I recharged with mobikwik balance deduct from bank but recharge unsuccessful.balance not come in mobikwik wallet and not return to bank. There is not showing that payment id in help section. I tried to call customer care but call not picked. I wrote mail [protected]@mobikwik.com but didn't respond. Kindly refund amount and response. That transaction mentioned as pg transaction.

        Hello,
        My Rs. 15, 000 money deducted by mobikwik and same is not recieved by wazirX. I lost all my money. Please check screenshot. It was emergency money i used and now i want it back immediately. Please somebody help me.

              Dear mobikwik, PG transaction from my debit card was deducted from my account but was not credited to merchant account. Please check the transaction and initiate the refund as soon as possible.

              Edit: This appeared on merchant's website. Please initiate the refund as soon as possible as it is urgent. Bank has not decined the payment but mobikwik servers declined it. This should not be happening in first place and not at all expected from reputed company like mobikwik.

                  My Rs. 4990 money deducted by mobikwik and same is not recieved by ZAAKPAY-RETAIL JGWCAG PG.

                          Hi,

                          Mobikwik has charged me Rs 99 for their Zip services which i do not wish to use.

                          I even raised a compliant on their portal but still they are not ready to accept, they are saying this will affect by credit score if i dont pay.

                          Why should i pay for something i dont want to use.

                          I request you to kindly look into this matter

                                I was trying to recharge my no. Using mobikwik, i followed the process of payment but instead of giving me payment options they directly debited the money from their zip service, for which i was completely unaware that it has a 99rs activation charges, they debited the money first and then they are asking for 99 rs activation charge, is not this making me take a service of 99rs against my will.
                                I was trying to make a simple upi payment but they did what i mentioned.
                                If my zip service is not activated then why did mobikwik allow the 1st debit from my account.
                                Its just a forceful way of mobikwik to take their zip service.
                                Please help me here.

                                      I was trying to add money in wazirx via mobikwik payment gateway. So money got deducted from my bank but not showing in wazirx. Also while seeing in History of Mobikwik, it's showing it as PG transaction and invoice is not available. Please do something ASAP. As I need my money back.

                                        I recharged my Jio number with 555 plan which is under offer which says "flat 100 cashback on recharge above 399".
