Amount debited Merchant not received

Hi my name is bachala kamalakar. My mobile numbet is [protected], and my email id is : kamal.[protected]@gmail.Com, i used mobikwik zip balance for recharge after rechrge i got due from mobikwik. I paid due balance of mobikwik zip wallet dated[protected], amount 548 rupees through mobikwik upi . Amount debited. But mobikwik send message you are transaction falied. But in my bank statement showing amount transfered to mobikwik. Kindly resolve it....

HI My Name is BACHALA KAMALAKAR MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected]. I used Mobikwik zip balance for recharge of my mobile. So I got due from Mobikwik I paid MOBOKWIK zip wallet due 548 RUPEES Dated[protected] THROUGH MOBIKWIK UPI APP BUT MONEY DEBITED. BUT MOBIKWIK APP STILL SHOWING PENDING DUE. I COMPLAINT MOBIKWIK BUT THEY SEND MESSAGE TRANSACTION FAILED. NOT RECEIVED AMOUNT. I HAVE PROOFS. KINDLY RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

      Hii.. i was using wallet from no. [protected] and now the no is not in used i raise complain regarding my wallet balance and executive told me that wallet amount will be credited in your bank account but i did not got any tranfer of mobikwick balance to my bank account my new no is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com .

        Sir i paid my emi amount 1600 on 2nd april .Amount debited from my account but they still call for me to pay my emi.It was not updated in my account.

          I paid 1080 rupees to pharmesy company by mobikwik wallet joint sbi debit card on dated 6/4/2021 at 5.30 pm.but sbi mpassbook shows debited amount but in mobikwik wallet passbook shows nothing transaction my money is not refunded by mobikwik .please solve the query as soon as possible.

                I placed an order on Myntra on 9 APRIL 2021.
                I have done the payment through Mobiwik wallet the payment was successful and amount also deducted, however order was not placed due to failed transaction and still I don't got any refund.

                  Amount has been debited but transaction has been failed .

                      I recharged 444 from wallet but mobikwik didn't accept money from my debit card anidn't add to wallet. Then mobikwik activate Zip automatically without my permission and charges ₹150 for activation. Then i try to know why this happened but mobikwik app didn't open. Then i call costumer agents after 4 days they pickup my call and ask for screenshot. Then i given them all the details but they make me fake promises that they will resolve my problem either 24 hour but they take more than 2 weak to respond i called them twise a day but no results while they charge ₹200 rupees penalty for late payment then i have to pay ₹793 in total while i recharge ₹444. And this ll happen 3 month ago still they unable to resolve my issue. When i try to reach them they desable my ID. They loot ₹349 from me. Mobikwik is a fraud company. And please check play store comments you can't imagine evry user compalin about their service and loot of money kindly do something.

                              Transaction was made through mobikwik for booking ticket on Abhibus
                              Money was deducted from bank account and it was not received by the merchant and money has not been refunded if the payment has been stuck in between
                              Please look through the issue and refund money

                                I had an order of Myntra through mobikwik on 25th of march.my amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed in Myntra. So I requested them my refund but they did not show any good response.it is been more than 2 weeks.still I am waiting for the refund

                                  I have done payment of Rs 1430/- on 4.4.2021. towards Electricity bill by using Mobikwik app.
                                  Though in the history it is showing " success", the bill is still showing outstanding for payment. History of Mobikwik shows PG transaction .Please clarify on this.

                                      I recieved the refund from merchant and it shows in mobikwik transaction history i have done a transaction of rs 799 in which 0.76 was debited from mobikwik wallet and 798.24 was debited from bank i recieved the wallet amount but not recived the bank amount . I am attaching the files which shows it has been debit but not get credited.
