This mail is a follow up on the complaint raised by me, regarding a purchase payment made on your website.
I Uma Subbaraman, made an online purchase on your website on the 20th of Oct 2016. The amount of Rs. 5, 358 was debited from my account but no transaction was made, and no goods received. ( BANK STATEMENT OF WHICH HAS BEEN SHARED WITH THE COMPANY)
I have been following up with your customer support team since, and they keep sending me random emails stating my ticket is closed, without the issue being resolved.
The customer service phone no, is never answered, and although they mention call back, that never happens either.
Below stated was one of the response. However this contact no is OUT OF SERVICE.

I had placed an order through mirraw website on 12th oct. 16 via order no. M[protected] and my order got delivered to me on 14th oct. 16. On 18th oct. 16 i had returned the same to the vender via Blue dart courier and on same day i informed about the return and tracking details n all to mirraw customer care via email. I also received an acknowledgment of the same from thier side and assured about my refund process to be completed within 7-8 days but now its been 20 days since i returned the order still, i haven't received my refund yet. I also requsted several times about the status of the same via email but no one responded on those mails till yet. I tried to connect via phone as well on thier customer care number but there too nobody is picking up the call. It seems like my money got wasted and its really been a horrible experience of shopping with mirraw.
