Unknown mobiwik user deducted my 90000 frm my bank account, and spend it on some purchasing.Can i get my money back. Please solve this matter.

    I ordered some clothes from Myntra and paid from mobikwik but my order is not showing in Myntra app and my money has debited from mobikwik wallet my order is also not confirmed and money also not received in my Acc or wallet Very bad service provided

          I am facing issue with mobikwik, I was trying their pay later feature and used some amount from it.I was not happy with it and now want to clear the dues and close my account.

          But forgot the security code used in the app. I tried to fix it. but their feature to reset security pin is not working.

          Now they are replying with some generic answer to reset the security code. Which further is not working.

          If I won't pay it on time, My credit score will be affected.

          All my mistake was to try Mobikwik app.

            I wanted to recharge my Airtel DTH. Rs.250 got debited from my bank account, but the recharge was not done. The payment is shown as success under UPI transition rather than DTH recharge.

              My mobikwik wallet id [protected]@nocash.mobikiwk.i was paying money for coindcx go from mobikwik, i dont have enough money in mobikwik wallet so i used phonepe from mobikiwk and transaction was successful.But money not reflected in either coindcx or mobikwik wallet.Transcation Id T2105061746426324933784

                      Today[protected] I made a transaction to pay my TN electricity board bill through Mobikwik. My money was debited from my account but it has not been paid yet nor is it showing up in the app. I am confused on why this happened and the amount is quite a lot and I'm very disappointed in Mobikwik's service. I hope you would reach out as soon as possible.

                          I have made 2 transaction of Rs. 773.79 for Gas Booking through Mobikwik Wallet using my Credit Card.

                          In there Both Transaction are failed and my 1st Transactions Amount 773.79 Rs credit my credit card account. But 2nd Amount of my 773.79 Rs not credit in my credit card account or not in my wallet yet.

                          One Transaction Done on 5/4/2021 and
                          2nd transaction done on 6/04/2021.

                          so please check at your side and credit 773.79 Rs as earliest in my credit card account/my MobiKwik wallet.

                          Pls do needful in said matter as earliest.

                            Dear sir,
                            I have purchased 2000 ruppes in ajio shopping app. In this home page ajio and mobikwick link up to cash back offer minimum 50 to Max 500 . I paid payment with mobikwick wallet. But cash back not credited in my wallet . I call to customer care also but no use. Why advertisement cash back offers in other apps. Please solve my problem as early possible.

                              Yesterday I have complaint about loosing my money on sundirect recharge and given the smart card no.after that I received a mail in which the company asked my phone number.l replied.then till today this time no more actions taken from the company for getting my money.please try to refund my money.

                                  I was booking train ticket the amount was deducted but ticket shows not booked, when I contacted IRCTC received this reply "Please note that TXN[protected] was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. That is we did not receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket.Requested to please contact to your bank." I contacted mobikwik through help support first they were not ready...

                                  I transfer my credit card balance to mobikiwik wallet of Rs.68809.16 after that user is disable comment came afterthat i send govt proofs and bank transaction details to [protected]@mobikiwik.com today they called and said one new number is linked with your wallet how it is possible i dont know then they are asking for affidafit of 10rupees stamp paper full incident and i have to take the responsibility for my wallet how can i take responsibility o[censored]nseen wallet from sunday onward you blocked my amount till today i provide all the details but not yet enabled im going to gave the police complaint against mobikiwik my registered mobile number is [protected] Anitha R My Reg Mail Id Is [protected]@gmail.com

                                      Enable the disabled account

                                      Hi sir

                                      I have an account in mobikwik. Account number [protected] i have made a transaction of 10118 on 01/04/2021.on the same day my account was disabled. I was sending mails from 02/04/2021, and calling to the customer care, but they are not responding properly.it was being 25 days my account and my amount was blocked.So please do needful sir.
