I Was Booking IRCTC Ticket On 9th FEB Money Deducted From Paytm Debit Card But Ticket Not Booked & Refund Is Also Not Initiated From Mobikwik Till Now. Please Help Me For Getting My Refund Back....

I recharged my dishtv account with 1000 rs on 3rd Feb with mobikwik. It was failed but amount was deducted at the same time. I tried to contact mobikwik but there is no transaction history of the same amount's deduction in the app and its not possible to contact with the team without trnsaction history.
please refund the amount.

Before accepting the terms and conditions through mobikwik for applying 40k loan, it was mentioned as "Bank transfer available, but now after accepting, the money went to wallet and there is no option to transfer to bank account and on 5th of every month they are even auto debiting the amount by fooling everyone and sending IVR calls repeatedly after every 1 minute as a harrassment and we even don't get any proper...

I paid to realme store via mobikwik transaction ID #5bb3721ae5efa, amount got deducted from bank account but the order is not placed successful .Please refund my amount . Pathetic service from mobikwik...

On Feb 2, 2021, I have taken an instant loan of Rs 60000 from Mobikwik app after reading the terms from their website which clearly mentioned that the loan amount can be transferred to Bank... I added ₹598 to my mobikwik wallet now and suddenly the cash was withdrawn from my bank account but somehow does not reflect in my wallet balance and not even in mobikwik transaction history. STILL SHOWS 0 BALANCE.
So please do the needful ASAP.
This cash was meant for urgent reason.

I have done a recharge of 49 transaction successful but recharge not reflecting on the mobile phone...

Payment 1276 made for BWSSB RR W-533438, through karnataka mobile one app and MOBIKWIK appon 20/01/2021 at 14.54 hrs. amount debited but receipt not generated.
This month bill is showing 1276 as arrears.

My mobikwik account is blocked. I trying to login it displays message as "user is disabled".

I Mr.Jaganathan mobile no: [protected] I used MOBIKWIK APP'S ZIP and my due amount was 669 rs and due date was on Feb 5th 2021 but I made payment from my bank of Baroda account on 3rd Feb 2021.
Payment was not updated and it shows overdue with 100rs penalty
I have a decent cibil score 780+ and this incident will affect my cibil score.please look in to this issue and do the needful with right amount of compensation made by MOBIKWIK...

I am very much fed up after done my transaction towards my electricity bill. My transaction of Rs 3878.68 is hold from last two days . I have arrange another rs 3878 for clear my electricity dues and to avoid the late payment charges.
