    I've initiated a recharge on myjio app of 599 on the number [protected] using mobiwik wallet balance. Amount was deducted from the wallet but the recharge was not reflected on my jio number. When i reached jio customer care they've said no payment or recharge was initiated on this time period but the mobiwik transaction shows successful and they are saying it's the merchant's fault. Wallet amount was not yet refunded or the recharge was not yet initiated. BR0005OA01X5 is the transaction id of the mobiwik transaction.

    8 March 2021 refund my account [protected] Airtel money
    initiated a recharge on MyJio app of ₹555 on the number [protected] using mobikwik wallet balance. Amount was deducted from the wallet but the recharge was not reflected on my jio number.           In wallet history it is showing that payment is sucessful for Rs. 581 via upi but money is not added to wallet but deducted from my bank act.

          Money is still not credited to my wallet and mobikwik makes a false claim that problem resolved

          Rs. 581 which was deducted from my bank account while updating wallet is not refunded.after raising complain, team replied that the amt will be credited in bank acxount but after 24 Hrs. The amt. is not refunded.

            Rs. 581 dedcted from bank account via upi, shows in history as successful transaction but mobikwik wallet not updated so far.after that i made a transaction of Rs 5 which is updated immidiadiately but Rs 581 is not updated so far.

              Please note I have done a payment of Rs.1422 against electricity bill (CESCOM) on 1st Jan 2021. The amount of Rs. 1422 has been deducted from my bank account against the transaction reference number[protected]. But I have not got any confirmation from your end on the same. I again checked the electricity bill on Karnataka mobile one app. It still shows the outstanding amount of Rs.1422. Kindly check and reverse the amount of Rs. 1422, so that I can re initiate the payment.

                I paid to myntra through mobikwik net banking and then i returned the product so myntra initiated a return secessfullt on 25 december 2020 but it has been 7 january 2021 but i didnt got my refund...

                    Dues payment rs 927.73 of mobikwik was not done on 5th jan2021 at 16:47:06., but amount deducted from my account while making paymnt through sbidrcard x5442 at 05jan21 at 16:47:06. Tx#[protected]error occured while making payment in mobikwik payment window.

                    Error is

                    oops::err_connection_timed_out.

                    Kindly resolve this issue asap.

                      The amount paid through wallet Rs.18600/- is not paid to the Merchant. I made so many queries through ticket nos.

                      Till date there is no response from your end. I request you to kindly check and pay to the Merchant (MFIN) immediately.

                      The Mfin is making so much penalty on my due. So it is most urgent.

                            I have paid electricity bill of Rs. 1350/- through Mobikwik Android Application on 14th March 2020 at 1:59 pm. The Operator Reference Number is MK01009do6iy
                            Mobikwik Order ID is MK[protected]
                            My MSEB Consumer Number is[protected]

                            I have launched numerous tickets through Mobikwik Support but the response is to get a written confirmation from the operator (MSEB) that they have not received the payment.

                            However, the operator (MSEB) refuses to provide any written confirmation saying it is not their duty to provide any random confirmation letter or email. Any more requests results in their rude behaviour with us.

                            It has been more than 10 months and the issue is still not resolved.

                                  I had done a amazon gift card purchase of 100 ...where 97 rupees were debited from my account and 3 supercash . But i havent received the gift card yet . I reported this issue and even after a week im not getting any satisfactory response . I want mobikwik to revert the money to my account or get me the gift card as soon as possible .

                                        I, Shinoj.K.G is holding a MOBIKWIK account. I was holding an amount of Rs.2800.13 in my wallet on 16/12/2020.

                                        On 16/12/2020, 10.11 pm I saw a fraudulent transaction done for

                                        Amount of : Rs.2489.00

                                        Transation Id : croma[protected]-[protected]

                                        Compliant number: 17516187

                                        I have raised this issue on 18/12/2020 .I got a reply from mobiqwik on 29th december that as the order is delivered they cant do anything.fraudulent activity in my account happened without sharing any OTP or any other information from my side but mobikwik is not supporting. my user ID is disabled by mobikwik so I can't use my wallet balance already 2489 rupees taken by fraudulent activity. I have given all documents from my side without my knowledge money deducted from wallet and used in chroma. Mobikwik ensured that fraud got order delivered extremely horrible customer service.mobilwik asking for I'd proof then questionnare then finally as order delivered can't do anything after 11 days as fraud got money. please unblock my account credit back my RS 2800

                                        I am extremely unhappy with the pathetic service provided by the MOBIQWIK CUSTOMER CARE. money was taken from my mobiqwik wallet without sharing any OTP or password i simply got a mail that rs 2489 deducted my account in croma. when i complained on 16th december mobikwik replied that they are blocking account and started the great investigation. After many mails they asked me to send my ID PROOF. after sending id proof no replies after sending many mails. then they sent me a questionnaire to fill. after that no information and after several follow ups finally sent mail on 29th december that they cant take the responsibility of the transaction as the fraud got the delivery booked with my wallet money.Then only i understood that they were helping the fraud to get his delivery. Then they are asking me to fill FIR in cyber cell. I have not shared any otp or password money was lost due to safety issue of mobikwik app. Now they stopped replying to the tweets also worst class customer service and app. When sending 10 mails they wll send a useless reply. i tried to contact mobikwik cusomer care number but there were nobody to pick my callsi held the phone hearing the music on the other side. Mobikwik is cheating customers and making them fool.
