I had an insta loan which i have cleared on 29th june 2020. Still in the month of july they deducted the amount rs 1415. I didn't have an amount in my account so they deducted bounce charges. After calling twice for this issue, the customer care executives didn't solve my problem. They are doing false promise like arranging call back, etc. I am getting ivr call to pay rs 1415 for the month of july but my loan tenurity is completed. They are not responding to me and my money is deducting. I want my bounce charges refund back

    On 10 july i did a recharge of 449 on my airtel number through mobikwik the amount has deducted but recharge not done by them. They showed the status that recharge is successfull. This is new type of fraud mobikwik doing these days lot of recharge complaints are coming from customers. Iam a lawyer by profession if this issue not resolved then i will file a petition against them.

            Hi, this is to inform you that clear dues date was 5 july 20 but i am unable to pay on that day now they imposed 200 rs penalty on that.

              I did recharge of my airtel number on 3rd july 2020.money has been deducted but didn't receive recharge till yet. I even made a call to airtel customer care they said that they didn't receive any recharge request for this number and the status is also showing success but dost receive recharge till yet

                  I purchased amazon voucher used supercash and debit card. Supercash is 14.79rs and other balance is 485.21.
                  First i used this both of super cash and debit card but it failed. But in my bank account debited my cash. After i purchased after sometimes then same issue available.
                  So in my bank account 485.21+485.21rupees debited. I checked history invoice is not available, i saw its a pg transaction.
                  Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                    07.07.2020, i received a call from +91 [protected] at 14.03 pm. Told me that calling from shine.com and have vacancy and asked me to register and pay a fee of rs.10/- (Rupees ten only). As per his instruction i have started filling the registration details at the site. The site was showing only rs.10/- for payment. So i have made the payment from my credit card, with otp received from bank. For some time the site was not confirming the payment and he was asking me to re do the payment.

                    Below message from bank
                    Rs. 9, 851.00 spent on card xxxx on 07-jul-20 at mobikwik. Limit available=rs. 5, 354.07.

                    After sometime he again called me and told me that he is processing for refund and generated an otp for the rest balance i. E. 5354/-

                    Against rs.10/- approved i got message from bank that rs.9851.00/- debited on the card. Request not to settle this.

                      Hi sir regarding the amount is not credited in receivers wallet are in account. It has append on4/7/2020 but still it as not been cleared no response from mobwik also. Its very emergency amount. And also if we refund means it showing that no wallet balance then wre is my amount. Plz do the needful

                        On July 2nd I made a transaction of Rs665/- towards adding money to wallet and I got transaction failure message and I made second time I made it again for Rs 632/- and it is successful but both times amount was debited in my accoun.kindly pursue this case and revert back the amount of Rs665/- to my account at an early date.

                          I am a physically challenged person ...

                            I had paid my post paid BSNL Mobile No.[protected] on dt 23/05/2020 (May 2020 bill) paid via payment Gateway for Rs.375.25 vide Transaction ID MK[protected] through mobikwik Wallet . Amount Rs.375.25 has been debited from my account but as per BSNL record payment has not received by BSNL and they have sent the reminder for may-2020 bill payment and add may bill amount in June-2020 bill. Kindly look into the matter and refund my amount Rs.375.25 immediately into my account.

                                Sir/Madam,

                                I am regular and prompt payer of EMIs since 20 years. And now due to this unfortunate Pandemic Covid-19 situation, my Business is obviously stopped due to lock-down announced by the Government. Due to this RBI has announced EMI Moratorium to the suffering Borrowers on March 27th 2020, which I opted, also an Extension for 3 more months till Aug 2020, for which also I have opted. Now the DMI Finance ECS has presented many number of times in the month of June 2020 in my account and bounced, which has affected my credit in my bank, also many many harassing calls over phones, also unlimited harassing auto-calls, messages, mails etc etc. I am feeling frustrated and depressed over this. If I was in a position to pay, I would have not opted for Moratorium. Now My bank has stopped me the NACH/ Cheque facility due to this. What do I do in such a crisis situation.
                                Kindly do the needful to give me sufficient time to repay the EMIs also refund the bounce charges also replace my credit with the bank.

                                    Similar to the cases above, I have received the same fraud call from +91 [protected] and +91 [protected], where a person named "Divya Sharma" tried to abstract information related to CVV and OTP details. This was due to credit card points redemption which I unknowingly provided for 2 transactions (Rs.12810 each ). I reported this case to my bank SBI, and traced the UPI address to be of ZES*Mobikwik. Please take care of the clients who use your UPI, as the case has been registered with Police. Wen asked about the location, they mentioned Mumbai . If action is not taken soon, I have to sue the UPI as well as charge the people associated with it.

                                        I have recharged a number [protected] on 17 june 2020 at 10:59 am. As it has already been 10 days still i haven’t got the benefits of recharge. I complained many times to mobikwik customer but they just say to wait for another 48 hours. I confirmed it from my airtel operator but they told me that they didn’t get any recharge request from mobikwik so i have to contact mobiwkik. A very annoying service has been rendered to me. Very frustrating i am regular user of mobikwik for recharge but now i am thinking of quitting this app further because service is so poor that they are unable to give any resolution in 10 days as i have sent the screenshot of the airtel number for airtel thanks app too but still they are not doing anything. Very bad experience
