On 15 Oct i have been purchase Orange embroidered georgette semi stitched salwar with dupatta & my order number is M[protected].

But today on 23 Oct. i got different product which is orange Saree . i tried company customer care no. & also mailed to the company about my problem but there is no response .

    On 28th Sep placed above order all most two months over. after that I am keep following but no one responding.
    Whenever I sent an email just getting recorded message (We have forwarded your request to our concern department. And we are trying our level best to deliver your product as soon as possible). after that no update.
    I don’t know when they are going to deliver what’s my order status? These thing make me so frustrated, I tried customer care number as well but that number always busy.
    I usually do my all shopping online only but this is first time I faced that type of problem, Extremely poor customer service infect no customer service . I paid $667.00 (NZ DOLLER)and after that I become fool
    Placed these items for Diwali and karwa cautth all festival over but order not yet arrived.

      The product was delivered on November 5th 2016.
      I wasn't satisfied with the product, so I returned the product back on 9th November and it reached on 11th November, but I still havent got my money back.
      I keep calling the customer care but no one responds back, I have invested nearly Rs.1600 but still no response from them.
      I swear, I will never buy anythin g from Mirraw again. And I suggest everyone not to buy from Mirraw too.

        This is my order no M[protected]_a65f but i have not any confirmation of my order though i have paid my product from bank and i got confirmation that amount is debited .i have written so many emails providing my bank staement I am not getting any response from you and they are not reciving any calls I am fed up I am thinking to complain in consumer form about your web site now if it is delayed I will do the same as I said avove.

Please inform that you got the money  or not for the product I lost around more than than thousand rupee  for returning and for booking other product I am very fed up.you people  don't receive  calls or have curtosy to call back.

            Is not as satisfaction thats why i was returned it by india post service because, mirraw mailed me "return shipping cost:
            The cost of return shipping will not be covered by mirraw.com"
            Which tracking no. Em[protected]in.
            This product was delivered by 09th of november 2016. (Return charges pay by customer)
            But refund still not initiated.
            I call daily on [protected] its mirraw customer care but nobodies never answering or call back.
            I have engaged my over ₹1600 for this f_cking order.
            Tell me what can i do now.

            Someone called me and asked about my debit card details instead of bank acc.
            He said me that he is from Mirraw.
            But i didnt give him any detail.
            He approach me but i dont.
            Then he suddenly cut the call.

            Now today i have received my refund.
            ₹1443. Not shipping charge.
            Anyways thank you so much for pressurized on those sites on any else who want to cheat Mango Peoples.

              Stay away from this company, terrible/[censored] products and even worse customer service. This company is just OUT TO SCAM YOU.

              The customer service is the worst!!! I was told is could return my products since I was very UNSATISFIED and once they were delivered I would receive a full refund on my account. The products were delivered and RETURNED WEEKS AGO AND STILL NO REFUND!!! I've called 4 times and never get a straight answer. One says contact the manager, did that, no response from him either. Another says he sent my claim to the accounting team, um okay so why doesn't anyone have a progress report for me on my refund when I called again??? I've already talked to numerous people and told everyone in US to stay away from this site. I already reported this site to the authorities for FRAUD and SCAMMING. I will continue to call back every day until they process my refund, this company is just out to cheat people. Needs to be shut down.

              STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!

                    1: they first sent you a different product with very bad stuff.
                    2: if you plan to return the product, you have to courier it at your own expenses which is non refundable.
                    3: then no follow ups from the company for refunding the money even they do not reply to mails and calls.
                    Seems like company is gone for long holiday after looting all its customers.
                    Will never gonna suggest someone to buy anything from this site.

                      These guys are completely irresponsible, unprofessional, unethical and nonsense company. My wife and her friends order 5 lehanga's in the month of september and now we are in november and these guys have not fulfilled the order

                      Every time we correspond with them they ask time and we have been patients waiting till now, they delivered us one piece out of 5 pieces and not sure where the other items are.

