On 15th march 2021 I tried to pay my electricity bill by using mobikwik . The transaction failed but money got deducted. I tried to contact their customer service, they said money will be refunded after 3 days but i didn't received the money after 3 days so I called them back and they said transaction is in pending state and money Will be refunded in 10 days .
As i am writing this, it has been more than 15 days and i have still not got my money back .
Can you please help me to get it back.
