    I submitted a complaint just now . Date was wrongly mentioned as 7/6/2021 it 6/6/2021. I had made a payment from my Bank of Baroda to electricity UHBVNL account no. [protected] of an amount of Rs 7812/- Payment has been deducted from my account but not deposited.

      Address: House No 546 sector-8, Panchkula Haryana

      Transaction dated 7/6/21 from my bank of Baroda account to UHBVNL electricity account no. [protected] (in name of my father Sh U.B. Sachdeva) deducted Rs 7812/- from my account but neither deposited in the UHBVNL nor did I receive any message that the payment was successful.

          Dear sir/ madam

          Kindly check and advise as to why my User ID Blocked? Each time I am trying to create account and enter my mobile no. I get the prompt "User ID Blocked" and I wonder why? OTP comes promptly but user id blocked? I am attaching snapshot of first page of my HDFC Bank Statement if it helps!

              I have made my EB Bill payment of Rs.13, 295/- with HDFC credit card through our mobikwik app on 05/06/2021.when I am making EB payment shows only the actual amount of Rs.13, 295.But the amount has been debited in HDFC bank Rs.13, 460.90/-.I herewith attached the SMS alert received from hdfc bank and mobikwik Transaction screenshot.I have tried to contact the customer care number they provided in their website but the number never reachable.I request you to kindly reverse the difference amount of Rs.165.90/Kindly look in to this and revert me.

                I had used mobikwik to transfer rs 101770/- in coindcx on 5th June 2021. Money has been deducted from my account, but it is nether reflecting in mobikwik statement neither in coindcx statement.

                      I had initiated a transfer of Rs. 30, 000 on 5th June 2021 to my WazirX account using MobiKwik.
                      The amount has been deducted from my bank account and also it also “Success” in MobiKwik transaction. However, WazirX didn’t received the payment.

                        Dear mobikwik, PG transaction from upi, money was deducted to my accoun rs 1272 but not credited to merchant account. Please do needful and tell me when i get my refund back.
                        Looking forward to your reply.

                            On 2nd june 2021 i made a transaction on mi store of 15, 999 using mobikwik wallet during the payment after tapping on pay mobikwik logo appears shows as processing for 1minute and after that it says something went wrong my order at mi store got closed for not receiving the payment then i get back to mobikwik wallet app and see that mobikwik app is showing transaction as successful but as i already stated that transaction was failed i tried to contact mobikwik but their pathetic customer service is providing me no help i am very much frustrated please refund my money back transaction id 200110005210602175002957

                              Mobikwik charged me for Auto Zip Activation without any prior information. They activated Auto Zip by default.

                              Why Are they enabling it by default? A big fraud is going on.

                                  I wanted to add funds to my wazirx account. I was asked to try it through mobikwik. I did not have enough money in my mobikwik wallet and hence used my debit card (icici) to deduct the money. Mobikwik charged around 885 rupees for the transaction. I agredd and 10885 got deducted from my icici bank account. But, this money never got transferred to Wazirx. Wazirx is showing transaction failure. Typically, for every transaction mobikwik gives an invoice. But for this transaction, though it is shown in my transactions page, I am not able to get the invoice. Looks like, Mobikwik is not able to manage these type of transactions. Have put a complaint with mobikwik portal.. but even after 24 hours there is no response.

                                  Mobile wallets like mobikwik should quickly refund money for failed transactions... customer service should be quick ... I gave a complaint in their portal and even after 24hours, there is no response...

                                      I ordered a hoodie worth 1349 from mobikwik and 1341 rupees from UP1 and 8 rupees from wallet got deducted from my money and no order got placed I contacted customer care of myntra they told money got struck in mobikwik gate way then I contacted mobikwik help section and there is no correct response from mobikwik from 5 days this is really worst experience I had till now in online money transfer

                                        I am Amith T T, a customer of Mobikwik. I have recently activated mobikwik zip service and availed 10000 rupees advance. Using this money I tried to pay my credit card bill but the transaction got failed. The transaction history also shows that the transaction is failed and the money is transferred back to zip wallet. But this amount is not reflected in the zip wallet. At the same time I received notification to pay back the zip amount which includes the failed transaction amount also. I am attaching the copy of invoice for the above mentioned transaction. Kindly do the needful and solve this issue. I have tried to contact the customer care number they provided in their website but the number never reachable. They are cheating customers by looting money from us.. Kindly do the needful and solve this issue. I have mailed them several times but no response.
