I paid my cc bill in mobikwik on 1st of august but to till date amount was not credited. Today is my last date from tomorrow late charges going to mention.

I have made a recharge of rs 168/- with grofors and not accepted by grofors made a complaint on july 30th wide ticket number15680312 still no response from mobikwik
Requested to revert back my amount....

Txn ref no. Bsn[protected] dated[protected] amount rs.429/-. Failed transaction. Please refund the amount. Credit card used for payment. Same day i have made payment to bsnl using internet banking, as renewal was very urgent....

I have made a purchase of rs 941 on 27-7-20 at jiomart online shopping using mobikwik, but my order has been declined and my money has been deducted from my account and not refunded till date...

On aug 2017 i transferred 5000 to my bank account and due to their bug, it got credited twice in my bank. Mobikwik has frozen my bank account partially since august 2017. I have contacted them many times, they don't respond. On 8th december 2017, i got call from mobikwik he asked to refund 5000 rs, i added them instantly to the mobikwik wallet and it was recovered by mobikwik. On 24th July 2020 an unauthorized transaction took place from my sbi account of Rs.8719/-. As the msg came in on my wife's phone she didinot notice it until today 29th July 2020. The transaction is by debit card
OTHPG 303542 Mobikwik Gurgaon . I immediately blocked my card and lodge a complain in bank. I did not used this card for a long time and my wife also did not tell any one the otp. Please refund the amount if possible....

Today i purchase mi mobile on croma site and payment by mobikwik. Then 7499 rupees debited from my federal bank account but not done, it shows error plz quickly do this problem. Transaction id is s86885127...

Today 20 july 2020 at 1:31 pm i have requested a recharge from mobikwik through flipcart. My money of recharge plan 555₹ has been deducted but i didn't got my recharge plan till 9:54 pm....

I have applied for moratorium for my above mentioned loan account on 30.06 & 03/07, but later i found on the date of 05/07 emi clearing was done and bounce charges has been debited, later a representative from collection called me for clearing the bounced amount.

I have clearly informed and applied for moratorium on above said said dates, but still i was not allowed the facility as per the rbi guidelines....

I have use Mobikwik for recharging BSNL mobile no. "[protected]" on 24th July-2020. After getting the 'Technical Problem' error message, I use another wallet for recharge the same mobile.

But when checked, I discover the same recharge was successful with two different Wallet.

When I went to 'Help' section in Mobikwik app, there is nothing about this recharge. BSNL customer care told me, one of the recharge value...

am Shirin Shaikh RBL credit card holder, I got a call from this number today morning at 11.32am from this number +[protected]
They were saying my card has been block this call for security purpose, you will get new card with in 7 days from blue dark courier, after that they were approaching me for increasing card limit where I have told them I don’t need know I will directly ask for the bank, after that...

Sir, there is no reply from your side. When did you recharge and not getting recharged? One such app is your drama every time. If you cut money, then there should be a recharge on time.
If you cannot get it done on recharge time, then return the money. Why recharge goes to pending...

I have paid my airtel bill via mobikwik on july 15th 2020 money debited from hdfc and orderid : 5aa7bcd7c239b but its not reflecting in airtel side i verified from hdfc money has been transferred to mobikwick successfully please let me know the status @ earliest
