Hey, I had tried to recharge my number through FLIPKART smartstore, but transaction got FAILED and money was deducted. As of now it's been more than 7 days, I have not received my money. Please refund it as soon as possible

      On 14.10.2020 i have remitted rs.599 Towards recharge through online payment of my JIO no:[protected].though the amount got debited my account recharge has not been successful Today the refund has not been received.Early action refund is requested

            I paid a bill of amount Rs. 2352.92 on[protected]
            through mobikwik wallet, this is my idea number (postpaid sim)
            but still not happen recharge but payment was deducted from my account. I contacted idea customer care, they are telling no recharge done on your number.Again i contacted several times, mobikwik help desk, I do not have any response.Please do the needful as soon as possible. (Order id is 5b51242cc2945)

                On 4rth dec 2020, i have done a recharge through mobiwik of 100 ₹ to [protected]

                Order ID : MBK[protected]

                The amount got deducted but recharge was not reflected in the particular number, as it was not having an active plan .So I contacted BSNL, they told that it was not done to the number so it should reflect back to my account.When I looked into the mobwik app, i found that it's mentioned recharge was successful.but the amount has not yet reached the number yet.I am really dissatisfied with your service, i want my amount back .Or else I will go to customer court for the same.This is the 5th time I am contacting you.But still now no result.I want my money back.

                    On 08/12/2020, at 11:00 am. I'm recharge my jio no from ₹ 599 by my debit card.
                    My recharge is not done and my balance cut from my debit card.
                    Today (after one day) I'm not received any recharge or any money. I'm so sad now for this

                      Its been almost 2nd month I have raised complaint of my issue to the mobikwik but no amount was refunded to me. Very pathetic service. I recommend you to not use this wallet. They don't answer your queries. There is direct way contact them. There IVR get automatically disconnect and the your phone call gets charged for this.

                            Hi Team,
                            I made on transactions but it was received by the merchandise and later I received the mail that my money has been refunded to my account. I checked my bank account balance but the amount is not created into my account.
                            Could please look into my problem why the amount has not been created into my bank account?

                              I have lost an amount of Rs.21, 000/-from my credit card today after a fraud transaction. The person called me and told me that your credit card points has expired and amount equivalent to the points will be transferred to my account.And they briefed my credit card number and soon after the call, a message has received in my mobile saying that RS.21, 000/- has done from your credit card using mobikwik.

                              so i request that i want to get my money back to my credit card since this is a unauthorised transaction.

                                  I have transferred amount of 4800 from my mobikwik wallet to bank account on 1 December 2020 but transaction failed on same day and my amount not refund in my wallet yet now. I have tried to connect with mobikwik team so many times but I am unable to connect with mobikwik team. So please check and resolve the issue.

                                        This is with regards to my wallet to bank transaction done on 30th Nov'20 on mobikwik

                                        Transaction shows pending since more than 5 days its worst to do transaction on mobikwik as i didnt get the money back to my account as refund this much long time for a refund to happen if its pending then i should have get mymoney back,

                                        I have raised a ticket too and no response yet, please i want my money back as soon as possible I am really worried and money is really important for me right now

                                        Mobikwik customer care is also is waste tried calling them many times they keep puting me on hold for so much time
