I am genuine customer of Mobikwik Bajaj wallet . But My account is disabled without any reason . I am not able to use services of Mobikwik wallet. Please help me.

    Dear Sir
    I am regular user of your company and pay my bills through you. For that I often add money from credit card to wallet. Yesterday I added 10000 and paid extra 200 as service charge but when I paid this amount to balaji insurance, this also my business card, 234 extra deducted. Tell me why, double deduction in the same transaction. [protected] & [protected] both my own numbers with different ID.

        I am sent mone through phonepe 1726+1726=3452 total.in mobikwik.wallet.deduct my amount in bank account.not add mobikwik wallet. Date-18march2021.1st payment deduct 18 March 2021 time-12.54 p.m.2nd payment deduct 18 march 2021 time-02.18 pm.not add my mobikwik wallet.my zip payment due date 20 march.not pay zip then penalty starts for me.i have no extra money in my bank account.pls refund my money.my name-Mayank Prakash Email [protected]@gmail.com.my no.[protected]

            I have transfer money from my account Rs 5000 using this app to another bank account. The money has already got deducted from my account and it was a successful payment but my reciever doesn't got the money till now. Please help me out.

              Mobiwik company is very high fraud department to attach because loan providers rbi by maximum 12 percent but mobiwik by loan partners is 30 percent why partners is very poor ya mobiwik is poor family

                I used the cheater app again and got cheated. I purchased groceries of Rs675 by the app and now they are asking me to deposit Rs774. Rs99 more in the name of activation fee /cheated fee.

                            MobiKwik charged me for auto Zip Activation. They activated my wallet for AUTO ZIP by default with out my prior information. Even they do not deactivate the ZIP from my account. They never answer specifically for a question.

                            WHY THEY ENABLED AUTOZIP BY DEFAULT??? !!!

                            I think this is a kind of cheating for collecting money in the form of activation charges.

                                      Kindly reverse my recent transaction immediately from number [protected].

                                      Why was Zip kept active. I wasn't aware of this feature. While applying coupon, it got triggered. They are charging Rs.99 or this credit facility.

                                      This is illegal & without informing us how they can do this.

                                      Need credit of Rs.99 to enable me to pay their zip charges & balance I can pay for the transaction.

                                      I never wanted to use their facility as I already have so many credit cards.

                                      They are fooling & cheating customers.
