Till to date my mobile [protected] is not recharge as it continue 4th day, money debit from my account, no refund also to account, no responce from Mobikwik till to date. Very careless customer care service of Mobikwik. Request to solve my issue please.

        I have purchased Rs 500 amazon gift card from mobikwik but I didn't receive the code for the same. Please resolve this issue asap. Their helpline is of no use. This is frustrating.

          I bought this above Grofers smart club 3 month membership coupon code in Mobikwik for rs.168 but this cannot be used in Grofers.
          Problem is there no 3 month membership available in Grofers which is a fraud activity of money loot for no service provided. Kindly help ASAP as this code might expire soon and should be made to use soon! Awaiting your response quickly!
          Either give service for rs.168 or else refund my amount..

              I got call from Shine Jobs where i applied for job on 30th October 2020, I got call from [protected] where she was stating she is calling from Shine jobs need to pay Rs.100 for Registration fee, She asked to visit website Shinework.online for registration Where i have not shared OTP or Card Details, but for paying for Rs. 100 OTP expired but for second time transaction to Rs.100, Rs.21000 got deducted from my SBI TATA Credit card. She told it will be refunded and given ref ID SH90054430.

              Amount got deducted to [protected]@MOBIKWIK, I have received SMS from my card

              Number is switched off now - Its fraud case, Kindly refund amount to card . I have blocked my card

                    I BiplabSahoo I paid a bill 5th October ammont 1519 rs. through mobikwik apps and mobikwik UPI.But the transaction was failed and money is deducted from my account 1483.56/- rs..so sir please refund my all ammount.I complaint for this transaction through MOBIKWIK apps but till now they did not respond.

                            My Wallet pin had blocked due to wrong attempt. Many times i raised complaint via help section on MobiKwik website. I sent my kyc docs as per MobiKwik terms and conditions. All process has been done according to mobiwik terms and Policies. But they are not replying me and not blocking my wallet pin. Many times tried helpline number but they don't response.
                            Kindly do needful as soon as possible.
                            I want to get rid of them if i got my money back from MobiKwik wallet.

                              I made transaction on 15oct'20 on mobikwik to creditcard bill option usng upi transaction.

                              The transaction showing canceled on mobikwik but amount was debited from my bank account.

                              The same day amount was debited from my bank account i wait 7 days but still my amount was not return.

                              Please fnd the attched details.

                              Kindly help, I contact kotak back, Mobikwik and icici bank every one is telling that there is no problem from our side kindly check with other.

                              Problem is I made a bill payment for icici credit card on 15 Oct20 through mobikwik wallet with help of kotak bank.

                              Mobikwik says that transaction was cancelled but amount debited from my kotak bank.

                              I asked to kotak bank the transaction was successful from our side.

                              But icici credit card bill payment was not received.

                              Please find attached details.

                                        Rs 568 was deducted from my account but it wasn't credited in the wallet.
                                        This happened while recharging my mobile.
                                        Later I submitted a a complaint through mobikwik app but OTP was not received. I tried many times for OTP and my account was disabled.
