My Rs. 4990 money deducted by mobikwik and same is not recieved by ZAAKPAY-RETAIL JGWCAG PG.
Please check attached screenshot.. it was emergency money.
Please resolve this as early as possible....

While trying to add money in wazirx application, amount has to go through mobikwik, but the total amount got deducted to and not added in mobikwik...

I have done the transaction on dtd.[protected], deduct amount of Rs.2750/- from my ICICI Credit card and not received to my Mobikwik wallet.
I have already raised the complement....

Mobikwik has charged me Rs 99 for their Zip services which i do not wish to use.

I even raised a compliant on their portal but still they are not ready to accept, they are saying this will affect by credit score if i dont pay.

Why should i pay for something i dont want to use.

I request you to kindly look into this matter...

Me mobikwik zip letter use..rs584.55 deu date 20may ..me not pay rupees but lockdown...so 21 may panalty rs 100 add ...and today panalty rs 300 today..total rs 984.55 .pay rs984 pay today ... solve this problem......

I was trying to recharge my no. Using mobikwik, i followed the process of payment but instead of giving me payment options they directly debited the money from their zip service, for which i was completely unaware that it has a 99rs activation charges, they debited the money first and then they are asking for 99 rs activation charge, is not this making me take a service of 99rs against my will.

I was trying to add money in wazirx via mobikwik payment gateway. So money got deducted from my bank but not showing in wazirx. Also while seeing in History of Mobikwik, it's showing it as PG transaction and invoice is not available. Please do something ASAP. As I need my money back.

I recharged my Jio number with 555 plan which is under offer which says "flat 100 cashback on recharge above 399".
But it's been 2 days and no cashback credited to my wallet....

I added money from mobiwik but its get deducted but ammount is not showing...

Sad to say, this Indian company has no value for customers' money. I have made a transaction of 1000 through mobikwik, but the amount got deducted from my account and not got addwd to my walllet or the merchant wallet. Mobikwik has also not generated invoice for that transaction. Isnt this a fraud. Kindly look onto the issue....

I have cancelled a order on amazon and it has initiated a refund of 17999 for the same 2 weeks ago and it should have been credited to my mobikwik account by now. Even i have tried to reach on mobikwik help and support but no positive response. Please resolve my problem.

I used mobiwik to add money in wazir x account. However money deducted and showed success in mobiwik but not credited in wazir x. Also not came back to my original bank account or mobiwik account. Please help.

Online this number is submited but offline petrol pump Denied for this transaction . I got information before last 2 years this number was registered for their transaction.
Petrol pump and mobikiwik did not updated the number after that. It lost my 700 rs. I want return back my amount. Otherwise I will registered complain...
