First of all, it is quite user-unfriendly in that there is no way to know if the ZIP service was being used. No one goes through every bit of an app searching for something that they aren't aware of.
I installed Mobikwik a month ago and used to to make a payment. There are a lot of hidden agendas here, I believe. Money deducted from my bank goes to the wallet after being refunded. It should have gone to the bank account directly. Also, the main issue with Mobikwik is the automatic use of ZIP service. They charged me a ZIP activation fee without even CLEARLY MENTIONING anywhere in the process that ZIP is being used. I would NEVER have used that ### service. They generated a bill of 654. Now, they have levied a penalty of 100 rupees because I didn't pay the billed amount within time (that too just a week, max).
I am not going to pay any activation fee or penalty. If they want me to pay, I shall pay just the amount that I have used. Or else, I am not paying them a dime.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
