I did two credit card payments from mobikwik of rs 6900 and rs 1000. Both of them failed.in mobikwik app its showing refund successfull but i have not yet received the money refund. Refund success is showing from aug 2, even after 5 working days i havent received refund. Pls give the refund immediately.

    I registered myself on shine.com for jobs. I immediately got call from them ([protected]) saying your cv is selected and you need to fill form to proceed further. So she gave me the site (www.naukariworlds.in) to fill the form and pay 20 rs. As the registration fee i wrote my debit card details there to pay 20 rs... My payment was unsuccessful at first through my debit card then she asked me to download anydesk app and allow the permission and then she asked me to share 9numbers written on that app. Then she told me to make payment by another apps i tried to check my bank balance in phonepe app but it was unsuccessful as my bank server had issues. Then i got messages from my bank that otp for transaction of 6000, 3000, 1000, 5000 has been made but it got declined by my bank saying pin is wrong but i didn't make the transactions then suddenly i got the message that your card is used for 3000rs and my account was deducted by 3000, i immediately blocked my card so that to stop these fraud transactions but 3000 was already deducted. Then from my transactions history i got the fraud id to which account the transactions is made and is othpg 448033 mobikwik gurgaon
    Please look into this matter and pls return my 3000back, i am a college student.

      Dear Sir,

      Please be informed that on[protected] at 3.45 P.M a fraud transaction have been made on my SBI credit card No. XXXX XXXX XXXX XX63.

      The online transaction amount Rs.40, 239 (2 transactions) ZES*MOBIKWIK

      Actually I got calling one lady from mobile no. [protected] she said that I am from SBI credit card section 12 times . She ask my card and KYC details for to redeem the reward points and bank increase my credit card limit so new credit card preparation. And she told old credit card limit amount should transferred to new credit card by the way transaction So, I will send the transaction OTP to your mobile no he will told the OTP No. and I will transferred the old card amount to new increased credit limit amount card. Then I told the OTP nos. I have seen message in my mobile the amount is spent and not transferred to my new credit card. I feel this transactions was fraud. The two transactions Id No.[protected] &[protected].

      It is very clear that Rs.40, 239/- spent my credit card is fraud transaction . Kindly hold the transaction and refund the transaction, my mobile no. [protected] or my email id.

        I have paid for indane oil gas booking in mobikwik at 24th July, 2020 of the amount of 628.50 rupees. But on the day itself, we had cancelled this order at indane gas office. And they also initiated the refund at 24th July itself.. but even now..my account has not credited the refund amount. I have complained already three, four times. But no one is responding for my issues. It's very problematic suituation for me..over mobikwik.

          But till now this is not credited to mobile. Please do it immediately. Otherwise refund money instantly.

                      On aug 2017 i transferred 5000 to my bank account and due to their bug, it got credited twice in my bank. Mobikwik has frozen my bank account partially since august 2017. I have contacted them many times, they don't respond. On 8th december 2017, i got call from mobikwik he asked to refund 5000 rs, i added them instantly to the mobikwik wallet and it was recovered by mobikwik. He told that bank account will operate normally now, but it is frozen. Unfreeze my account as early as possible as there are no debts pe be paid and it has been 3 years now, i am not having enough time to complain about it again and again as i have many family issues. I am really tired mentally doing all these, don't know why this has not been resolved as i have submitted the amount as soon as i was informed to add it in wallet and it was recovered as well. Please help!

                        Hey this is very pathetic service, u deducted my money and money to updated to car fast tag, as u said i gave RRN number to fast tag merchant, u liers, cheater I will sue u, IAM ASKING U NICELY R U GUYS GOING TO REFUND MY 100 RS OR NOT, FAST TAG MERCHANT SAID MY CAR NUMBER WAS NOT UPDATE SO THE RECHARGE I HAVE DONE WITH MY CAR NUMBER DO NOT WENT THROUGH, I AM WARNING U REFUND MY MONEY, I WILL SUE U AND FILE LEGAL CASE IN COURT, VERY PATHETIC WASTE ZERO NEGATIVE SERVICE, ### REFUND MY MONEY. I WILL TELL U AGAIN MY CAR NUMBER WAS NOT UPDATED SO MONEY DIDN'T WENT THERE, PATHETIC SERVICE MOBIWIK REDUND MY MONEY.                           On 24th July 2020 an unauthorized transaction took place from my sbi account of Rs.8719/-. As the msg came in on my wife's phone she didinot notice it until today 29th July 2020. The transaction is by debit card
                          OTHPG 303542 Mobikwik Gurgaon . I immediately blocked my card and lodge a complain in bank. I did not used this card for a long time and my wife also did not tell any one the otp. Please refund the amount if possible.

                                  I have applied for moratorium for my above mentioned loan account on 30.06 & 03/07, but later i found on the date of 05/07 emi clearing was done and bounce charges has been debited, later a representative from collection called me for clearing the bounced amount.

                                    I have use Mobikwik for recharging BSNL mobile no. "[protected]" on 24th July-2020. After getting the 'Technical Problem' error message, I use another wallet for recharge the same mobile.

                                    But when checked, I discover the same recharge was successful with two different Wallet.

                                    When I went to 'Help' section in Mobikwik app, there is nothing about this recharge. BSNL customer care told me, one of the recharge value out of two recharges was forbidden.

                                    I want my money back, pleas HELP.
