    Sir /Ma’am
    As I have cancelled one of my flight bookings and the refund has been initiated on 23 jan at 9:01 pm but till today I haven’t received my refund amount in my bank account as per I have also used super cash that has been refunded but my the part of the money that has to be refunded back in my bank account Has not been refunded yet . Please kindly help
    I am attaching both of the screenshots of MobiKwik message that claimed amount is refunded and my bank account statement.

      I have paid rs 960 for flipkart gift card of Rs.1000 .in which 40 was redeemed as supercash . The money got deducted from my account but havent got the giftcard yet . I try to contact help on mobiqwik but that doesnt help. I want my refund back . And the supercash back . The order id is[protected]

        I've initiated a recharge of idea of 399 on the number [protected] using mobiwik wallet balance. Amount was deducted from the wallet but the recharge was not reflected on my idea number. When i reached idea customer care they've said no payment or recharge was initiated on this time period but the mobiwik transaction shows successful and they are saying it's the merchant's fault. Wallet amount was not yet refunded or the recharge was not yet initiated. MBK[protected] is the order id of the mobiwik transaction.

              I have paid Rs.10000 on 15th jan 2021 to my credit card through mobiwik app...but still didnt get amount in my credit card and not refunded to my bank account...
              Also on jan 11 2021 I did recharge of Rs.199 that too didnt get recharged..
              For both issue amount was deducted from my account and didn't get invoice.please resolve my problem and refund the amount

                      As i did not get any feed back for customer support team even after complaining more than 5 times, Iam escalating it further and want this issue to be resolved ASAP, . it's been more than a month i have raised complaint for this issue, i have provided screen shots and all to customer support team, has asked mentioning that as I have received Spencers gift card without pin, I have just recived only 14 digits gift code, while claiming for same though online or offline its asking PIN, which i did not rcvd, there was no proper resolution provided for this as i have complained it more than 5 times in span of 1 month.

                      If its not possible to send gif card PIN, IPlease cancel this gift card voucher and credit back my amount.

                            I did an imps transaction from mobikwik wallet to my bank account on 5th January 2021. However the amount got deducted from my mobikwik wallet but the same went to Pending state and not credited yo my bank account. Mobikwik simply gives roboted and copy paste replies of money will be back within 7 working days.. but the given time frame is over now and still i didnt received my money.

                                  I have done Payment of my credit card through Mobiwik on[protected] for Rs 6001.84 but till now payment is not credited into my card. I don't know what do do they are not having any customer care number. I have received the order number from them with ID-MBK[protected].But payment is not updated into my card
