirraw jewellery and they confirmed reciept and promised
                                  Refund in ten days.But so far nothing.

                                    I have oredered the bra of size 34B but received one of size 32B.
                                    I have sent two emails with pictures mentioning the bra size.One on [protected]@mirraw.com and another on [protected]@mirraw.com .I haven't got any reply from them. All I want is a replacement of right size.

                                      I have called mirraw so many times and everytime. I call them they say sir we have forwarded it to the accoutns department and it will take 7 to 10 workings days and when i call them after time is overnthey again say the same thing.
                                      I dont think thwy are planning to refund the money. I even had. A conversation with their supervisor. He also said the same and finally gave me the date of 8th feb 2017 and its 8th feb 2017 still no money in my account.

                                        This is my third reminder complaint n no action
                                        Everytime i complain some staff of mirraw call formally n apologise
                                        Promise refund in couple of days but not doing
                                        What is the action from consumer forum?
                                        How long customers will be deceived like this?
                                        What is the next action?
                                        This should teach them a lesson so that future no customers will be misguided.

                                        This is my second complaint as my first on the same subject was not
                                        Resolved.Mirraw wants payment before delivery of the product n its not
                                        Satisfactory so customer has to return to Mirraw by paying to courier
                                        After receiving confirmation of receipt
                                        They promise refund with in 7-10days.but its more than a month n sofar no action.
                                        Complained 4days back n received a call from Mirraw saying that they r refunding immediately but not done.