                      We want a complete refund and on top of that we want them fined for wasting our time

                        Worst experience ever, so unprofessional

                        When I order 2 different sarees with 2 different colors with two different PRICES, I expect to get 2 different ones. Instead I received 2 of the same sarees. Stiching is completely wrong for the blouses, the dress I ordered the material is completely different from what's shown in the pictures.

                        The shipping and stiching takes forever, they promise a week but it will be over a month. I filed my complaint and all they could offer was 10% discount so basically NOTHING for the messed up products I had received. I had still not received one saree with my order and I told them well in advance to not ship that product and I would like a full refund for that, despite of specifically stating that over and over again that Item was still shipped. & still haven't received any type of refund yet.

                        Everyone if you are trying to save yourself from the hassle and headaches as well as basically wasting your money and unprofessional ism, Do not order from them!!!

                          Hey this is just ridiculous. When i ordered they showed i have to pay in indian rupee an now they ar showing i have to pay in dollars. Before the app was opening properly now it's nt even responding and they ar nt even responding to email's an the phone no given is nt connecting. This looks like fraud. Ar u serious.                             After paying this ridiculous amount to customs.
                            Items received are very poor quality. Lace to sew the outer garments is missing.in lieu of this was promised a refund within 24 hours. Later received emails from 3 other people advising i must accept 25% discount on next purchase and go buy lining from a local market.
                            1. I will never buy from mirraw again?
                            2. Where must i find matching lace? We dont have fabric markets in my country.
                            3. No refund received to date yet promised on email?
                            4. Emailed received that i must phone india if i want to query further - must i now pay for an international call?

                            Garments are useless to me and i will not use such poor quality. Please advise.

                            Please read carefully - there is no floral lace to make up the garment. This is suppose to be the outer of the garment.
                            How can you sell this item if it cannot be sewn as the picture displayed.

                              I placed a $127 of order on mirraw with order number of m[protected] on october 15 th 2016. Initial delivery date was assign as 27 oct. My money is already transferred from paypal, but order is not delivered as promised i called them several times, and no one bothers to to answer the call, its pathetic service, if you cannot fulfill the order, then please do not advertise it and please refund it asap. This is a fraud and untrustworthy company.

                                I have purchased a dress from mirraw.com and returned it as not as per specifications mentioned on website.

                                I have returned it on the next day of received by my own expense. And made so many correspondence with mirraw customer care but dint get refund and every time complaint got automatically resolved.

                                Its a fraud company and never buy from mirraw.com.

                                  I placed a 200$ of order on mirraw on October 15 th 2016. Initial delivery date was assign as nov 1st. Then they moved it to Nov 9 th. I called them several times, no one has a right answer. One says we are waiting for ur confirmation, other says it is dispatched, and some one else says it is ready to be dispatched. It's a total chaos. Manager is not available anytime, he always leaves for the day. I never get a response when I email them. Either I want my order or my money back. I would label this as a FRAUD, and untrustworthy.

                                    By mistake I have paid twice( M[protected] the stipulated amount of the order.
                                    The problem with all this is that they have also charged me that double amount of the order, and not come back the rest of money.
                                    And my items has not yet sent to me.They says what only have one invoice but in my account bank I had twice payment did from Mirraw.It second time I was ordered in Mirraw and they not to answer my messages not Returned the money and not To sent me my order.I ordered 5 items and have spend 240$ for nothing.They not resolved my problems I'm still waiting.very very bad experience and very disappointed and frustrated, I not have words .My advice for all never buy nothing from this website.All my hopes and illusion has broken, without money and items .the worst experience.

                                      I am malar from malaysia. I placed an order with mirraw.com on some items on 5 november 2016. Subsequently, i changed my order and repeatedly called their office and sent emails. To date, i have not received a positive response from mirraw in regards to my order. I was told on the phone that a sales personnel shall be calling me to clarify the entire matter but this has yet to happen.

                                        I did order goods for 3000rands in june 2016 and now its november and i have not received the goods up to now. I have been sending emails...To customer care-ruchika and team but nothing has been sorted as they dont even reply to my mail.
