I have ordered two products from Mirraw, One product received but not liked quality so returned that Back and 2nd product I havnt received yet, Its been more the a month now..have mailed them and called them up multiple times..but I still haven't got any response..and these people are not replying ..so plz help me to get back my refund...This is my worst experience regarding online shopping... I want my refund back...plz help!!...

    I purchased one product from mirraw website and received on tuesday (25/10/2016) after opening the parcel i didn't find product good for me. Quality wise so poor, i returned the product today (26/10/2016) as given address. Know plz tell me from where i have to submit my bank account details as i pay through cash on delivery... I have called so many times to customer care but there is no response at all... Plz response as soon as possible... Contact me earliest...

      On 22nd of august i had ordered 5 items. i received only 4 and was charged for shipping for all the 5 items. in september mirraw provided me with a coupon as refund. it was supposed to be used before 30 days. i'm still trying to use it till now but cannot. it costs much so i wanted my refund. moreover when im calling for the customer care they are taking too much time. since i have to make international calls it is costing me too much to call them each time. its my money and still i have to plead to get it back

      Hello. im roshni gungah from mauritius. on 14th of september 2016 i ordered a lehenga choli and a saree. the whole cost 73.05 dollars. i had received a receipt from paypal after the purchase. since the mirraw customer service had not completed the transaction i had cancelled the order shortly. i thought that my money would be refunded back. i had messaged mirraw mailed them all but unfortunately all my mails were ignored. the first time i'd purchased clothes on mirraw they were helping me with the purchase and replying to my mails. since i cancelled the order they are just ignoring all my mails. $73.05 is not a small amount. now i feel insecure to shop on mirraw. international calls are costly so i cannot call them each time to plead for my money. i guess mirraw does not value the money of customers and does not provide the best services

        I have placed an order on mirraw on Sept 27, 2016. I confirmed my measurements 2 days later. I have been checking my status and there is no change in the status. It says quality inspection passed. I have sent multiple emails on this but no response.
        The original email gave me a delivery date of 17th October and I have not received any package.
        This is a total irresponsible behavior.
        I want to cancel my order.

            This is regarding order No : M[protected]. I placed an order of 1 saree. As am out of india I will be not able to collect.i wanted to cancel the order. I tried customer care number, only plays some music and some bull voice. No one ever responses. Then i sent an cancellation request through consumer complaint .dint get response at all..asking to write more words to attract customer care which is ridiculous...Please have a look on this and resolve my issue with cancellation of order.

                First order:paid for custom stitching with clear instructions for lehenga. Blouse was not at all stitched as instructed and one of the sleeves was damaged and they tried to hand sew it to hide it.
                Second order:item received different to as sown on website. Written several emails and made several calls for replacement but still not resolved. I can't wear these items.tried to return but no replies for my emails.

                Ok I have emailed to Sanjay, john lobo, Wilson Godimodi, jahnabi etc but no one success. Emailed Wilson godimodi several times and even spoke to him..he kept on dragging the issue and now he emailed me to say it's too late...these people are a bunch of liars, rip people off their money with very poor service...we should all boycott from Mirraw.

                    I ordered a product on 4th october with order id M[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by today.I havent recieved any delivery yet. I was given the DTDC courier details with tracking number A33586283. I tried tracking but it says order not found. I registered a complaint on 10th october regarding the order status and was given a ticket id 653093 and was told to be contacted by any of their representative by 48 hours and i dint recieved any. I tried calling them but evrytime they say customer executives are busy and cut the line. I want to register a compliant regarding mirraw for taking selling products which they dont deliver and forging the customers.

                        Hi i ordered 4 items from this company. They sent two which was totally different to what i ordered, and two items they cancelled and kept my money.

                        I spoke to this company was happy to return the useless items at my cost and requested that they return / refund my money. To date no such thing has happened. They are acting like the money belongs to them. If this company was a charity i wouldn’t even look at it, as it has a bunch of crooks operating it.

                        Companies like this gives indians a bad name. This company should be deregistered.

                          I placed an order one month back - order m[protected]. We still haven't received it. We have tried calling you many times - get automated response that you will call back. No one calls. I have sent multiple emails. Get automated response saying you will respond in 48 hours. No response for the past one month! And now i get another automated email from your team saying you are closing the case, and "hope i am satisfied with your service" really???!!! What do you think??? I sent a private message to you on fb, not wanting to parade your dirty laundry in public. You said you will send me the updated status, no response again. Honestly, no matter how lovely your products are, if this is how you treat your customers and their money, i just pity your other customers. Please return my money and i will make sure never to order from you ever again. Mirraw loyalists - good luck and hope you are treated better than i have!

                          I have an horrible experience with this Mirraw. Its been 3 months chasing for my money from them. I buyed 3 leggist from them after i received it, the quality of cloth was like 100-150rps cloth of footpath it was so cheap n smelly that i return it immediately to the Seller address by confirming on Call to the customer care. For all the 3 products the vendor was same so i return it by courier after that i receive the refund for my one leggist n chassing yet for 2 products. When i call them they hang up the call or the keep me on hold for long time by saying let us concern with our concerning team. Now in my hands i dnt hv my products nor my money Third class Customer Service don't know to talk professionally, Your employees need alot of training in quality of voice . I SERIOUSLY ADVICE U GUYZ DNT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY R USELESS. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. BUY FROM OTHER REPUTATIONAL ONLINE SITE NOT FROM THESE ROBBERS.

                                Worse shopping experience. Purchased few items. Poor quality and not worth a single penny. Have tried to contact vendor as well as customer service team via email and by making numerous calls. Received an automated response to my email however no action taken.

                                Calls are never answered, line is either busy ( suspect that the team is planning a plot to rob people by fooling them) or numbers switched off.

                                A complete fraud company.

                                    I purchased one product from mirraw website and received on sunday (25/09/2016). After opening the parcel i didn't find product good for me. Quality wise so poor. Now i want to return the product and want my money back rs. 1400/-. I have called so many times to customer care but there is no response at all. Pls response asap. Contact me earliest..

                                      First email sent to mirraw-
                                      I had a bad experience today with this delivery man from dtdc, who was unwilling to deliver the package because he couldn't find the address and was not ready to ask anyone about it.
                                      So overall the package is not delivered and sitting with dtdc.

                                      Second email -
                                      It's been 7 days since i have received your email and i haven't heard anything from you after that.
                                      I'm still waiting for the product i have ordered. I got no response from either mirraw or your courier service dtdc.

                                      Third email -
                                      I have been following up for the product for long time however i have never received any response from you.

                                      I tried your contact number [protected], but it was never answered, just promised by the automated system that i would receive a call from mirraw shortly. Even that never happened.

                                      Now if you can't get the product delivered to me then i would like you to cancel the order and refund the amount to my bank account.

                                      I juat want to say I am sorry for myself for dealing with Mirraw as I felt being cheated. I purchased some items and was happy to do so but when I got them, i got shocked as the quality is very poor and did not look exactly as what was displayed in the website. One pays money for buying rabish

                                        The item that is shown is the picture is different from the product we received. Even the color is different.

                                        There was one saree not in stock after the order was placed. I got an email saying that they are providing me with coupon of the saree instead of refund. It's not my fault that the product is not available. I would like my money back asap. I have sent so many emails and all i get is someone will get back to you with 48 hrs and no one does. This is the worst customer service ever. When u phone there's no one to talk to.

                                        It seems there was some confusion, as i understand that the blue dress was not delivered to you and we have given coupon for the same but you do not want coupon and want refund .
                                        So we have deleted the coupon and processed the refund for you .
