      Dear sir,
      I BiplabSahoo I paid a bill 5th October ammont 1519 rs. through mobikwik apps and mobikwik UPI.But the transaction was failed and money is deducted from my account 1483.56/- rs..so sir please refund my all ammount.I complaint for this transaction through MOBIKWIK apps but till now they did not respond.

      I shere with you my bank statement and MOBIKWIK transaction history.
      Please help me sir...please.

          Respected sir this harish kumar i had recharged 149/- on morning to [protected] nubr through my sbi bank i don't get that recharge but my amount deducted from my bank and again i had tried.. Again my amount deducted. And there is no proper response from ur customer care i had called to 3 nubers those are not working past few months back i had lost 500/- like this i[censored] are not responding for me i wil go through legall thanking you.               My Wallet pin had blocked due to wrong attempt. Many times i raised complaint via help section on MobiKwik website. I sent my kyc docs as per MobiKwik terms and conditions. All process has been done according to mobiwik terms and Policies. But they are not replying me and not blocking my wallet pin. Many times tried helpline number but they don't response.
              Kindly do needful as soon as possible.
              I want to get rid of them if i got my money back from MobiKwik wallet.

              To much bad customer help service

                I made transaction on 15oct'20 on mobikwik to creditcard bill option usng upi transaction.

                The transaction showing canceled on mobikwik but amount was debited from my bank account.

                The same day amount was debited from my bank account i wait 7 days but still my amount was not return.

                Please fnd the attched details.

                Kindly help, I contact kotak back, Mobikwik and icici bank every one is telling that there is no problem from our side kindly check with other.

                Problem is I made a bill payment for icici credit card on 15 Oct20 through mobikwik wallet with help of kotak bank.

                Mobikwik says that transaction was cancelled but amount debited from my kotak bank.

                I asked to kotak bank the transaction was successful from our side.

                But icici credit card bill payment was not received.

                Please find attached details.

                      Dear ..I was trying to recharge my Tata sky tv's account of Rs 300 from Mobikwik website... money has been deducted from my ICICI account but Tata sky tv account not get recharged...                         My account is disabled by mobikwik when i was transferred some money to mobikwik wallet, Also mobikwik customer care Numbers are switched off and they don't reply to my mail while i provided all information of transactions.

                          Rs 568 was deducted from my account but it wasn't credited in the wallet.
                          This happened while recharging my mobile.
                          Later I submitted a a complaint through mobikwik app but OTP was not received. I tried many times for OTP and my account was disabled.

                                  There is money transaction in my account of 7300rs ... i havent even opend the app for once today and how it is showing me the amout transfered to mobiwiki so... plz kindly refund my money back this is scam of my money not accepted by meee . so either refund my money back or else i will police complaint regarding this app.. i have even tried calling ur customer complaint no bt no response

                                    Use of abusive language.
                                    They are not Updating there system & send a legal notice for August Emi when it is already Paid by me.
                                    Continuous Harressment on Call.
                                    50 calls in a Day if Emi gets delayed by 1day.

                                    I have proof of Payment for all the Emi Paid.
                                    The only Emi outstanding is the current month.

                                    Even after RBI put a moratorium. They kept harressing.
                                    Its becoming a nightmare.
                                    And worst is they call and abuse & then send legal notice for a emi i have already paid.

                                        I recharged rupees twelve as bsnl post paid sms pack through mobiquik on 14/10/2020 at about 06.30 p.m for my mobile no - [protected] and rupees tweve also debited from my bank a/c .

                                        As per information from bsnl, mobiquik did not send aforesaid recharge amount to bsnl still now .

                                        MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED STILL NO . NO PHONE CALL AND NO EMAIL FROM MOBIQUIK STILL NOW . MOBIQUIK ALSO DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT STILL NOW .

                                        My bsnl sms pack has not been recharged by mobiquik . But mobiquik has been debited my bank account . Mobiquik did not refund my money to my bank account still now . No one called me from mobiquik and no email has been sent by mobiquik still now about my problem .

                                        Then how my problem will be solved ?
                                        If mobiquik did not refund my money to my bank account then the. Image of mobiquik will be beyond faith .
