Hello,
So shameless people are associated with this company I feel.still they didn't give my refund money back.
I had written this complain 5 days before and a person name Sanjay called from mirraw and told from his end the transaction done and it will reflect to my account within 2 days.
5 days over I can't see any refund money.
Giving you last warning don't play with my money.

    I have ordered this item and received this on first week of november. The stiching was very bad, hence poor fitting and I had to initiate returns. I was sent a return address after 3 follow ups. I was told that I was responible for returning the item and they will initiate refund after they receive the item.

    I sent the item (thru someone who travelled back to india and had them ship to it mumbai) and the status is delivered according to the shipping agency(tcpindia.com in my case). I have been following up on this with 10+ emails till now and no one cares to properly read the email. I keep getting response that item is not received. They keep checking a wrong tracking number.. or simply respond item not received. I dont know if they have any intention of refunding my payment. I am totally stuck and still following up for close to 2 months now.

    Poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend this site for anyone

      My saree has been ordered and it's been more than a month. I have not re d the saree after emails, whatsapp and calling the no provided. Thy say thy cannot locate the payment. I have sent a proof of the remittance and the utr no of the corresponding bank. Yet no one seems to be replying. Totally disgusted with your customer service. Hoping smthg will be done ASAP.

        I ordered two jewelry sets on january 7, 2017 and paid through bank deposit right away, after couple of days i contact customer care to confirm my payment but they asked me to send bank transaction details which i email them right away, after couple of days i contact them again and they said it will take another 24-48 hours to confirm the payment with their accounting team but until today i haven't got the payment confirmation and my order is still pending.
        Every time i call or email them they say the same answer it will take 24-48 hours but it has been almost a week since i placed the order.
        This company is big fraud.

          I had order a dress which they had showed it's availability and I had paid online.but after a 10 days there was no communication at all about my product.when I had called them they said the product is not available now.after complaining them they told me that I will get my refund money within 10 days.now it's more than 15 days got over where is my money.

          Take this mail on higher priority or else I m not gonna leave u.

            Order number M[protected]. The saree ordered was found of low quality compared to price. The payment was made by citibank credit card. The saree returned on 24th November 2016 on the same day of receipt. The saree was sent by DTDC courier shipment number M42523300 and they have received, tit. We have sent many emails to them. Despite repeated follow up on email, till date we have not received money back. We will neither from this online seller nor recommend this seller to othersezuh.

              I ordered two salwar kameez from Mirraw.com and they are so blatantly stitched that I cannot get them over my head to try them on. I filed a complaint and is not getting anywhere with them. I am attaching pictures of what they send to compare their online images. Their stitch team needs to be fired. Mirraw never sends products as their online.

                Never ever buy things from this site.
                This is India's top most fraud site, who is selling some cheap quality products and when you return the products with your own money, these ppl will not refund the money to you. I have ordered saree with order no. M[protected] on 19/12/2016 from this site which got delivered to me on 21/12/2016. As i didn't liked the product I returned it on 22/12/2016 which reached the seller on 23/12/016. As i filed for returned sharing my bank details, their representatives told me that refund has been initiated and will reflect in my bank account after ten days, so i should patiently wait along with their annoying mail of" ticket closed" every time you write to them. now it has been 15 days i dint got any refund in my account moreoever their company representative are giving some fake transaction id, telling me to track it with my bank. I checked with my bank no such has been transaction is made. On top of it, when i told this to mirraw team, they asked for my bank statement, i have send that too confirming that no credit has been made by them, still they have not made any refunds. Follow one representative giving all details, they will be trapped and hence wont reply your mails afterward. Again a new Representative will contact you and make you go through all the crap with precrafted mail and annoying closing tkt mail. But they wont refund your money as if they are getting paid for fooling the customer.

                  I ordered Product 1475818 from Mirraw online. The blouse has silver working not gold as the photo shows on your website.

                  I tried to email and several emails just came with reply TICKET CLOSED.

                  Without the correct blouse the saree is useless.

                    Spoken to Aramex team on 26/06/2016 and was told that my purchase with the tracking no: [protected] has arrived in Malaysia but yet to be delivered to me. Another purchase with the tracking no: [protected] which still in India and have not been sent yet
                    I'm so disappointed that Mirraw don't deliver as stated in the agreement
                    As to my first email received was stated that my purchase will be delivered to me on 16/12/2016 after which I received another Email stating that 1 of my purchase has a quality issue and would require another 3 extra days and that would be 19/12/2016
                    To my dispointment till today I have not received any of my purchase..

                    I have wrote a few emails and yet to receive and explanations on the delay

                      Miraw is one of the worse online shopping companies i have come across. Very poor customer service not at all appreciated.

