On 01.08.2020 I wanted to done my recharge of 599 in reliance jio prepaid by flipkart mobikwik but my transaction is failed . My transaction I'd is RJ[protected] . From past one month I did not receive any payment .

Please refund my payment as soon as possible .

There is no steps have been taken by the company . My transaction was failed on 01/08/2020 .Txn Ref ID is RJ616784397 . Company does not debit my 599 rupees in my account from more than a month . Plesase debit my rupees as soon as possible.

    I have recharged my friend jio mobile no. of Amount 199 Rs. thorugh MobiKwik using debit card details.
    Amount 199 Rs have been deducted from my account But recharge not done. Mobikwik Please refund my amount.

      I was paying to myntra using mobikwik.. But my money got stuck and neither was it paid to myntra nor ws it returned to me...

        On 27th November 2020 i had make electricity payment to MSEDCL through mobiwik using flipkart route. but till date payment not reflected in MSEDCL account so we request you to plese check in your side. where payment was stuck or if it is not done so please return to my account ASAP. i have also attach screenshot for your ref.

          I had paid bill of 3795.25 regarding my electric bill on 29th august. At first time after giving otp it's not succeeded but after second time when i tried it gets success but amount gets debited twice from my account. I want the refund of the extra payment that mobikwik is debited regarding this bill. My mobikwik wallet id is mpay. Me/[protected]. Here is some attached screenshots regarding the same

              Unable to sign in to my Mobivik [protected] account. Disabled at any time. Sir please fix it. Sir please help me.

              I accidentally recharged to [protected] thinking it was my mobile number from my Mobivik account. I thought my mobile number was [protected] and recharged [protected] for 499Rs. I unknowingly thought it was my number and sent it to that cell number. Please refund the amount and send it to my Mobivic account. Thanks.

                Hi Mobikwik team,
                Please find the respective details and help me to short out this issue as soon as possible.
                I have been adding Rs. 9871 in my mobikwik wallet on 21.07.20, the same has been debited from my bank account but not credited into my mobikwik wallet.There has been showing a transaction decline error.
                I have filed complaint with the respective bank for the same.

                            Hi team my mobikwik account is showing user is disabled after entering otp. On 05.08.2020 @[protected], customer care confirmed with his/her manager that my account will be unlocked in max 24 hours. But my account is still locked!                                       Made ICICI credit card payment on 1st August 2020 of amount Rs. 6201. They told me the payment failed after few days and the amount will be refunded back in 7 to 10 working days. Till now the amount has not been credited back to bank account. Seeing reviews here that they are doing the exact same thing to many other customers. Do take action to refund the amount as soon as possible and prevent them from doing this to other customers in future. Attaching the app transaction screenshots.

But on 06/08/2020 the below attached message regarding 'refunded amount' message came, but the money not received yet. Sadly your customer care number is not useful for customers.
