Dear sir, I have recharged my Jio number through Mobikwik today. Rs. 399 has been deducted from my account but recharge not done nor I have get the refund in my account. I have made another payment of Rs.399 to recharge my number. I have tried several times to contact Customer support but not succeeded. Kindly look into the matter and help me to get the refund at the earliest. Thanks.

    On 2.7.2020 i have initiated a payment of rs.2139 by mobikwik towards my electric bill of mescom and transaction failed but amount deducted by mobikwik and electric bill was not paid since transaction unsuccessful and i filed a ticket to refund the amount deducted and mobikwik customer care agreed that transaction unsuccessful and amount will be credited within 7 -10 working days. But 10 days completed and still they not refund me the money deducted. If i called only hearing music and busy customer care executive and raise ticket at help section. So again ticket raised for the same issue immediately my account blocked and now i am unable to login for the login issue again ticket raised and still no answer and reply from them. Really i am facing very worst service of mobikwik. Please help me to refund my money back from mobikwik. Mobikwik customer care not answer even in call and not resolve the issue if ticket raised. Please take this issue serious and help me.

    I lodge the complaint at 2.30 pm of 16.07.2020 and my issue was solved on the same day and Rs.2139 my deducted money was re credited to my bank account by Mobikwik at 8.00 pm. Thanks for quick resolve of my issue

      I had cancelled my patanjali order no [protected] dated 13 may 2020 for rs 1187/-. On 29 may i received email reply from mobikwik that my payment will be refunded to my account, but still waiting for the refund

          Hello there, i have taken a personal loan through mobikwik and never missed a single emi but due to covid 19, my cash flow is impacted due to this pandemic. And i have emailed to mobikwik and their lender partner for moratorium extension as per rbi new announcement. But still they presented emi on my bank 4 times and because of insufficient balance the emi has been bounced. Now who will pay the bounced charges in my bank, also it affects my credit history. Mobikwik is not following rbi notification and i am receving messages and calls continuonly for payment. Its so annoying and depressed. I mean when government provided facility to avail moratorium then why the mobikwik is not following.

            I had an insta boost loan in mobikwik. The loan is matured on june 2020. Then i got a call on 2nd july to pay rs. 74 and some paisa on or before 5th july 2020. I called the loan recovery department ([protected]) for this query, as they called me alot of times for the payment of the final emi for june 2020. They unable to resolve my query. I got an ivr call on 5th of july 2020 to pay the emi amount of rs. 1415. I just called to that number but the recovery agent told me that the loan is already matured and i need to call the customer care executive. I called the customer care executive but she told me that the loan is still going on and i have to pay the amount, then after checking she told me that loan is matured and no further payment is required. I told her that i got an ivr call only once for the payment of rs. 74 just send me the link to pay and tell me why did mobikwik deducted rs. 1415 if my loan is matured? She didn't answered and told me that i will get a call from her senior which i didn't get. From 5th of july till today, 14th july, i am continuously calling mobikwik but they are not solving my query. I didn't have balance in my bank account so ach and bounce charges deducted 4/5 times for no reason. And today, the customer care executive disconnected my call twice. There are more to say of what they did to me. But i need strict action against mobikwik and all the executives, subham, arshi, sachin, etc.

            today Mobikwik loan recovery agent picked up the call and told me that this is not Mobikwik's number, it is muthoot finance's number. I have all the call records. Kindly let me know how can I submit the recordings?

            Today is 12th day and I am continuously talking with Mobikwik customer care executives. My problem isn't resolved and I want to know why the hell they are not resolving my problem?

              I made a payment of rs. 608.14 for my igl gas bill on 14th july 2020 and mobikwik showed payment failed message but amount got debited from my credit card account however, i didn't get any refund.

              Date - 14th july 2020
              Company name - mobikwik
              Merchant - igl gas bill
              Transaction no. - mk[protected]

              I think mobiwik has started cheating customers because they have denied my payment of rs. 51 for tata sky recharge and its not credited yet and i have confirmed from bank already so many times and as per them, they haven't received any refund from mobikwik.

              Request you to kindly look into this and have mobikwik refund my money in my credit card account back.

                  I paid my 2 credit card bills one sbi & other icici on dated 10/07/2020 both amount deducted from bank but not credited in my credit card account & it's still showing pending in mobikwik transaction history I have raised complaint but no reply from there side due date of my both card is 15/07/20 if they not received they charge me interest & my amount is block by mobikwik they not reverse amount still in pending please suggest me what can I do see attachment

                            I had an insta loan which i have cleared on 29th june 2020. Still in the month of july they deducted the amount rs 1415. I didn't have an amount in my account so they deducted bounce charges. After calling twice for this issue, the customer care executives didn't solve my problem. They are doing false promise like arranging call back, etc. I am getting ivr call to pay rs 1415 for the month of july but my loan tenurity is completed. They are not responding to me and my money is deducting. I want my bounce charges refund back

                              On 10 july i did a recharge of 449 on my airtel number through mobikwik the amount has deducted but recharge not done by them. They showed the status that recharge is successfull. This is new type of fraud mobikwik doing these days lot of recharge complaints are coming from customers. Iam a lawyer by profession if this issue not resolved then i will file a petition against them.

                                        I did recharge of my airtel number on 3rd july 2020.money has been deducted but didn't receive recharge till yet. I even made a call to airtel customer care they said that they didn't receive any recharge request for this number and the status is also showing success but dost receive recharge till yet
