      My paytm app shows I made a transaction on 12 may and it got deducted from my bank. But mobikwik is not reflecting it in their wallet or anywhere. I used it to put money in CoinCDX go application for crypto trading. The app says within 7 days you'll get a refund from mobikwik but it's been ten days now.
      Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Deduction of my credit card amount 10100/-on April 17th 2021. Iam not a customer of mobikwik and I have no any mobikwik wallet...than why this amount deducted from my credit card ...pls tell me the reason...this is a fraudulent transaction done by you Mobikwik...

        Sir, tomorrow I paid money from mobikwik to coinswitch kuber app. But the money is not show in coinswitch app, money is debited from my bank account. First time i use this app and give me poor result. Please check this what it happen with my money.

          Hi

          I had to add Rs 2000 to the wallet of Coin DCX Go and selected Mobikwik UPI option. And I tried to add Rs 2000 to Mobikwik wallet but Rs 2079 was deducted from my bank account and Rs 2000 got added as Mobikwik Zip which I am not able to use.

          Also, what I understand that Mobikwik Zip account gives advance amount to it's consumers but this Rs 2000 that got added is my money that got deducted. Please resolve the issue.

              I wanted to recharge my mobile 19 may2021. Phonepe to mobikwik Rs.106.20 got debited from my bank account, but the recharge was not done. The payment is shown as success under UPI transition rather than recharge.Kindly Refund for my money.

                To get in touch with customer support. Called up the helpline no. To be hearing a recorded message. We are experiencing a high volume of call, and this might take a longer than usual time. 1) what is the longer than usual time. 20 min to an hour ¿ 3 different times and 3 different days and the same recorded message I get this is a good Cust. Service. In chat support also only 2 query and u r out no further comment and i[censored] want to chat now after 12 hours it states. What a good way to sheild yourself

                        Hello I have made payment of 5000 through my UPI (paytm) to mobikwik wallet but my MobiKwik wallet doesn’t show any balance and my balance has been deducted from the bank and I have checked it twice on my statement

                            448 rs dene ki mang kar rahe hai he jabki mene 199 ka use kiya hai

                              This is regarding your today calls from this number +[protected] and got the messages to pay 99 rs due.

                              How you are showing 99 rs due in my account, I don’t want to use your pay later option and I was trying to pay my electricity bill from my account but your app was taken automatically pay later option so I’m not responsible for your 99 rs and I don’t want this option also.

                              Since morning you are troubling me to pay 99 rs through the call and messages so im not interested to use your app hence forth please deactivate my account immediately and still if you want to collect 99 rs from me, you can collect and leave me. Since morning I’m trying to reach all your customer care number which is showing in your website but 2 numbers are switched off and landline number there is no response.

                                  Hope you are safe!

                                  I am writing this to inform you about the scam Mobikwik is performing in the name of ZIP/Pay Later.

                                  I recharged my TataSky account on 17th April 2021 and while recharging, I was not given the payment method to make the payment.

                                  Mobikwik directly debited it from the ZIP account and charged me the 99 Rs activation fees with the recharge amount.

                                  Then I spoke/ wrote to customer care and they asked me to pay the amount and said we will add the 99Rs activation charges to your wallet as a Goodwill Gesture.

                                  I made the payment before the due date, the amount was debited from my bank account, even the phone pay mentioned transaction was successful still it was not reflected on MobiKwik end.

                                  As the payment was made before the due date and it was not reflecting on their end still charged me a 20 rs fine and now they have charged me again 50 rs fine.

                                  I had informed Mobikwik that you people have activated ZIP in the wrong way without informing me and are charging now 99 rs.

                                  I request you to please look into this and assist further.

                                  I was doing a recharge and for that I have added money in Mobikwik wallet and while doing the payment there was no any to pay from the wallet rather zip payment was the only option available . Also, for using ZIP they are charging 99 rs extra .
                                  When I tried to contact the customer care, noone was there to respond . I have very bad experience with Mobikwik.
