Credit card payment

Address:No.5/17, Kasi viswanathan street

I have paid Rs.10000 on 15th jan 2021 to my credit card through mobiwik app...but still didnt get amount in my credit card and not refunded to my bank account...
Also on jan 11 2021 I did recharge of Rs.199 that too didnt get recharged..
For both issue amount was deducted from my account and didn't get invoice.please resolve my problem and refund the amount...

REGARDING gift voucher purchased on mobikwik

Imps transaction pending since 5th january 2021

I did an imps transaction from mobikwik wallet to my bank account on 5th January 2021. However the amount got deducted from my mobikwik wallet but the same went to Pending state and not credited yo my bank account. Mobikwik simply gives roboted and copy paste replies of money will be back within 7 working days.. but the given time frame is over now and still i didnt received my money....

Payment not updated in Credit Card

I have done Payment of my credit card through Mobiwik on[protected] for Rs 6001.84 but till now payment is not credited into my card. I don't know what do do they are not having any customer care number. I have received the order number from them with ID-MBK[protected].But payment is not updated into my card...

My Jio recharge not successful and amount was deducted from mobikwik wallet.

I've initiated a recharge on myjio app of 599 on the number [protected] using mobiwik wallet balance. Amount was deducted from the wallet but the recharge was not reflected on my jio number. When i reached jio customer care they've said no payment or recharge was initiated on this time period but the mobiwik transaction shows successful and they are saying it's the merchant's fault. Amount debited but not refunded

In wallet history it is showing that payment is sucessful for Rs. 581 via upi but money is not added to wallet but deducted from my bank act.

Rs. 581 dedcted from bank account via upi, shows in history as successful transaction but mobikwik wallet not updated so far.after that i made a transaction of Rs 5 which is updated immidiadiately but Rs 581 is not updated so far.

Electricity Bill Payment Issue

Please note I have done a payment of Rs.1422 against electricity bill (CESCOM) on 1st Jan 2021. The amount of Rs. 1422 has been deducted from my bank account against the transaction reference number[protected]. But I have not got any confirmation from your end on the same.
