On 5aug at mid night... I was ordering on myntraand payment doing by mobikwik... But my amount got deducted and the order on myntra was not done... Main problem is that it takes 1 week and yet my money not refunded. Sp please take action on my problem...

3/8/2020 I did a credit card payment from mobikwik with 50000 which failed and was to be reversed. In the mobikwik app I see the reversal transaction with the below ID - MBK[protected].
But refund is not yet initiated from Mobikwik end. I confirmed with the bank that refund is not yet initiated. Need your quick resolution at the earliest....

I Have taken loan from DMI Finance Pvt Ltd Through Mobikwik and it foreclosed as per foreclouser statement provide by company on feb'20. Even though emi deducted from my account on march'20. I'll complaint to company to refund my amount. I'll regulary msg to Mobikwik support team about my issue. they only reply me to its processing, i have also given all detail about loan i.e NOC Letter, foreclouser statement, Payment screenshort.even though...

My mobile number is recharged by debit card but now till not received any message of recharge. My mobile no is [protected] and [protected]. Recharge amount is 74 rupees each.
Pl. Credit above amount is my account immediately....

I paid my credit card bill of Rs. 18889 through your app on 05/08/2020. But this bill amount not credited to my credit card account. Then the next day(06/08/2020) the below attached message regarding 'refunded amount' message came, but still this amount not yet
received. So please kindly request to send the amount of Rs. 18888 in my account.

I was approved for 45k credit with mobikwik in february 2019.

Interest rate is ridiculous 40%, processing charges and transfer to bank account additional charges.

I've paid every single penny, never exhausted the entire 45k limit.

I withdrew 10k back in january 2020, paying timely emis, no defaults at all.

I have 2 more installments to go, i've been out of work...

I have recharged my bsnl mobile (Kolkata circle) and entered a wrong number - [protected] and an amount of rs. 365 has been deducted from my debit card no. [protected] at 9:30pm - 10/08/2020.
The card is attached with my account no. [protected] of bank of india, harish mukherjee road branch, kolkata (Ifsc: bkid0004040.

Kindly refund the said amount if possible.

I had paid bill of my credit card of 45470 rs
On 01aug 20 and money deduced but on 06 aug 20 it bill was failed. I complaint it on mobikwik ticket #15762999. But no response received from their side also in mobikwik history showing 45470rs transfer to bank but still i haven't received money in my bank, pl help

I paid by credit card bill and the transaction was failed and showing that the amount has been refunded but it's not credited in my bank and they are not replying for my ticket in help section...

I have done my credit card payment 2433 rupees through mobikwik on 5 aug 2020.
After five days on 10 aug 2020, got mail of transection failure and balance refund to source account.
But still on 10 aug 2020 amount didn't credit in my bank account.
Please help on the same and send me Tat for how many days.

I have done my credit card payment 437 rupees through mobikwik on 3 aug 2020.
After three days on 6 aug 2020, got mail of transection failure and balace refund to source account.
But still on 8 aug 2020 amount didn't credit in my account.
Please help on the same....

I did two credit card payments from mobikwik of rs 6900 and rs 1000. Both of them failed.in mobikwik app its showing refund successfull but i have not yet received the money refund. Refund success is showing from aug 2, even after 5 working days i havent received refund. Pls give the refund immediately....

I registered myself on shine.com for jobs. I immediately got call from them ([protected]) saying your cv is selected and you need to fill form to proceed further. So she gave me the site (www.naukariworlds.in) to fill the form and pay 20 rs. As the registration fee i wrote my debit card details there to pay 20 rs... My payment was unsuccessful at first through my debit card then she asked me to download anydesk app and allow the permission...

I have paid for indane oil gas booking in mobikwik at 24th July, 2020 of the amount of 628.50 rupees. But on the day itself, we had cancelled this order at indane gas office. And they also initiated the refund at 24th July itself.. but even now..my account has not credited the refund amount. I have complained already three, four times. But no one is responding for my issues. It's very problematic suituation for me..over mobikwik....

I recharged yesterday i. E. 04/08/2020 for my bsnl mobile no. [protected] for rs. 365/-

But till now this is not credited to mobile. Please do it immediately. Otherwise refund money instantly.

Pl do needful in the matter and oblige...
