Im ganesh... I recently ordered a gorgette saree on mirraw web site i stunnes at saree so i ordered without knowing the price... Price is quite high i tried to cancelled my order but to my surprise there is no option to cancel ths product... According to ur rule a product may cancel within 24 hrs.. So kindly cancel my order

I ordered a gorgette saree of rs 2519 on nov 9 at 7 pm. ...i ordred fr my wife for her christmas gift but i selected wrong product to my cart...according to ur rule a order may cancel but i tried to cancel my order but thr is no option to cancell the order ...kindly cancel my order

    I have ordered two product on 12 october 2016 on company website. One is 'Fabiona Maroon Embroidered semi stiched salwar with dupatta'. Second is 'DesignDesk Black Embroidered semi stiched salwar with dupatta'. My Order Number is M[protected]and paid amont is 4055/- rupees for both product. First Product is delivered to me but i didn't like the product so i returned the product on seller address. Second product is not delivered to me though They courier the product to deliver to me. I wrote the mail to company official email id '[protected]@mirraw.com to refund my paid amonut for both product. I have received the acknowledgement mail on 23 october 2016 that my request is accepted and refund amonut will reflected in my account in 7 to 8 working days. But still my refunded amont is not reflected in my bank account. I thought i have been cheated by the mirraw

      Dear Sir,

      We have not received our product which was ordered 15 days before ORDER NO M[protected]. Cash amount 4512/- was picked up on 24/10/2016 but since then the material is not yet delivered. The DTDC tracking website shows no update from last 15 days and when after contacting the Mirraw customer care there is always a standard reply which doesnt aim to provide any solution.

      I have not seen such kind of snail moving product in the age we are living in . A product from delhi reaches us in 3 days, but you are unable to deliver the product in 15 days. We were not expecting this kind of services from the Mirraw.

      Kindly cancel the order and refund me my money.

      Kindly return us the cash amount which was picked up by us if you cant deliver the product.

        Sent tattered and late. I wanted to return, but the company will not issue a return label and pushes return costs to consumer. If living in US, you are stuck with the products as its often more expensive to return to India and get a refund than to keep the products. Its essentially fraud - they can send you anything they want knowing this.

          This mail is a follow up on the complaint raised by me, regarding a purchase payment made on your website.
          I Uma Subbaraman, made an online purchase on your website on the 20th of Oct 2016. The amount of Rs. 5, 358 was debited from my account but no transaction was made, and no goods received. ( BANK STATEMENT OF WHICH HAS BEEN SHARED WITH THE COMPANY)
          I have been following up with your customer support team since, and they keep sending me random emails stating my ticket is closed, without the issue being resolved.
          The customer service phone no, is never answered, and although they mention call back, that never happens either.

                Hi there

                This is in regard with an order that I placed with mirraw on Oct 23, 2016. I ordered for a pink silk embroidered semi stitched salwar with dupatta for Rs. 1059 which was delivered to me on 31st Oct 2016.

                I want to return the same and have therefore been trying to get in touch with your customer care team since then on this number

                There has been no response and hence I even dropped several mails to them. One of their customer care executived Ms. Ruchika Jaiswal replied saying I should share the images of the product and the team will look into the issue and will update me on the same for return and refund.

                Its been many days and even after trying to get further information, there has been no response from Mirraw.

                I have no idea if I dhould courier back the item or will I ever get a refund since there is no response

                I had placed an order through mirraw website on 12th oct. 16 via order no. M[protected] and my order got delivered to me on 14th oct. 16. On 18th oct. 16 i had returned the same to the vender via Blue dart courier and on same day i informed about the return and tracking details n all to mirraw customer care via email. I also received an acknowledgment of the same from thier side and assured about my refund process to be completed within 7-8 days but now its been 20 days since i returned the order still, i haven't received my refund yet. I also requsted several times about the status of the same via email but no one responded on those mails till yet. I tried to connect via phone as well on thier customer care number but there too nobody is picking up the call. It seems like my money got wasted and its really been a horrible experience of shopping with mirraw.

                  I had ordered a product from the mirraw website on 20 th august 2016, after receiving the product i didn't liked the quality of the product, so i returned the product immediately to them with my own return shipping cost of 600 to them for a refund, the original product worth is 5000 but i haven't received any refund till now even after two months after returning the product, my ordered number was M[protected]

                  this is the tracking number of the parcel v[protected]dtdc) that i sent to them and by the tracking information the product was delivered to them on 29th august, but i haven't received any refund till now. Today's date is November 5, please look in to the issue and resolve my issue,

                  Mirraw is a pathetic company, and their service is worst, the customer care center never picks even a single call, horrible shopping site that I came across, for God's sake don't ever buy any thing from this company.

                  At the end no refund after two months, what a beautiful company, they need to get an award for their outstanding cheating strategies

                  Thank you, my problem was solved miraculously with in 2 days after posting my refund problem here. Thanks for this consumercomplaints website . I don't know why I didn't get my refund before even after several email exchanges with the mirraw complaint center for about 2 months and i don't know either why I got my refund with in 2 days after posting my problem here, it seems like something is going on, but anyhow if any of you guys who were worried of getting connected to mirraw customer support I strongly suggest posting your problem here before losing hope of your hard earned cash.

                      I purchased one lahanga from this site. but the quality of product was not good, actually very bad. the product was not looking as that was looking in site. so please don't attract to the pictures and prices written below the product. after that i requested to return, their process says that u have to drop an email, i called the customer care but all in vein. even there is no response of the mail also. this is how i waste my 1500 rs.

                                I ordered a product on 21th october with order id m[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by 29th october. I havent recieved any delivery yet. I was given the dtdc courier details with tracking number[protected]. I tried tracking but it says order not found. I tried calling them but evrytime they say customer executives are busy and cut the line. I want to register a compliant regarding mirraw for taking.

                                  Placed order for $110 worth of items in september. still not received anything, not even shipped from india. no reply to emails.
                                  One of the items has disappeared from order tracking online and only $77 worth of items are seen as ready to ship for past 2 weeks and no action.

                                  People told me on call 1week ago they'll ship all items but no action yet.

                                      I have ordered an Blue embroidered anarkali suit on 11/10/2016. My order id is M[protected]. The cost of suit was 1300. But the product which was delivered at my home was totally different. The material, quality and color of the suit was not as same as they depicted in the picture. So I returned the product via DTDC courier company. It has been more than a week since I am requesting to initiate a refund in my bank account. But the company is not refunding my money.I am continously sending emails but I have not received reply for any of them. Please solve my issue.

                                      Worst online shopping site I have ever seen. They do not deliver the products as they depict in the picture. Total wastage of money and time. They do not even provide pickup service for returning the product. We have to sent the product back through the courier company...and even we have to pay the cost for its return. In addition to this they do not reply to our emails and their customer care no. is always busy whenever you call. So buy at your own risk.

                                        According to the website, in order to return the product i had to courier the item back to the vendor and submit the necessary tracking information to them. I have done as requested. I have not received any confirmatiin or any details regarding the refund of the money. The customer care number always says that all the executives are busy no matter when the call is placed.
