(2) Rs.764.28

Vodafone has not received the payment of Rs.764.28.

      Zip wallet activated without knowledge and activation and penalty charge added. I never wanted to use some zip wallet.

      I wrote to them number of times about this.. but only one reply you have to make the payment and make the payment. ( Machine response) I have added the amount which I used to the wallet for mobikwik to debit.

                  On 15th march 2021 I tried to pay my electricity bill by using mobikwik . The transaction failed but money got deducted. I tried to contact their customer service, they said money will be refunded after 3 days but i didn't received the money after 3 days so I called them back and they said transaction is in pending state and money Will be refunded in 10 days .
                  As i am writing this, it has been more than 15 days and i have still not got my money back .
                  Can you please help me to get it back.

                        I'm doing IMPS Rs.600 he took me extra fees Rs 21 for IMPS WALLET to BANK TRANSFER. So my pending transaction is Rs 621. When I TRANSFER my money from WALLET to BANK TRANSFER it is show me your transaction is pending we solve in 24 hour. But not solve since 4th day. I was complaints in their help section my 4th ticket no is 18824265. This is too late so i send money for my friend Google pay. So I send message to mobikwik cancel my transaction and resend money into my wallet. But he don't listen. Please help to solve out.

                            March 11 - Amount Used from Mobikwik for payment on Makemytrip.

                            March 12- Amount refunded back from Makemytrip due to transaction failure

                            No: [protected].

                            I made a transaction through Mobikwik on Makemytrip for an amount of Rs 2500 on March 11th, but that amount of Rs 2500 was refunded back to Mobikwik on March 12th due to transaction failure . But I am getting due messages from Mobikwik with penalty saying that the amount is refunded in Mobikwik wallet and not zip . This is a kind of cheating by Mobikwik, I request to kindly look into it and provide resolution at the earliest.

                                      I made 2 transactions on dated on 18/03/2021 order no[protected] and[protected]
                                      For Flipkart due to out of stock Flipkart canceled my orders and refunded my amount to source account for MobiKwik American Express credit card but MobiKwik use not updated my refunded amount and the screenshots and iam losting my interest to use this app due to service and not response from customer support plz verify and refund my amount reference number[protected],[protected],[protected]
