My money from debit card is debited of 299 rs but transaction failed

I had to make a payment of 299 where i used my sbi debit card. The payment was failed but my money from my account was debited. I have the transaction details. My transaction is not even showing in mobiwik app. I need a refund immediately...

Amount Debited from my wallet but not credited to my Account nor amount not returned to my wallet

Hi.I have made a transaction for Rs 10499 from Mobikwik wallet to a account on 28.11.20 but it was failed & i have waited for 48hrs as per mobikwik instruction to return the money to my wallet but after 1 Month my money was not returned to my wallet.

My ticket no is #17257882. Pls do the needful to get my money back....

Paid car insurance policy renewal payment but not received by the merchant

I am Ajay Kumar Gupta
My car number is up78cb9045.

I had car insurance with Bajaj Allianz general insurance company which was expiring so I renewed my policy through Mobikwik android app and made payment of Rs 4192 on 13 December 2020.
But insurance company said that they haven't received any payment. So I rised a complaint with mobikwik but after many reminder, any of mobikwik employee contacted me and have not...

A person misguided me telling that he can connect my number to phone pe and took all money from my account, I found in google that number was phone pe helpline number and that turned to be fake please help me I'm facing bad situation from that...

Requested for unblock Mobikwik wallet

I added money from my credit card to my Mobikwik wallet 5206.5 that amount got added successfully. After that my account got disabled I even tried to login but couldn't get through. I got a pop-up stating user disabled.

I tried to reach Mobikwik customer care too but of no help. Nobody is responding.

Request you to kindly look into this....

Money debited payment failed

Mobikwik

I tried to recharge my mobile for ₹45 through mobikwik... Transaction failed but money debited from my bank account.. This is not the first time already i had same issues with mobikwik try to fix it and refund my money back.
