I've placed an order on Myntra and paid it through Mobikwik, [card is linked to Mobikwik ]. Amount got deducted from both MOBIKWIK wallet and Card, but order is not placed on myntra.
I've tried multiple times to contact MOBIKWIK, but they don't respond
Myntra says they haven't received the amount
I need a refund of my amount.
The order ID in Mobikwik is : [protected]
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Now I have 15k + 10 k in limbo on the payment bridge and my trades are seriously affected .
Can you restore my payments to wazirx account .
This kind of lapses are seriously unacceptable.
