Im writing here after continuous follow ups on Mobikwik application with no afformative reply from their end. On June 1, I made a transaction of INR 6, 000 using Mobikwik but the transaction failed at their end. While the money was debited from the bank, it never got added to the Mobikwik wallet. The reference number for the same is[protected].
Its been 14 days since and in no case, banks take this long to initiate refund if its at all pending at their end.
There is no way Mobikwik can lose that money and not refund it. Your grievance system is so poor that its been 14 days I’m going back and forth between Mobikwik and the bank.
I'm done with their standard responses as its already been more than 24-48 hours.
