I have ordered two products from Mirraw, One product received but not liked quality so returned that Back and 2nd product I havnt received yet, Its been more the a month now..have mailed them and called them up multiple times..but I still haven't got any response..and these people are not replying ..so plz help me to get back my refund...This is my worst experience regarding online shopping... I want my refund back...plz help!!......

I purchased one product from mirraw website and received on tuesday (25/10/2016) after opening the parcel i didn't find product good for me. Quality wise so poor, i returned the product today (26/10/2016) as given address. Know plz tell me from where i have to submit my bank account details as i pay through cash on delivery... I have called so many times to customer care but there is no response at all... Plz response as soon as possible......

On 22nd of august i had ordered 5 items. i received only 4 and was charged for shipping for all the 5 items. in september mirraw provided me with a coupon as refund. it was supposed to be used before 30 days. i'm still trying to use it till now but cannot. it costs much so i wanted my refund. moreover when im calling for the customer care they are taking too much time. since i have to make international calls it is costing me too much to...

I have placed an order on mirraw on Sept 27, 2016. I confirmed my measurements 2 days later. I have been checking my status and there is no change in the status. It says quality inspection passed. I have sent multiple emails on this but no response.
The original email gave me a delivery date of 17th October and I have not received any package.
This is a total irresponsible behavior.

This is regarding order No : M[protected]. I placed an order of 1 saree. As am out of india I will be not able to collect.i wanted to cancel the order. I tried customer care number, only plays some music and some bull voice. No one ever responses. Then i sent an cancellation request through consumer complaint .dint get response at all..asking to write more words to attract customer care which is ridiculous...Please have a look...

Due to some reason i am unable to receiving my order, that's why i want to cancel the order. The order ID is M[protected]....

First order:paid for custom stitching with clear instructions for lehenga. Blouse was not at all stitched as instructed and one of the sleeves was damaged and they tried to hand sew it to hide it.
Second order:item received different to as sown on website. Written several emails and made several calls for replacement but still not resolved. I can't wear these items.tried to return but no replies for my emails.

I ordered for 2 sarees but i received proforma invoice stating that quantity is 2 but inside the pack there is only one stock is available. Pls find the scan copy in the attached file. I paid fully for 2 quantity. Kindly help me on this.

I ordered a product on 4th october with order id M[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by today.I havent recieved any delivery yet. I was given the DTDC courier details with tracking number A33586283. I tried tracking but it says order not found. I had ordered kurti online which was not as per the details mentioned while selling the product. So I returned the Kurti and on 23rd sept I was sent email that ur refund is processed and u shall get it within 30 days you will get the refund. Have mailed customer service id, Received auto reply with ticket number but no further action. have made numerous attemps to call their numbers, line is always busy( i suspect the team isbusy planning a plot to rob people) and vendor's number is also always busy or switched off..
