    Dear Team,

    On 4th November, I did an IMPS transaction of rs 4997.56 and 5002.8 as transaction failed and amount got deducted.

    Mobikwik Customer support told that issue will be resolved in 24 hrs and amount will be refunded but still it's been more than 6/7 days but no update.

    Sir, please look into the issue.

      Hello sir/madam I am Sumanth Heggade R and I login into Mobikwik app and I add 10000.Rs amount to Mobikwik wallet. But when I decided to transfer my amount in the wallet to another bank account, it is logged out quickly and when I try to login again via otp it is showing that User is disabled. SO i request you to please unblock my Mobikwik Wallet and refund my amount.

              The bill generated 4975 rs. With due date 5th Nov and i am trying to make payment but technical error is shown everytime. I made the complaint with customer support on 4th nov with detail but till date there is no solution provide moreover wallet levied penalty on penalty. What the customer care us. There is no concern no. Where one can talk or no customer aasistance

                On 15 October 2020 i paid a electricity bill of 1379 the amount of RS 7 was debited through mobikwik wallet and the rest amount of 1372 was paid through Paytm UPI. The transaction is not showing in Mobikwik app but I'm sharing SBI statement and paytm screenshot. Currently i mean today is 8 November 2020 and electricity bill is still pending. I need refund pls from Mobikwik and won't make any transaction in future on Mobikwik

                    My mobikwik account is disable. I trying to login it displays message as "user is disabled".
                    My money of rs.8/- is pending in mobikwik wallet. Neither no one is responding on mobikwik helpline number nor i can lodge complaint to mobikwik due to account blocked by mobikwik

                      I purchased some products from Everstylish and I used the google pay, and I paid ₹1199 through google pay . At that time it shows that it is unsuccessful.I tried 2-3 times . Then I reordered and paid through my debit card and it became successful. Unfortunately few minutes before I got a mail that the payment is successful and the amount of ₹ 1199 is deducted from my account . So kindly refund the amount .

                          Refund Not credited to my bank account

                          I do my credit card payment on 2 November 2020 of 40540/- and amount deducted but on 4th November i got mail from mobikwik and they says that your transaction is failed and your amount refunded to your original payment method but till now i not get my amount after 3 days also....

                                  I bought this above Grofers smart club 3 month membership coupon code in Mobikwik for rs.168 but this cannot be used in Grofers.
                                  Problem is there no 3 month membership available in Grofers which is a fraud activity of money loot for no service provided. Kindly help ASAP as this code might expire soon and should be made to use soon! Awaiting your response quickly!
                                  Either give service for rs.168 or else refund my amount..

                                      I got call from Shine Jobs where i applied for job on 30th October 2020, I got call from [protected] where she was stating she is calling from Shine jobs need to pay Rs.100 for Registration fee, She asked to visit website Shinework.online for registration Where i have not shared OTP or Card Details, but for paying for Rs. 100 OTP expired but for second time transaction to Rs.100, Rs.21000 got deducted from my SBI TATA Credit card. She told it will be refunded and given ref ID SH90054430.
