I tranfered money from my credit card to bank acvount through mobikwik but the cash not credited to my account . The amount is drrbited ftom my credit card....

I transfered money through mobikwik from my credit card to bank account . The amount is debited from my credit card but it is not credited in my account....

My mobile number was fraudulently change and fraud committed.
But no help forthcoming from mobikwik in this regard...

On 31/10/2020 I sold gold worth Rs.5000/- and on 02/11/2020 again I sold gold worth Rs.2000/-. Both transactions got failed. Gold balance deducted by the same amounts but amount never credited to my account....

I tried to make an emi payment for a loan I had taken from mobikwik. In the transaction section of the app it shows that the refund has been processed but it has not been credited back to my bank account till date. This was done on the 12th of November and now even after 7 days I haven't received it....

Tranaction for recharge of Rs 98 was not processed and failed but mobikwik has taken the money from my bank account wrongly This is unfair please immediately refund the same or I will be constrained to take legal action against Mobikwik.The complaint and helpline numbers nor the email [protected]@mobikwik.com is not working....

I have used mobikwik wallet amount for mobile recharge of 399 through amazon thr pay ment failed at payment gateway the money was not credit back to the wallet...

Yesterday I had made an electricity bill payment of 730 rupees, the money was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge wasn't successful....

I booked a cylinder on[protected] from Mobikwik application and paid for it.His payment was deducted from my credit card, but it did not reach Indane gas account.I have not received any refund for that amount yet.I am calling again and again in mobikwik company but no one is picking up the call.
Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I have made recharge to my Hathway broadband connection with customer id no. [protected] on 12.11.2020 but the transaction failed. Mobikwik though deducted my amount did not returned it till now. Mobikwik complaint section is such that you cannot communicate with the customer service through chats. The customer care no. is also always busy. In this respect, i am unable to even know the status of my issue. I am attaching my complaint registered...

Sir myself amol anandrao mire having mail id [protected]@gmail.com wallet id [protected] had done d2h recharge from wallet on 12 nov 2020. Recharge not done but money deducted twice. Therefore lodge my complaint and refund my money as soon as possible....

On 4th November, I did an IMPS transaction of rs 4997.56 and 5002.8 as transaction failed and amount got deducted.

Mobikwik Customer support told that issue will be resolved in 24 hrs and amount will be refunded but still it's been more than 6/7 days but no update.
