I am Renu Kumari from Uttar Pradesh. I have receive a call from this no. [protected] and his name of hussain who said i am HR from Delhi Public School and call regarding a academic counselor job he tell me to register in shineweb.in after register you have to pay only 10 rupees payment for registration charges. but there is a fraud transaction because i have done registration and done the payment. payment is deduct 4910 rupees in my brother account state bank of india . payment transaction no. is[protected], 70008869. so i have to complain against for mobikwik company .
i want to refund my amount as soon as possible any how.
please inform me my mail address [protected]@gmail.com

    I am paying my due amont through UPI from my icici bank account on 8th of March of Rs 2389.22 but transaction failed thwn i processed again next time also transaction failed but my payment deduct from my account 2389.22 rs by 02 times on 8th of march 2021 .I still not recieved my payment back.

    Than i again done of my due amount on 10th for due amiunt same was deduct from my accout.

    Requeat you to please resolve my issue pls do the needfull.

        I ordered a product from flipkart using Amex credit card issued by Mobikwik app.
        the product was damaged so i asked flipkart for a refund, flipkart says they have successfully added refund to my credit card but I did not receive it. I called both flipkart and mobikwik customer service executives to help me out. Flipkart is asking me to raise a dispute using reference number, but as we know mobikwik is a non-banking service provider, how am I supposed to raise a dispute in mobikwik?
        mobikwik says there is no such refund amount has been received from flipkart, i asked mobikwik for a proof but they're apparently dodging it.
        im just stuck here with my refund amount nowhere to be found.
        below i have shared the transactions that were made till today from 1st march (before i ordered the product).

          I have applied shop on loan emi and amount is verified 40, 000 but it is not withdraw this money from wallet then why payable emi from that account please give me answer quickly

              Hi,
              I have done a mobile recharge of rs 249 rs in mobikwik application, in the application I can see the recharge successful message however my mobile recharge is not yet done. When I checked with support in mobikwik, their autogenerated message suggested me to get in touch with bsnl operator with invoice details however bsnl operator told they don't have any recharge pack with rs 249, it is outdated. However mobikwik still have this in their recahrge amount list so that they can run a scam and loot people. Not all are proactive and know how system works . I am scared if they have many recahrge packs like this which were outdated and customer did the recharge and lost their money . And with this kind of scam probably mobikwik would have earner so much of money. And this people don't respond to email and chat so cyber angle should be considered for this company as I have seen many complaints where people lost a lot of money and with these. Kind of scams they are running their business. Even my hard earned 249 rs is gone now.

              It's my sincere request to consumer forum inorder to address this concern to save more people. Your little help and proactiveness will save 1000s of customers please.

              The need help option is just a hell. However I emailed to the customer care and they took some time but they replied and updated me that they have already escalated to the concerned team. Got notification in the application too tyat my transaction failed and they credited my money. Thanks for your help. I would suggest mobikwik team to enhance their application up to date so that custs will not face these sort of issues.

                            Very cheap service like the are doing fraud with merchant almost 1 month goes but thery are doing nothing not giving any complaint no.

                                On 6th March I paid electricity bill amount 10735 my money got deducted from my card but there was no confirmation from your app there is transaction showing in your app I checked with my bank it shows debited in particular section MEDR/MOBIKWIK/382999

                                        Recharge is done throught mobikwik app money also got deducted still the recharge is not done. It is still showing as pending. Please check the attachment of pending status that is reflecting in mobikwik app.
