Hi Mobikwik team,
Please find the respective details and help me to short out this issue as soon as possible.
I have been adding Rs. 9871 in my mobikwik wallet on 21.07.20, the same has been debited from my bank account but not credited into my mobikwik wallet.There has been showing a transaction decline error.
I have filed complaint with the respective bank for the same.

    I paid electricity bill but it failed but amount is deducted from bank and not refunded.. No one will trust again plz return my money

              Hi team my mobikwik account is showing user is disabled after entering otp. On 05.08.2020 @[protected], customer care confirmed with his/her manager that my account will be unlocked in max 24 hours. But my account is still locked! I have almost 1000 supercash balance and getting expired. Regards sourav dutta [protected]

                I was done money transfer from last three days but transaction not done on hdfc credit card

                I had discussed this issue with bank, telling that problem is with mobikwik

                    7days complete but not refund my ammount Rs. 2818.51/- in my bank account. only Mobikwik show refunded but not refund. All Mobikwik dada and my bank data screenshot attached herewith.

                        Made ICICI credit card payment on 1st August 2020 of amount Rs. 6201. They told me the payment failed after few days and the amount will be refunded back in 7 to 10 working days. Till now the amount has not been credited back to bank account. Seeing reviews here that they are doing the exact same thing to many other customers. Do take action to refund the amount as soon as possible and prevent them from doing this to other customers in future. Attaching the app transaction screenshots.

                          I paid my credit card bill of rs. 10000 through your app on 03/08/2020. But on 06/08/2020 the below attached message regarding 'refunded amount' message came, but the money not received yet. Sadly your customer care number is not useful for customers. What should i do now?

                          I've contacted the mobiqwik team using [email protected] with the concerned issue. They contacted me back after 3 days and today 14 days after the transaction, i've got my refund.

                                Credit card payment failed on Mobikwik and refund not credited back to bank account

                                Hello,

                                Made ICICI credit card payment on 1st August 2020 of amount Rs. 34500. They told me the payment failed after few days and the amount will be refunded back in 7 to 10 working days. Till now the amount has not been credited back to bank account. Seeing reviews here that they are doing the exact same thing to many other customers. Do take action to refund the amount as soon as possible and prevent them from doing this...

                                I have tried to recharge my airtel DTH today. My money got deducted and I received a deduction message which has been transferred to Gurgaon, Haryana. I need a refund or recharge.

                                    On 14.08.2020 i wanted to remit rs.980/- for the tamilnadu electricity board bill. There was a balance of more than 1000 rupees in my mobikwik. It asked my credit card details. I furnished all information. Rs. 980 is deducted from my credit card. Bu that amount was not debited in the electricity board account. St. 1. I would like to know why i was not allowed to use my balance in mobikwik? 1. Why i was not allowed to make use of the mobikwik balance? 2. Why the sum of rs.980/- paid through credit card has not remitted for the elecrticity bill?

                                      On 5aug at mid night... I was ordering on myntraand payment doing by mobikwik... But my amount got deducted and the order on myntra was not done... Main problem is that it takes 1 week and yet my money not refunded. Sp please take action on my problem
