I had done reacharge of data pack of 3g for mobile on 18/01/2015, but the reacharge is not done, and my money is not returned in mobikvik wallet. I wish that i will get the good help from you and my money will be returned or my transaction will be done Hi, Your recharge TRX-ID [protected]for Rs 155.0 is pending. If you do not get the recharge today the amount will be refunded..

    I made the payment of my landline bill through my email id login shubham.kansal.[protected]@gmail.com and it was successful but the payment Is not made by your side. it is showing in history that payment is made but it is not made by you. So kindly make it as soon as possible.

              I have recharged my Sundirect DTH smart card no. [protected] for Rs. 600/- on 21 Jan 2015. The amount credited to mobikwik Wallet vide Tranx Ref- [protected]. Till date my sundirect DTH has not been recharged by mobikwik and due to non-availablity of sufficient balance DTH stopped working. Kindly recharge the above mentioned sundirect DTH for Rs. 600/- immediately and give me a confirmation. A speedy action is solicited. Thanks.

                  its been 45 days since i created wallet with [protected]@aol.com and then i am not able to access it though i have provided all the necessary documents and info to reactivate my account they are not even responding.they don't even reply adequately and not even related to what i have been expecting from them.these are the ticket numbers 1946253, 1902020, 1860286, 1891586, 1864431, 1775759, 1688192.please make them to transfer my total amount RS9785 to my bank account as early as possible. it had been 10 days since i complained to this site and yet i got no reply from them till date please take necessary action against them

                  No proper mode to register a proper complaint

                  There is no proper mode to register an complaint in your company being a non customer and no number to contact either nobody picks or it goes there is no helpline number

                  my wallet did not update yestarday

                  i have add money 200 rupees yesterday by net banking bat wallte did not update there transaction no is IGY937797

                  idea post paid bill not paid

                  it I have load this site(mobik wik)and than I have paid my idea bill amount rs.1300 successfuly ref no.[protected]. But the due amount showing pending still. Please do the needful.

                                  I am a Student in Bengaluru. I usually order my food online through JustEat.in App with my MobiKwik Account. On 14th January my wallet money 212.5 Rs was deducted for no reason. They didn't refund my money even after my complain. Again on 21st January 140 was deducted and today 23rd January 156 was deducted. I have written 3 times to them. No reply Nothing. I want my money refunded. I am a Student and we have a Budget. They are giving me economical problem also. 508 Rs total.

                                        I have added Rs. 220 with mobikwik a/c through hdfc net bank on 05/01/2015. Again i added Rs.50 today(23/01/2015). Both money was deduted from hdfc account. But mobikwik not added money. I have filled several complaint to you. But no response Till now. If not take action within 15 days, I have to aproach press and Appropriate forum for relief.