                      I am a customer from goa who was cheated by mirraw. I bought 1 item (Mert india pink crepe embroidered semi stitiched party wear gown : rs 959.0) ftom mirraw and it was shipped to me with totally wrong item but after returning on that very day with my personal courier charges, since they deducted that amount from my paypal account, each time i send an email i get a response that my ticket is closed. I send them email that i do not need the items any more and then they sent me 6 of 7 items. Fourth item was missing they said they credited missing item price amount to my account and they do not charge the shipping. Total money deducted from my account is 959/-+200/- (Delivery charges) and the item total is 1159/- now they are stating that they have credited in my account for as a prof they asked me my total bank transaction from 1 december to 27 th december 2017. I sent several emails to the customer care and a lady called rekha who was initially responded to my email. I have proof of all receipts and emails from them. But now they are not responding to my emails. I keep writing to them no one has responded to me for past 27 days.. I am very disappointed with their service and lost my money. If they don't solve my issue within this week i will write to national justice council in goa. They must be thinking that they can cheat me as i am an goan customer and cant do anything. I have my relatives and friends in national justice council who can act on behalf of me. Even if the amount is small or big i don't let them cheat me. I am willing to pay a lawyer in goa to file a complaint against mirraw.com for cheating customer & surely see that this should be in news too.

                        I send a previous complaint through this website before and the complaint id is 1437933. I submitted all the documents with my previous complaint after that one mirraw representative contacted me. He argued me at-least a month that they do not owe me money. Finally he admitted that it was a mistake from their site and he said he initiated a refund to my account. It is about a month now. I did not get money when asked he said they will generate a transaction. I asked them to give me translation number. What i found is they never initiated a refund. These people are cheating their customers. I cant believe how these people do business. Anyway i am still waiting. I will wait for couple of days. I will definitely give a complaint to customer protection and cyber cell here. This is online cheating. I will make try to see if i can stop the website traffic to usa. At least can put their site in the black list i am happy. I am also taking to my family in india to find how i can move a complaint against these people. I can afford to loose the money these people owe me but i dont let them cheat me. Rather i will donate that money to the needed.

                          I've been getting calls and mails saying that refund is processed but it's been a week or so that I haven't got my refund yet. They personally call the customers and telling them to remove all the bad reviews and they'll return the refund. Such liars! I'm gonna take these people to the consumer court with all the forwarded mails and make sure that this fake company is shut.

                            Im Keerthana. Ordered for two sarees online worth ₹ 3k in Mirraw webpage using my credit card. Few days later i received a damaged product with very poor quality from Mirraw. Hence I requested for return. And I also cancelled the second saree and informed Mirraw about the issue. They confirmed that they will not send the second saree and to courier back the damaged saree to proceed for refund. Very next day, i received the second saree too. Mirraw has no pick up I spend ₹300 to courier back. It has been one and a half month I'm chasing for the refund but yet I have no good news. More over they respond the mail stating that the money will be refunded in 48 hours. Twice I have receiver that response but not the money.

                              I want to cancel my order and to get money refund that I infomed within 10 hours by mail..
                              As per mirraw order cancel policy, customer should inform within 24 hours.
                              Really surprised to know that there is no proper contact number to contact .Sent several emails. But not getting any proper feedback or support to solve the issue. Now they are informing me that order 1 is dispatched. I cannot accept. There are 2 ordes. I have to cancel both orders that I infomed by email. I lost my confidence and faith on Mirraw. Do not want to deal with Mirraw.

                                I cancelled my 2 order within 1 hour and I receive mail who confirmed that order number M[protected]
                                M[protected] are cancelled. 4 days later I look my bank account and there is 105€ On my two account taken by mirraw so 210! i send mail to ask a refund and they said me that order are already cancelled!

                                    I have placed a order ( order no. M[protected] on 22nd december, but due to technical error order hasn't booked and payment debited from my account. when i booked a complaint against that then he required bank statement or payment proof. i have provided the complete details or proof for refund but till now refund hasn't received.

                                      I purchase 2 sarees on the beginning of the month of October. I received only 1 by mid october. After several mails sent to Mirraw.com which was addressed to Sagar i had been notified that the second saree will be shipped. Its already 2 months later now and despite several mails and messages sent on facebook to Mirraw no one advised me about the shipment or if they will refund me. PLZ LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SORT OUT. OTHERWISE RETURN MY FUNDS BACK. Awaiting a quick reply!!!

                                        Hi i'm from usa. I placed an online order on mirraw.com. My mirraw order number is m[protected]. I made the order on 28th september it's been over 2 'onths and i still haven't received my order. No one talks to me in customer service my mails are not being answered. The order cost was almost $500. And i have only received 3 dresses that are awfully stiched and cost $80. Please help me so i don't get cheated out of my $400 remaining.
