Today i recharged my number [protected] from jio app to mobikwik app there showing above 399 cash back of 100rs for new users so, seeing that i recharged but recharge is successful but cash back is not received

    Dear sir/ma'am,
    This is to inform you that mobikwik offered a loan of ₹20000/- but amount not credited in to my account. I raised so many queries then they send message that you can use this amount for shopping with selected brands only. I didn't want to shop with those brands then my account has deactivated by end of mobikwik. Now they are pressurising me for payment which i didn't use. Person who is giving me threat calls and abusing. [protected]

        As per your policy I had done payment of this order by Mobikwik and your policy was presenting if we make payment by mobikwik then we will got 10% cashback but still I have not any cashback.

              It's past 2 days a transaction failed due to insufficient balance in Mobikwik wallet. But I have transferred the amount, money got deducted from bank account, all the transaction shows money deducted from account.
              I have been raising complaint and calling customer care number past 48 hours but there is no response.

              Please help us to get a refund ASAP.

                  PFA payment receipt for your record

                  Payment 1067.66 made for T2102181146331836613489, through Phone Pe mobile app and MOBIKWIK appon 18/02/2021 at 11.46 hrs. amount debited but receipt not generated.
                  This month bill is showing 1067.66 as arrears.

                      Sir,
                      I recharged my dishtv account with 1000 rs on 3rd Feb with mobikwik. It was failed but amount was deducted at the same time. I tried to contact mobikwik but there is no transaction history of the same amount's deduction in the app and its not possible to contact with the team without trnsaction history.
                      please refund the amount.

                        Hi Team,

                        Before accepting the terms and conditions through mobikwik for applying 40k loan, it was mentioned as "Bank transfer available, but now after accepting, the money went to wallet and there is no option to transfer to bank account and on 5th of every month they are even auto debiting the amount by fooling everyone and sending IVR calls repeatedly after every 1 minute as a harrassment and we even don't get any proper response from their pathetic customer care department...

                                On Feb 2, 2021, I have taken an instant loan of Rs 60000 from Mobikwik app after reading the terms from their website which clearly mentioned that the loan amount can be transferred to Bank... (attaching screenshot from their website)To my surprise I came to know after the loan amount is disbursed that this can't be transferred to bank.

                                After reaching out multiple times to their customer care (Ticket no.[protected], I am getting senseless response templates and when I have written to their [protected]@mobikwik.com mentioning the issue - their response says that the "Shop on EMI" can't be transferred to Bank which I have not even opted for. I have opted for a instant loan of Rs 60000 which their app mentioned. They also go on saying that pay the first 3 EMIs of this and then you can foreclose it. what is this??

                                Now, since the shop on EMI is not useful for me as I was looking for a loan. Also, I am not gonna use the loan amount lying in my wallet. Please go ahead and cancel the loan ASAP.

                                I am available on my phone and email ID mentioned in the customer care ticket for anymore details.

                                There is still no update on this from Mobikwik. Also they are not responding to the support email on which I am following up since 2 Feb. Please guide me how I can escalate this.

                                      I added ₹598 to my mobikwik wallet now and suddenly the cash was withdrawn from my bank account but somehow does not reflect in my wallet balance and not even in mobikwik transaction history. STILL SHOWS 0 BALANCE.
                                      So please do the needful ASAP.
                                      This cash was meant for urgent reason.
                                      I hope you will reflect the amount in my wallet by morning. I attach my banks message below.
