    i want to know if in your system shows transaction successful then why it does not show in transaction history and i did not received any massage for successful transaction... i have added 1000 rs. then after i have try to recharge of my tata sky but did not done and i have tried three time ( 250, 250, 50 ) total amount 550 Rs. was deducted then after 1 day i have try again for recharge that was successful. so i just want to know when my money will return in my account and also i request you that kindly provide me customer care no. i dont have. Today( 9.02.15) also i have done recharge of 100 Rs just now at 7:30 PM and that was unsuccessful and my money again debited from account, So kindly request you to if this way my account will debit then can i add more money in my account and how can i trust. With today amount, total debited amount is 650 /- So i m requesting u to kindly update my account with my money. and also i have attached proof for 100 Rs which was debited today ( transaction was unsuccessful )

      I made a recharge to mobile number [protected] for Rs.197, TRX-ID [protected]. But the recharge was not successful, amount deducted from my wallet. But I didn't get the refund to my wallet yet. I filed a complaint with ticket no.2131948 and 2141828, but there was no response so far. Very much annoyed by using mobikwik. When will i get refund?               I recharged my phone using the wallet balance through Mobikwik for Rs 250 1st Feb 2015 (Transaction Id [protected]). I didn't receive the recharge and it has been more than a week and I have not got my money back. I filed a ticket to report this, However, after 3 days a message came that the ticket has been resolved, however money was still not refunded. Such kind of irresponsible behavior is intolerable. I would never recommend anyone to use MobiKwik. Instead go for other recharge services. Mobikwik is Crap

But the above amount has not credited to my Sun Direct Account.                                     I don't know why Mobikwik is so careless for customers. It's really irritating more than 20 days balance didn't updated.

                                    Today Mobikwik customer support person called me and he said Amout will be returned but he is asking about Bank Details... this is another cheating from Mobikwik. I am totally unhappy with their process.
                                    Customer care is asking my Debit Card, when I contact Bank, they ask me to don't share Debit Card details to any body. Why can't I share my Debit Card details..
                                    Got Call from this number [protected] his name is Rahul *, he is asking Debit Card details...

                                    Add money to wallet but now shown

                                    Hi, On 6th March, 2015 I added around 50 in my wallet but that amount after transaction not shown in the wallet. There is also no entry in transaction history. How can this is possible. I need my money back.

                                      Myself done the payment of 2575/- via Mobikwik wallet for an item on the site purplle, money has been deducted from wallet but the item isn't ordered. Mobikwik Transaction details are 06/02/2015 07:00:17 hours Wallet Credit from Purplle via web Transaction Id[protected]. Contacted purplle, they updated that they haven't received any successful orders from my end as the transaction didn't go through the payment gateway and they received incomplete & failed transactions from my end. Request you to refund my money 2575/- back into my wallet asap so i can order the item again, Thanks in advance.
