Dear sir/madam

This is to bring in notice that fraud payment transaction has been carried out by some unauthorized person with you as per detail under:
of amounting rs.39469 at 4:15 pm on 14/06/2021 with sbi card ending with 879

In this regard, i wish to point out that i am the owner of the credit card and the one who used it in the said transaction.
I solemnly declare that i have neither used the credit card myself nor authorized the unknown fraud person to used it on my behalf to make any payments.
I have taken up the matter with the legal authorities and concerned bank so as to prosecute the unauthorized person having made the payment with my credit card.
I request to look into the matter at your end and take necessary steps to apprehend / blacklist the person having commited the criminal offence. I have attached the dispute form and i complaint the police of central crime branch also. I scanned the copy and sent to you. Pls find out the files. Please resevers the amount immeditely.

    Hi,

    Im writing here after continuous follow ups on Mobikwik application with no afformative reply from their end. On June 1, I made a transaction of INR 6, 000 using Mobikwik but the transaction failed at their end. While the money was debited from the bank, it never got added to the Mobikwik wallet. The reference number for the same is[protected].

    Its been 14 days since and in no case, banks take this long to initiate refund if its at all pending at their end.

    There is no way Mobikwik can lose that money and not refund it. Your grievance system is so poor that its been 14 days I’m going back and forth between Mobikwik and the bank.

    I'm done with their standard responses as its already been more than 24-48 hours.

        Hi, my name is sumit I am getting threat call to pay the outstanding as I am telling them that I will pay it on last of this month but they told me to do police complaint and calls to my relatives and friends .I know I am not able to pay the bills on time it's because of lockdown that's it but now they are going to giving me threat call and try to use rough language.

                  The payment failed at Zomato but the money has been deducted from my wallet . I talked to Zomato support agent they already initiated my refund money but it's been more than 7 days i didn't receive money in wallet .. this is such a bad experience from this app i suggest everyone not to use this wallet please prefer Paytm phone pay

                  Dear sir,

                  The payment failed at Zomato 2 times but the money has been deducted from my wallet .
                  My order placed on ZOMATO failed twice with “payment incomplete” status but money has been deducted from my Mobikwik wallet. Worst experience. No refund as yet.

                    Mobiqwik is repeatedly hoarding people's money with the false promise of instant payments. They take several days to return the money deposited in an emergency. Can you imagine this -- I try to transfer money from Mobiqwik for an emergency, and mobiqwik holds this money for several days before returning it back?! What will the ordinary person struggling for money do if such companies continue to cheat them?! The CEO comes and talks big things on TV, looting people's hard-earned money.

                      25442 deducted as PG transaction on 3 june 2021 but Mobikwik and wazirx are saying that money has not received by them. Has money flushed in the air or they are trying to commit broad day loot from me of my hard earned money. Now what can I do to get my money from these BIGGIES. Has any honesty is remained in the society...

                        Hi my registered mobile number with app is [protected] i have mistakenly activated zip or pay later service on mobikwik and want to close it due to cibil score concerns as an unwanted loan will appear on my report but they are denying to close loan account as there is no such loan accounts that can not be closed if i dont want then they just go with my request

                        I paid mobikwik pay later due but payment failed or amount deducted from my bank account
                        I just open mobikwik app and on the main interface of the app there is single click activation button for mobikwik zip services. After opening the app I accidentaly press the active now button on the banner and they are now charging 99rs for 15 days using zip service.. I have created suppprt request but they didn't close my zip account. This will have a huge impact on my cibil score If I didn't pay 99rs fee.. so what can I do now ? Pay 198rs every month for rest of my life just to main the cibil score ?? They are not replying to my email. Kindly Help me.

                          Both are saying contrary things... Mobikwik is saying that money has reached the merchant... and Wazirx is saying that money has not reached even both of them... how is it possible... are they conspiring to embezzle my money... I will not leave them even if I have to go to Consumer Court with all their replies in Documented form

                              I did txn on 21/05 but it fails at bank end, but money deducted from wallet and till today no refund. Please understand it's not a small amount for me. As the transaction failed merchant said to contact issuing bank in case money not credited with in 7-12 days. I was waiting since 12 days patiently but money not refunded than I raised issue with mobikwick but they said txn successful from their end. So where is my money please help me to get my refund. My ticket no. 19669987.

                                On 19th May 3333 rs(3399.66 including charges). Transaction declined but amount debited from mobikwik. Raised a complaint and provided all information. They didn't respond at all

                                  I made a payment of rs1204.33 to pharmacy for a medicine order through mobikwik wallet the payment is showing successful money has been deducted from the bank but payment is showing failed at pharmacy. Pharmacy is saying that they didn't received the money.

                                      I just made a payment of Rs 1000 from my Google Pay account to my Mobikwik Wallet and the transaction has been marked successful by Gpay and the money hasbeen deducted but its not showing on my Mobikwik account and the payment I was making to Neblio Technologies is stuck.

                                        This is the second time the same issue is repeating. Tried to deposit money from Mobiqwik to merchant (Neblio Tech.) twice in the last 15 days; payment failed both times.
