MobiKwik APP complaint

This is regarding your today calls from this number +[protected] and got the messages to pay 99 rs due.

How you are showing 99 rs due in my account, I don’t want to use your pay later option and I was trying to pay my electricity bill from my account but your app was taken automatically pay later option so I’m not responsible for your 99 rs and I don’t want this option also.

Since morning you are troubling me to pay 99 rs through the call and messages so im not interested to use your app hence forth please deactivate my account immediately and still if you want to collect 99 rs from me, you can collect and leave me. Since morning I’m trying to reach all your customer care number which is showing in your website but 2 numbers are switched off and landline number there is no response.

    Hi, Transaction done on 16/05/2021 7 pm hours Wallet Debit to DOMINOS Transaction Id VMBK[protected] debit 542 was not successful. Domions did'nt received the order Please refund the money in wallet. If any other steps needs to be taken let me know. I want the money back in wallet. Also I have raised the support tickets but I have not got any response.

      Hello Team,

      Hope you are safe!

      I am writing this to inform you about the scam Mobikwik is performing in the name of ZIP/Pay Later.

      I recharged my TataSky account on 17th April 2021 and while recharging, I was not given the payment method to make the payment.

      Mobikwik directly debited it from the ZIP account and charged me the 99 Rs activation fees with the recharge amount.

      Then I spoke/ wrote to customer care and they asked me to pay the amount and said we will add the 99Rs activation charges to your wallet as a Goodwill Gesture.

      I made the payment before the due date, the amount was debited from my bank account, even the phone pay mentioned transaction was successful still it was not reflected on MobiKwik end.

      As the payment was made before the due date and it was not reflecting on their end still charged me a 20 rs fine and now they have charged me again 50 rs fine.

      I had informed Mobikwik that you people have activated ZIP in the wrong way without informing me and are charging now 99 rs.

      I request you to please look into this and assist further.

      I have a complain with Mobikwik.
      I was doing a recharge and for that I have added money in Mobikwik wallet and while doing the payment there was no any to pay from the wallet rather zip payment was the only option available . Also, for using ZIP they are charging 99 rs extra .
      When I tried to contact the customer care, noone was there to respond . I have very bad experience with Mobikwik.

          Cash back has not been received till date. Vide order no; ORD[protected], dt 21/04/2021, value ₹2330/- I purchase grocery items, delivery dated 29/04/2021, as per your cash back offer prevailing then. As such ₹ 233/- @10% of bill amount, hence to be paid as cash back.
          Please look into the matter and pay cash back to my wallet account.

              I had purchased one assist wallet protection plan through mobikwik in Nov '20 and I did not give consent for auto pay or SI mode for renewal month on month by debiting my hfdc credit card ending with 3318 but my hdfc credit card was being debited for
              the last 6 months from dec'20 to may'21 for an amount of Rs 474 /-monthly Rs 79 /- It is a violation and misuse of others card usage and fraud

              Pls cancel my one assist wallet protection plan and stop month on month renewal of the same and stop debiting my hdfc credit card ending with 3318 month on month for renewal premium, even on 13/05/2021 my hdfc credit card ending with 3318 was debited for Rs 79/- towards my one assist wallet protection insurance renewal premium, pls cancel the one assist wallet protection plan and stop the month on month renewal

              I had raised request in the month of Nov'20 itself to cancel the one assist wallet protection policy but it was not done from mobikwik end, its a clear process lapse, Pls refund/ load Rs 474 to my mobikwik wallet as compensation

              I need solution and confirmation inmediately

              else I approach consumer forum and Sue against one assist wallet for misuse of my hdfc credit card and lack of service to the customer

                        I am facing issue with mobikwik, I was trying their pay later feature and used some amount from it.I was not happy with it and now want to clear the dues and close my account.

                        But forgot the security code used in the app. I tried to fix it. but their feature to reset security pin is not working.

                        Now they are replying with some generic answer to reset the security code. Which further is not working.

                        If I won't pay it on time, My credit score will be affected.

                        All my mistake was to try Mobikwik app.

                          I wanted to recharge my Airtel DTH. Rs.250 got debited from my bank account, but the recharge was not done. The payment is shown as success under UPI transition rather than DTH recharge.

                                    Today[protected] I made a transaction to pay my TN electricity board bill through Mobikwik. My money was debited from my account but it has not been paid yet nor is it showing up in the app. I am confused on why this happened and the amount is quite a lot and I'm very disappointed in Mobikwik's service. I hope you would reach out as soon as possible.

                                        I have made 2 transaction of Rs. 773.79 for Gas Booking through Mobikwik Wallet using my Credit Card.

                                        In there Both Transaction are failed and my 1st Transactions Amount 773.79 Rs credit my credit card account. But 2nd Amount of my 773.79 Rs not credit in my credit card account or not in my wallet yet.

                                        One Transaction Done on 5/4/2021 and
                                        2nd transaction done on 6/04/2021.

                                        so please check at your side and credit 773.79 Rs as earliest in my credit card account/my MobiKwik wallet.

                                        Pls do needful in said matter as earliest.
