VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order, it arrived on the said date, however it was missing 3 items. It was impossible to reach they customer support line so I emailed them with the details of the missing items and they replied that one of the items was no longer available, so they would refund me for it. But I had received the item they said was no longer available. I tried calling them, it was impossible to get through by phone, so I emailed them again giving them again the detail of the 3 missing items. They replied saying the item was no longer available so they would refund me for it, referring again to the item I already had received, and said they had shipped the remaining items. At this point, I didn't know which two items they had sent, so I waited for the package, which thankfully arrived quickly. I tried calling them, again without success. My boyfriend called them from Delhi, whoever spoke to him said they would resolve the issue and I would receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. No one ever followed up and when I emailed them, they refused to send the missing item, although it is in their inventory. They said they would refund me, yet they did not return my money. They closed my ticket before it was even solved. I complained, received a message saying they were escalating the issue. But no one followed up on it of course. DON'T TRUST THEM.

    Never received products. Asked for a refund a month later.

    Worst customer service ever. The only message you get back from customer service is "We would like to inform you that we have escalated the issue to the concerned team, please allow us X hours so that we can check and update you on the status of the product. " X varies from 24-48-72hrs.

    The best part is that the ticket you raised gets immediately closed with a message "We hope that the ticket was resolved to your satisfaction. If you feel that the ticket should not be closed or if the ticket has not been resolved, please reply to this email".

    Every time you try to contact them back, you get into the same loop.

    The occasion for which I ordered the products are over one month back. So I really do not want the products anymore. All I need is my money back. But such a customer service makes it impossible.

      I had ordered from mirraw.com with order ID #M[protected] on 21st November 2016. After receiving the product I returned it immediately as the Quality was very poor. As per their policy, I have to return the product and I have to pay for the courier. So I did and It is delivered to the 3rd party dealers that this website deals with. I have called and confirmed with both dealers that I have got the product.

            My complaint number - Mirraw Online Services Complaint Status Update [ID: 1405086]
            First experience is itself a worst experience.
            I ordered for 2 sarees but i received proforma invoice stating that quantity is 2 but inside the pack there is only one stock is available. Pls find the scan copy in the attached file. I paid fully for 2 quantity. And also returned both sarees.
            Why should i follow for my money behind you people.
            They informed me that my amount was refunded on 24th of November.
            But yet to receive my money. I asked them to share the screen shot. But they are not even bother to reply.
            Cheating my money for more than 2 months.

              Miraw is one of the worse online shopping companies i have come across. Very poor customer service.

              I am a customer from usa who was cheated by mirraw. I bought 4 items ftom mirraw and it never shipped to me on time but they deducted that amount from my paypal account, each time i send an email i get a response that my ticket is closed. I send them email that i do not need the items any more and then they sent me 3 of 4 items. Fourth item was missing they said they credited missing item price amount to my account and they do not charge the shipping. Total money deducted from my account is $86.30 and the item total is $41.3 they only credit $23. They owe me $22. I sent several emails to the customer care and a lady called savitha who was initially responded to my email. I have proof of all receipts and emails from them. But now they are not responding to my emails. I keep writing to them no one has responded to me for past 3-4 days.. I am very disappointed with their service and lost my money. If they don't solve my issue within this week i will write to national justice council in delhi. They must be thinking that they can cheat me as i am an international customer and cant do anything. I have my relatives and friends in india who can act on behalf of me. Even if the amount is small or big i don't let them cheat me. I am willing to pay a lawyer in india to file a complaint against mirraw for cheating people

                  I have ordered Orange Georgette salwar Kameez semistitched suit for Rs. 1439.
                  The quality of suit is not good. So i have couriered it back to the vendor address through Professional Couriers and shared the information through mail to [protected]@mirraw.com. But i didn't get any reply from them. I also tried to initiate return of the product through app by giving Courier company and tracking number as details. But its showing error as enter Shipping details not dispatched details. I don't understand what details to enter while returning the product.

                          2 items were ordered. Neither one matches the items described on their site. One is in the wrong materials, wrong colors. The second is not even close - it is a completely different product. Neither item was stitched based on the measurements provided. For weeks they simply kept asking for the pictures of the items and measurements to be sent - which were sent 5 times. Finally they just say they cannot return items and they are stitched correctly even though we have provided pictures showing 1) the incorrect items were sent and 2) the measurements do not match even closely what was provided. Some measurements are off by 2-4 inches. The site is scamming people. 1 sample image is provided below. The item on the left was what was sent. The item on the right was what was ordered. The issue is clear with just 1 picture.

                          The issue remains unresolved. Mirraw person continue to simply lie and say they shipped what was ordered and the measurements are correct even through proof has been sent to them. They have now simply stopped responding.

                            The product of order number M[protected]is not complying with the product advertised on the website. I am not at all satisfied with it. I want to return it back and expect a payback. Kindly do the needful urgently. Your customer care service is rubbish. My calls were not answered to. When contacted the return address personnel they directed me to contact the customer care which doesn't reply or revert back.

                              I purchased an item on the 20/10/2016. Order no. M[protected]. I waited two weeks for an email with trace details and when i received none I emailed the company with my first query. I was informed that a docket was opened #70596 and a week was told it was out of stock and I will get a refund. i got an email saying the matter was resolved and the docket was closed and that the money was transferred to my account.. The money has not been transferred to my account. When I query I get the same generic response.

Ordered two saree received one.e (which is also not according to the description)Every time I contacted with the customer service they said 2nd product has been despatched. Would send me the tracking no soon. But one and a halh month gone haven't received the saree, neither received refund . I didn't realise this is such a fraud company. Everyone, please be aware of their forgery and would like to request you DoNot buy any product from them online. You'll regret for sure..😣amas

                                    First experience is itself a worst experience. ordered 8 danglers. only were right pieces and remaining 6 pieces were completely some other product which i have, t seen in the whole website. when calling to customer care for support no one answer the call as it is the registered number with them. I sent the product back to them in my own expense. still no response.. NO REFUND. THE THE THE worst experience. THE THE THE WORST STORE THAT STEAL OUR MONEY. FIRST CLASS FRAUD

                                      These guys are trying to cheat. I ordered in two batches and they delivered first batch missing some item and they ask me to pay minus two items and in second batch they sent some items which I dint order and missed five items. When I mailed them they wrongly calculated and givings me the wrong amount for refund and when ask for the details no responded. Keep sending me the same emails again and again. Worst company and worst customer service. They can't deliver why they take the order? They are trying to cheat your money...

                                        The outfits they sent are NOT then same quality or design that they advertise! They are very cheap bad copies! The length of outfits are super short and so are the sleeves! Two outfits don't even have similar udni/scarves with them. The fabric sent is not the same as shown online either all four adult outfits came in a box a little bigger then a shoebox! I have attached pictures of what they advertise and what they actually sent😡
