I have added balance to my wallet twice on 20th January, 2014.
Transaction ID- [protected] and[protected]
Transaction Amount- Rs. 568.1 and Rs. 600
Transaction Time- 20/01/2015, 08:35:41 hours and 20/01/2015, 07:58:57 hours
After both transaction, balance deducted from my bank account and it is showing in my transaction history in both my bank account and mobikwik. But my wallet balance is not updated.
I seek Help from mobikwik several times,

Their reply is always same...

But, I have not received any update regarding updatation of my wallet balance... my wallet balance is still the same..

Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
. Amount was debited from my account and even showing as Add Balance 900 in Transactions history, but my wallet balance is still not updated. I even raised a ticket for that 2042889 but still I have recevied no response from your side. Please look into the matter and get back to me asap. My contact no. Is [protected].
