I purchased a deal of Rs.19.00 from Groupon for Rs.101.00 cash back on Mobikwik recharge on[protected] with the condition of first recharging my mobikwik account with Rs.101.00. Using my downloaded Mobikwik app on my iOS phone I added the same amount of Rs. 101.00 into my account in Mobokwik on that day itself. Then I used the Groupon code (as received after purchasing the deal) to avail Rs. 101.00 cash back offer but I got the message as "You are not eligible for this offer". As suggested by Grouon customer care, I contacted Mobikwik using their formal method of lodging complaint and got a "Ticket number". They replied that problem should be resolved then but still cash back was unsuccessful. Again I lodged a complaint on[protected] and another "Ticket number" has been given but till date the issue has not been resolved. Please look into the above and resolve the issue early.                   I have added balance to my wallet twice on 20th January, 2014. Transaction ID- [protected] and[protected] Transaction Amount- Rs. 568.1 and Rs. 600 Transaction Time- 20/01/2015, 08:35:41 hours and 20/01/2015, 07:58:57 hours After both transaction, balance deducted from my bank account and it is showing in my transaction history in both my bank account and mobikwik. But my wallet balance is not updated. I seek Help from mobikwik several times, TICKET #1997250 TICKET #2008090 TICKET #2040550 TICKET #2052498 TICKET #2065633 Their reply is always same... "Dear User, Namaste! Thank you for taking out time to write to us. We understand your concern of Payment update. We would like to inform you that Payment has already been updated to your MobiKwik Wallet. Please check your Wallet Balance to confirm the same. You must have received an email with complete details of the Payment update. MobiKwik team deeply empathizes for not meeting your expectation and promise to keep serving you more efficiently every time you use us. Thank you for choosing MobiKwik. Regards MobiKwik Team "We take pride in serving our valued customers" But, I have not received any update regarding updatation of my wallet balance... my wallet balance is still the same..                       Hi, I have tried to recharge to my mobile via mobikwik on[protected] for rupees 100. It failed. I tried it again. That time also it failed. Then I tried to add money to wallet. That was also failed. But for these 3 times, Rs. 300 /- was transfered from my credit card to mobikwik wallet. Recharge also didn't happen and wallet balance is still Rs 0/-. I have filed a tracking ticket on[protected]. But still no reply. Please either update the wallet balance and transfer the money back to my account.                         . Amount was debited from my account and even showing as Add Balance 900 in Transactions history, but my wallet balance is still not updated.                           I recharged Rs 375/- to BSNL mobile number [protected] twice through transaction ID [protected] and [protected] on 28 Jan 2015 at 1515 hrs and 1625 hrs respectively. But the both recharge was unsuccessful and Rs 750/- has been debited from my wallet. Please take necessary action to refund the amount to me. Also intimate in my email ID [protected]@gmail.com.                             I added Rs 1000 to my mobikwik account on 23rd Jan 2015 at 19.00 hrs. But the same amount did not get updated in my wallet balance. The transaction id is [protected]. I had also raised ticket with ticket no : 2037738 regarding this issue but there has been no response till date. I even tried to reach there customer care no :[protected] but no one is answering the call. I request the appropriate body to take necessary action to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
