Dear sir,
I have purchased 2000 ruppes in ajio shopping app. In this home page ajio and mobikwick link up to cash back offer minimum 50 to Max 500 . I paid payment with mobikwick wallet. But cash back not credited in my wallet . I call to customer care also but no use. Why advertisement cash back offers in other apps. Please solve my problem as early possible.

    Yesterday I have complaint about loosing my money on sundirect recharge and given the smart card no.after that I received a mail in which the company asked my phone number.l replied.then till today this time no more actions taken from the company for getting my money.please try to refund my money.

        I was booking train ticket the amount was deducted but ticket shows not booked, when I contacted IRCTC received this reply "Please note that TXN[protected] was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. That is we did not receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket.Requested to please contact to your bank." I contacted mobikwik through help support first they were not ready...

        I transfer my credit card balance to mobikiwik wallet of Rs.68809.16 after that user is disable comment came afterthat i send govt proofs and bank transaction details to [protected]@mobikiwik.com today they called and said one new number is linked with your wallet how it is possible i dont know then they are asking for affidafit of 10rupees stamp paper full incident and i have to take the responsibility for my wallet how can i take responsibility o[censored]nseen wallet from sunday onward you blocked my amount till today i provide all the details but not yet enabled im going to gave the police complaint against mobikiwik my registered mobile number is [protected] Anitha R My Reg Mail Id Is [protected]@gmail.com

            Enable the disabled account

            Hi sir

            I have an account in mobikwik. Account number [protected] i have made a transaction of 10118 on 01/04/2021.on the same day my account was disabled. I was sending mails from 02/04/2021, and calling to the customer care, but they are not responding properly.it was being 25 days my account and my amount was blocked.So please do needful sir.

                I am not frequent user of mobikwik. I have done recharge on my mother mobile no on 19th April and it added 2000 /- as a zip balance which I didn't opt for and deducted money from zip account for my broadband bill. Now when I wanted the zip balance its asking for 99/- as service charge which I didn't want at the first place. If this is the way to make money? If so, then the company will loose more customers than earning. From now onwards I will definitely alert my circle about this malpractice.

                    But this company keep sending me claims on some unknown card -

                    The Mobikwik web site does not have any access or reply to my complaints for several weeks.

                    This Company has no Communication section like E mail to detail the problems and has devious stock questions and answers without addressing problems. Such a big company at this Corona time, the company should be more helpful to the elderly like me. It must have a written channel for communication rather than unworkable telephone calls with auto answers.

                          First of all, it is quite user-unfriendly in that there is no way to know if the ZIP service was being used. No one goes through every bit of an app searching for something that they aren't aware of.
                          I installed Mobikwik a month ago and used to to make a payment. There are a lot of hidden agendas here, I believe. Money deducted from my bank goes to the wallet after being refunded. It should have gone to the bank account directly. Also, the main issue with Mobikwik is the automatic use of ZIP service. They charged me a ZIP activation fee without even CLEARLY MENTIONING anywhere in the process that ZIP is being used. I would NEVER have used that ### service. They generated a bill of 654. Now, they have levied a penalty of 100 rupees because I didn't pay the billed amount within time (that too just a week, max).
                          I am not going to pay any activation fee or penalty. If they want me to pay, I shall pay just the amount that I have used. Or else, I am not paying them a dime.

                            I'm Joydip Ash.
                            In my cibil 50000(Fifty thousand) business loan is showing but I never applied for that. Kindly close it and send me the closer confirmation. I need it urgently coz I have applied for business loan in SBI bank, they told me this closer certificate after that they will disburse my loan amount.
                            Yesterday I have visited IDFC bank for that but they told me to contact mobikwik if you will unsubscribe then they can close it.
                            So, kindly do the needful and send me the closer certificate as soon as possible.

                              This is CHILAKABATTINA GANESH, I was activated mobikwik zip it is nothing but credit limit provided by mobikwik wallet (It is provided by incred financial services), Sir it was reflected in my credit report with multiple accounts and it shows some negative accounts I.e due payment delayed accounts but I was paid all the dues in time it affects my cibil score. So I was rised the issue with mobikwik and Incred and I requested to close my mobikwik zip account completely. I was requested repeatedly but they were said there is no such option to mobikwik zip account. Sir I was paid all dues on time and there is no due in mobikwik zip but they were not closing my account. Sir please help me Regarding the issue.

                                My money got deducted twice and it's not mentioned in the history and it was an unsuccessful transaction once I've got refund but for another money I've not got any refund the transaction was made on 26/03/21 please kindly refund my money
