I did txn on 21/05 but it fails at bank end, but money deducted from wallet and till today no refund. Please understand it's not a small amount for me. As the transaction failed merchant said to contact issuing bank in case money not credited with in 7-12 days. I was waiting since 12 days patiently but money not refunded than I raised issue with mobikwick but they said txn successful from their end. So where is my money please help me to get my refund. My ticket no. 19669987.

    On 19th May 3333 rs(3399.66 including charges). Transaction declined but amount debited from mobikwik. Raised a complaint and provided all information. They didn't respond at all

      I made a payment of rs1204.33 to pharmacy for a medicine order through mobikwik wallet the payment is showing successful money has been deducted from the bank but payment is showing failed at pharmacy. Pharmacy is saying that they didn't received the money.

          I just made a payment of Rs 1000 from my Google Pay account to my Mobikwik Wallet and the transaction has been marked successful by Gpay and the money hasbeen deducted but its not showing on my Mobikwik account and the payment I was making to Neblio Technologies is stuck.
          The Gpay transaction ID is CICAgODU14LIZw

            This is the second time the same issue is repeating. Tried to deposit money from Mobiqwik to merchant (Neblio Tech.) twice in the last 15 days; payment failed both times.

            This is the latest issue:

            Amount: INR 9999
            Merchant: NEBLIO Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
            Date of transaction: 8 June 2021
            Time of transaction: around 21:40 hrs

            Mobiqwik is repeatedly hoarding people's money with the false promise of instant payments. They take several days to return the money deposited in an emergency. Can you imagine this -- I try to transfer money from Mobiqwik for an emergency, and mobiqwik holds this money for several days before returning it back?! What will the ordinary person struggling for money do if such companies continue to cheat them?! The CEO comes and talks big things on TV, looting people's hard-earned money.

              Date of incident: 03/05/2021

              I was the victim of a fraudulent unauthorized credit card transaction. Credit card of IndusInd Bank. Merchant name: Mobikwik Category: Utilities.
              Amount: 10000 approx. The mentioned bank is claiming liability of the transaction on me just because the OTP had come on my phone. In reality, I had not given the OTP on any website neither to any person for the transaction to be successful.

              I hope the above matter is well understood and will be addressed at the earliest. Kindly contact me for more details if required.

                I had recently added considerable amount to my dream11 wallet. However it is not being credited or reflected on my dream11 wallet balance.
                I had added Rs 1, 000 two times through Mobikwik app. Even though the amount was being debited from my bank, it is not yet credited to my dream11 wallet and also Bank account.
                Please arrange to look in to the issue urgently and arrange to credit the amount to my Bank Account as early as possible.

                  I have made transaction from CC to bank from mobikwik but the amount isn't been credited to my bank account. I have contacted the bank with the RRN number they have provided but there is no transaction received by the bank

                        Hi just sent 15000/- using wazix to deposit money using mobiqwik gateway,
                        money debited from bank account but money not come into wazirx; I did a follow on transaction for the same amount and that arrived, but the previous amount has not arrived ;
                        Pls help

                        I hve just sent another transaction for 10000/- and the payment is gone through from my bank, but the page transferring me back to wazirx from mobiqwik is just spinning blank and neither my wazirx account is updated with the 10k amount.
                        Now I have 15k + 10 k in limbo on the payment bridge and my trades are seriously affected .
                        Can you restore my payments to wazirx account .
                        This kind of lapses are seriously unacceptable.
                        I am attaching the screen shot of the both the pages one of mobiqwik page that should transition to wazirx and the other my wazirx account snapshot, where no amounts are reflecting 15k + 10 k 2 transactions

                            I did a transaction on 3rd June using Mobikwik wallet for Rs20, 000. My money got deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting on Mobikwik and waited for 72hours think it would get reversed but not received it until now.

                              I did DTH recharge on 3rd June 2021. But the recharge did not succeed. And the money was deducted from the account. And the money which was deducted from my account has not yet come back to my account. There is no response on calling customer care. Nor is he picking up the call. I had recharge from mobikwik application.

                                On 31May2021, I paid amount 2706 for shopping on Myntra through mobikwik, money got deducted but no order placed. I have contacted myntra customer care and they said they have not received any payment because of gateway error. Mobikwik plz refund my money to wallet or bank

                                      I've tried multiple times to contact MOBIKWIK, but they don't respond

                                      Myntra says they haven't received the amount

                                      I need a refund of my amount.
