I have done a transaction dated 01.03.2021 but during the transaction process, it failed due to some technical reasons and the amount of 16, 374/- has been deducted from my bank account. And the refund has not been credited in my account till today. Your mobikwik order id mbk[protected] showinbg "refund to bank" message i.E. According to your company the amount has been refunded to my bank account but i have not received the amount in my bank account till date. I have registered a complaint ticket no. 18523212. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible

    I paid electricity bill using mobikwik. The transaction got failed but the amount got deducted. They haven't credited back the amount. It's been 2 months. I reached out to their help but they are not sharing the utr number. I have checked with my bank, but without the utr number they couldn't help. 2400 Rupees has been debited from my account and its not credited back.

    They showed refund is successful but the amount is not credited to my account and there is no utr number too.

            Sir, rs 2058 is deducted from wallet without any reason during adding money in wallet for flight booking. Plz solve my issue because it costs my my precious money which u earn by doing job day and night very far away from my home.

              Hi, Mobikwik zip is activated without my approval and charged 99/-. Also charged 79/- on policy purchase without my knowledge, There was no any pop up or notification message was showing that I am using zip balance.
              Request to refund the above mentioned charges to my wallet.

                  Sir I booked my flight ticket on27 feb 2021 but rs 4178 rs got deducted from my bank account and they neither book my ticket and my money got strucked with mobikwik so that I am unable to book my flight on time which costs me risk of loosing my job ... plz help asap I am really in bad condition due to this stucked transition...

                    My name is Devashish Wanve,

                    on 12 Nov 2020 i am trying to buy gold, i tried but all transaction was failed, and in the mobikwik mob app, there is one enty shows that 499.50/- is paid to safe gold, i want to know that if the was paid the why gold units is not allocated? and when the gold units not allotted in my account the why i have to pay for it, i already raised a complaint on that on 24 Nov 2020 but i didn't get any satisfy answer or mail from mobikwik.Mobikwik team call me, msg me to do payment and charge me late fees of that transaction which gold units not alloted to my mobikwik account.and mobikwik charged a fees for nothing and also hit the cibil score.

                    Fraudulently charged rs 149 while paying through zip mobikwik with no prior intimation. When complained it's under their help section.

                      I got an offer from Mobikwik for Rs. 60, 000 as personal loan and I accepted it in Jan-2021. Instead of transferring the amount to my verified bank account, they just gave me the fund as "their "wallet, which can only be used in their selected shopping portals unlike the more popular ones like PayTM. To transfer this money to any bank saving's account, they charge exorbitant transfer charges, which is ridiculous.

                      Also, despite the EMI payment for Feb-2021, I am getting calls from this company (name Charu) and pestering my relatives. One of the calls was very abusive.

                      Now I want to close this and the company is not giving me any options to foreclose this loan. Kindly help

                          Hi, Mobikwik zip is activated without my approval and charged ₹150 on them. I need to pay to some one and was short of ₹2 that I don't know.                               Dear sir/ma'am,
                              This is to inform you that mobikwik offered a loan of ₹20000/- but amount not credited in to my account. I raised so many queries then they send message that you can use this amount for shopping with selected brands only. I didn't want to shop with those brands then my account has deactivated by end of mobikwik. Now they are pressurising me for payment which i didn't use. Person who is giving me threat calls and abusing. [protected]

                                        It's past 2 days a transaction failed due to insufficient balance in Mobikwik wallet. But I have transferred the amount, money got deducted from bank account, all the transaction shows money deducted from account.
                                        I have been raising complaint and calling customer care number past 48 hours but there is no response.

                                        Please help us to get a refund ASAP.
