    I have done a recharge from mobikwik app and money was deducted from my account but recharge is not working as it is showing PG transaction in application history. So please tell me how can i will get my money refund.

      My CIBIL report gone down and while checking the details, inhave found that there are two unpaid loans in my account, which are not in my knowledge.

      Digging more, I found that mobikwik has reported there loans but I. Don't have any loan pending with them.

      I tried to call their helpline no ending with 53000, but that is out of order as always, . Raised a ticket on 30th, which is still in progress.

        Greetings,
        Please note that you have generated a bill which is wrong. The money used by me from Mobiquick to make tickets. Somehow part tickets were cancelled and IRCTC has refunded the money to the wallet and replied me with link too. Please check at your end and do the correction so that it will be easier on my part to settle the payment on date.

            I have added inr 2428 in my mobikwik wallet. But, only 1428 was added in my wallet.
            In history, it shows inr 2428 added successfully and in next transaction it shows "wallet debit against bank transfer recovery" and inr 1000 is deducted from the wallet. There is no invoice or detail of this transaction. I've tried contacting customer care but so far i haven't got any response.

              This is false, money did not teansfer instead added to mobiliwik wallet.

                (1) Rs.942.24

                (2) Rs.764.28

                Vodafone has not received the payment of Rs.764.28.

                    Zip wallet activated without knowledge and activation and penalty charge added. I never wanted to use some zip wallet.

                    I wrote to them number of times about this.. but only one reply you have to make the payment and make the payment. ( Machine response) I have added the amount which I used to the wallet for mobikwik to debit.

                                On 15th march 2021 I tried to pay my electricity bill by using mobikwik . The transaction failed but money got deducted. I tried to contact their customer service, they said money will be refunded after 3 days but i didn't received the money after 3 days so I called them back and they said transaction is in pending state and money Will be refunded in 10 days .
                                As i am writing this, it has been more than 15 days and i have still not got my money back .
                                Can you please help me to get it back.

                                      I'm doing IMPS Rs.600 he took me extra fees Rs 21 for IMPS WALLET to BANK TRANSFER. So my pending transaction is Rs 621. When I TRANSFER my money from WALLET to BANK TRANSFER it is show me your transaction is pending we solve in 24 hour. But not solve since 4th day. I was complaints in their help section my 4th ticket no is 18824265. This is too late so i send money for my friend Google pay. So I send message to mobikwik cancel my transaction and resend money into my wallet. But he don't listen. Please help to solve out.
