Hi sir

I have an account in mobikwik. Account number [protected] i have made a transaction of 10118 on 01/04/2021.on the same day my account was disabled. I was sending mails from 02/04/2021, and calling to the customer care, but they are not responding properly.it was being 25 days my account and my amount was blocked.So please do needful sir.

I am not frequent user of mobikwik. I have done recharge on my mother mobile no on 19th April and it added 2000 /- as a zip balance which I didn't opt for and deducted money from zip account for my broadband bill. Now when I wanted the zip balance its asking for 99/- as service charge which I didn't want at the first place. If this is the way to make money? While making a recharge for my tata sky dish, Mobikwik without my permission paid through its zip paylater account and now has forced me to pay ₹99 activation and ₹50 penalty for non payment.....

I am a customer of MOBIKWIK with my Citibank card with no dues to MOBIKWIK.

But this company keep sending me claims on some unknown card -
like this:- XXXXXXXX 00 which has nothing to do with me.
The Mobikwik web site does not have any access or reply to my complaints for several weeks.

First of all, it is quite user-unfriendly in that there is no way to know if the ZIP service was being used. No one goes through every bit of an app searching for something that they aren't aware of.
I installed Mobikwik a month ago and used to to make a payment. There are a lot of hidden agendas here, I believe. Money deducted from my bank goes to the wallet after being refunded. It should have gone to the bank account directly....

In my cibil 50000(Fifty thousand) business loan is showing but I never applied for that. Kindly close it and send me the closer confirmation. I need it urgently coz I have applied for business loan in SBI bank, they told me this closer certificate after that they will disburse my loan amount.

This is CHILAKABATTINA GANESH, I was activated mobikwik zip it is nothing but credit limit provided by mobikwik wallet (It is provided by incred financial services), Sir it was reflected in my credit report with multiple accounts and it shows some negative accounts I.e due payment delayed accounts but I was paid all the dues in time it affects my cibil score. I paid due balance of mobikwik zip wallet dated[protected], amount 548 rupees through mobikwik upi . Amount debited. But mobikwik send message you are transaction falied. But in my bank statement showing amount transfered to mobikwik. Kindly resolve it....

I sent money from gpay but it wasn't received at mobikwik but was debited from my account....

Hii.. i was using wallet from no. I paid 1080 rupees to pharmesy company by mobikwik wallet joint sbi debit card on dated 6/4/2021 at 5.30 pm.but sbi mpassbook shows debited amount but in mobikwik wallet passbook shows nothing transaction my money is not refunded by mobikwik .please solve the query as soon as possible....
