Complaint marked as Resolved The need help option is just a hell. However I emailed to the customer care and they took some time but they replied and updated me that they have already escalated to the concerned team. Got notification in the application too tyat my transaction failed and they credited my money. Thanks for your help. I would suggest mobikwik team to enhance their application up to date so that custs will not face these sort of issues.
