Hi Team,
I made on transactions but it was received by the merchandise and later I received the mail that my money has been refunded to my account. I checked my bank account balance but the amount is not created into my account.
Could please look into my problem why the amount has not been created into my bank account?

    I have lost an amount of Rs.21, 000/-from my credit card today after a fraud transaction. The person called me and told me that your credit card points has expired and amount equivalent to the points will be transferred to my account.And they briefed my credit card number and soon after the call, a message has received in my mobile saying that RS.21, 000/- has done from your credit card using mobikwik.

    so i request that i want to get my money back to my credit card since this is a unauthorised transaction.

        I have transferred amount of 4800 from my mobikwik wallet to bank account on 1 December 2020 but transaction failed on same day and my amount not refund in my wallet yet now. I have tried to connect with mobikwik team so many times but I am unable to connect with mobikwik team. So please check and resolve the issue.

          I made a merchant transaction of rs3181.71 to razorpay on 5th november 2020...through mobikwik wallet from Punjab national bank...the transaction got failed and amount deducted from my account but till now refund not came...
          Its almost one month...pls refund my amount ...

              Hello,

              This is with regards to my wallet to bank transaction done on 30th Nov'20 on mobikwik

              Transaction shows pending since more than 5 days its worst to do transaction on mobikwik as i didnt get the money back to my account as refund this much long time for a refund to happen if its pending then i should have get mymoney back,

              I have raised a ticket too and no response yet, please i want my money back as soon as possible I am really worried and money is really important for me right now

              Mobikwik customer care is also is waste tried calling them many times they keep puting me on hold for so much time

                    Sir,
                    I transferred 99000 rupees from my credit card to mobikwik wallet on november 19th 2020.This was done by mistake .after using 20000 rupees i asked them to transfer the balance 79000 rupees to my source card on that day itself.they accepted the request .Till today it is not processed.Their chat help system says we are lookin in to it.

                    They gave me a ticket number#17002399 and closed the ticket saying that they will transfer the money in 10 days.

                    i reopened the ticket and the y gave me another ticket number#17098738.this shows still in progress for last 15 days.

                      I added money from my account to my Mobikwik wallet (registered mobile number-[protected])500/- rs that amount got added successfully. After that my account got disabled I even tried to login but couldn't get through. I got a pop-up stating user disabled.

                      I tried to reach Mobikwik customer care too but of no help. Nobody is responding.

                      Request you to kindly look into this.

                        Very poor service by mobikwik, they use our money, more time i complain and sent the details of failed transaction but they not refund my payment. They not give any response only make fool to customer.

                            Amount deducted from my account but not transferred to the merchant site

                            I have done a transaction on the Indigo app through Mobikwik wallet attached card and the transaction was successful from Mobikwik end but has not been successfully deposited at the merchant site that was Indigo. I have contacted the Indigo customer care and they told me that the amount would be refunded bck by Mobikwik as the transaction fault is from their side I have raised a ticket over the transaction but no response has been given yet....

                            I had made a recharge yesterday unfortunately it is failed but the amount got deducted later on I got a notification in mobikwik that the amount got credited but I didn't get the amount back I think mobikwik is a fraud app

                              I had transferred Rs: 20, 000\- from my Mobikwik wallet to my ICICI bank account. The amount got debited but yet not credited to my bank account as the transaction shows pending in wallet history. I tried to get help on the this issue from Mobikwik application help section but it says you can't create ticket for the same as your previous issue has not been resolved.
                              Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              Thank you Mobikwik team for support appreciated.

                              The money has been credited to my bank account same day.

                                User Disabled (wallet Blocked)

                                I added money from my credit card to my Mobikwik wallet 26165 that amount got added successfully. After that my account got disabled I even tried to login but couldn't get through. I got a pop-up stating user disabled.

                                I tried to reach Mobikwik customer care too but of no help. Nobody is responding.

                                Request you to kindly look into this....

                                    On Nov' 26th 2020 I have transferred Rs.1046.61/- from wallet to bank account but its is not credited into my account and amount debited from wallet and the status showed an error is 'Pending' It takes 3 to 5 days to refund into wallet bt today is 30/11/2020 still amount is not credited into wallet or in my bank account.
