Amazon refund initiated 2 weeks ago but still not credited in my mobikwik wallet

I have ordered a product from amazon on 13 th april and later i had to cancel it . Amazon initiated a refund on 13 may worth 17999 but it's still not credited in my wallet. I have even tried to reach mobikwik but still no proper response

Money debited but transaction declined

A transaction (Ref Num:[protected] of Rs 10000 has been made from my Hdfc Bank Debit Card on 17th May at 11:51am to merchant CoinDCX through Mobikwik payment gateway.
The money has been debited from my account but the transaction failed.

It's been 12 days but the amount has not been reverted back to my account

The confirmation email from the merchant (CoinDCX) of the failed transaction is being forwarded...

Money deducted but not reflecting in my wallet

On 20/05/21 i have deposited 579 rupees in my wallet the money has been deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting in my MobiKwik wallet...

RS 10000 Money deducted but not credited in wazirx

Hi, My Rs. 10000 money deducted by mobikwik and same is not recieved by wazirx ... :( I lost my all money. Please check screenshot.. it was emergency money i used and now i want it badly. Please somebody help me....

PG transaction paid from upi

Dear mobikwik, PG transaction from upi, money was deducted to my account but not credited to merchant account. Please do needful and tell me when i get my refund back.

Amount didn't Credited in wallet or destination

Today I.e. 28 May, 2021 I initiate amounting to Rs.10, 000/- transfer via my UPI gateway, and same has been debited from my concerned (Indusind Bank account[protected] but did not reflect/Credited in to MobikwIk Wallet or destiny wallet (I.e. Coinswhich Kuber) transaction VPA "[protected]@hdfcbank" (UPI ref No.[protected] same as attached for ready reference. Plz do needful asap. Thanks....

Money deducted from wallet but not credited to merchant

Mobiqwik charges exorbitant amount of transactions fees -- the first sign that they are cheats, looting people's hard-earned money through such charges. (To add 10000 rs, I have to pay extra 200rs as service charge. Then, to pay the 10000 rs from mobiqwik to a merchant, I have to pay another 175rs as convenience fee. So, to use the mobiqwik wallet for transacting 10000rs, I end up paying about 500rs as transaction and convenience fee!) br...

Unauthorised Credit Card Transaction

This complaint is regarding the Unauthorised transactions that took place using my credit card today 27th May through NOBROKER RENTPAYMENT.

I haven't authorised the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was not in my possession. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message.

Kindly help me in this....

My Aadhaar linked to another Account

My name is muhammed.k recently i downloaded mobikwik app and registered as new and when i doing KYC i got error message that "This aadhar Number is linked to another mobikwik account please enter new one" and i called Mobikwik customer care 2 times.On 1st time on 25/5/2021 one customercare executive told that he registered complaint i have upload orginal adhaar id on mobwik complaint section so i uploaded my orginal adhaar id. Online payment to coinswitch kuber app

Sir, I paid money to coinswitch kuber app from mobikwik app, but payment was not send to coinswitch app. The payment is debited from my bank account tomorrow. Sir plz help me i thing this app is scam or doing fraud with people! First time I use this app give me poor result. No one pick call from customer care services....
