Not received refund from you

I did a recharge of Rs.310 on 2nd september of my videocon dth id[protected] using mobikwik but the balance got deducted from my bank account and recharge got failed its been 8 working days i did not receive a single penny from you i want my money back so i done a recharge

Not received the refund of deducted amount

I added rs 6790 money today in my mobikwik account from credit card but on the same 80 0 rs deducted by saying bank transfer recovery. Pls help in this dispute because it deducts my 800 rs without any reason. I need my money back....

Electricity bill/ money deducted but bill was not paid.

I paid the electricity bill from flipkart app (mobikwik) on 3 september 2020. I paid 10806 rupees through debit card. But the transaction failed and the rupees were deducted from my debit card. Can you refund my money. Date- 2september. Distict- Sitapur....

Did not receive payment of recharge

On 01.08.2020 I wanted to done my recharge of 599 in reliance jio prepaid by flipkart mobikwik but my transaction is failed . My transaction I'd is RJ[protected] . From past one month I did not receive any payment .

Please refund my payment as soon as possible .

Money deducted transaction failed

I have recharged to sundirect dth.. Transaction failed & money deducted. Still now no response from customer care, mail i'd...7days ago recharged. Still now i didn't got my refund. I want my money back.. Solve my issue...

mobikwik money deducted twice when paying electricity bill

I had paid bill of 3795.25 regarding my electric bill on 29th august. At first time after giving otp it's not succeeded but after second time when i tried it gets success but amount gets debited twice from my account. decline bank transaction

Hi Mobikwik team,
Please find the respective details and help me to short out this issue as soon as possible.
I have been adding Rs. 9871 in my mobikwik wallet on 21.07.20, the same has been debited from my bank account but not credited into my mobikwik wallet.There has been showing a transaction decline error.
I have filed complaint with the respective bank for the same.
