    Hi I was transferring the amount from [protected]-mobikiwki wallet to brother mobikiwki number but by mistake miss of one number it got transfer to wrong number on 31/05/2020 on 11:11:pm

    Amount 9500 Rs
    But the number it's not reachable when I m contacting to the customer care number they are not responding to issue so what should I do bcoz it's huge amount

      In the date 23rd january 2020 i noticed that an unauthorized transaction of amount 59000 happened from my sbi credit card. The details of transaction suggest that this transaction happened via mobikwik. Just few day before of the incident i have download the mobikwik app and add my credit card on there, but i did'nt make any kind of transaction from mobikwik. Therefore i hope that this transaction was unauthorized so i am requesting to refund my money.

        Asked to register through the online in order to get the details of the company. After registering it showed 50rs will be deducted and i have given my bank details. They deducted total of 5050 from my bank. It happened on june 15 around 4pm. I called the customer. They said they will refund my amount within 24 hours and asked to enter the details in the link they provided. But 2 days gone still my money didn't got credited.
        Below is the message i got after transaction
        Your a/c * is debited with rs 5050.00 at pur/one mobikwik systems p/gurgaon. Avbl bal is rs 21.44.

        Please credit my money as soon as possible.

        Below are the screen shots of the transaction. It showed as transaction got failed but 5050 rs got deducted as mentioned above. Please solve the issues as soon as possible.I want my money back.Please do needful.

          Please help me to get my fifty thousand rupees. I have lost fifty thousand rupees from my account when I was sending money to my brother's SBI account via mobikwik application on June 13 th, still not get the money. They're not responding. They don't care about others money, i want my money back. I'm very disappointed and anxious, I'm sleepless.

              I got a call stating that they are from naukri. They informed me that there is some technical issue regarding my registration with naukri and they are going to refund it. I checked truecaller to identify whether it's a genuine call and it was showing naukri. So i thought it's genuine and did what they asked. They told they will transfer amount to mobikwik. I don't have mobikwik wallet. So they told they will give an id and i could login through it.in the spur of the moment i did what i was told. They asked me to fill my card details there so that they could transfer the money to my bank account. While clicking add money and providing my card details i was thinking that by providing my details they will make transfer to my account. It was only when an amount was deducted i became alert. I asked the girl why amount was deducted she told that it was not supoosed to happen and she will check. Then she transferred phone to another person who seemed to be her senior. He asked my cvv and 6 digits of card. I told that's not possible and later i gave in thinking that it's only six digits. I even checked google it's ok to share the six digits. After that he put my call on hold. That's when i doubted whether it's a fake call. By that time i had lost rs.3850/-. Am attaching the mobikwik no. To which amount was transferred. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I came to know from google that there are scams like this happening a lot. Even though the amount i lost was small compared to others who have lost more. I dont want them to cheat anyone anymore by keeping silent.

                  I got a call from a person named ashok mehra claiming to be representative from sbi creditcard department.
                  He asked me to do online redemption of rewards point pending in my credit card that will encash my account with 9000.
                  When i proceeded as per his instruction, on the completion i suddenly received a message on my mobile that a huge amount rs. 77475 has been debited from my credit card.
                  And he disconnected the call and his mobile is out of service now. His mobile no. Are [protected] and [protected]

                    Today at 15.30 pm i made payment of rs. 74 for providing validity recharge for bsnl prepaid cell phone no. [protected] and remitted the amount by hdfc credit card and the ack number provided by you is mobikwik14684 on[protected]. Till now the bsnl prepaid cell [protected] has not been activated with the validity recharge and i have to visit a shop and get the validity done. How can you fraudulantly eat my money and has not provided the service. You have not credited back my amount also. Please give the credit immediately to my account.

                      I had taken a loan from dmi finance mobiwiki of rs 50, 000 whose emi started from may 19 and was supposed to be closed on april 20 but i am still getting message about the payment also when i downloaded the statement of loan one payment of june 2019 was missing i have attached the screenshot of the payment made on june.
                      I had also reported the issue with dmi finance executive on whatsapp and mailed to [protected]@dmifinance.in on 21 june 2019, raised a complaint and had conversation with some executive of dmi finance and mobiwiki multiple times but issue haven't resolved yet and i am getting calls and messages every month this is not professional at all

                        Worst app for bill payments, i paid eb bill through mobiki app in upi option before 2 days of last payment date. The bill was not paid or the money wasn't credited back. 1st time, customer care said the money is credited back to my account after detailed enquiry. But wasn't credited to my account. Secondly, customer care said, they will refund on 7th to 10th day from payment date... What, if my eb connection gets disconnected in mean time... The situation will be very worst in case of medical payment urgencies, if this case persists? Plz take necessary steps, so that no one gets pushed and affected to it's worst...

                                  Myself Monisha. 28/5/2020 at 3:00 Pm I got a call from a girl. she told me that she was calling regarding job interview. Since I was already searching for a Job, I used to get Job calls everyday for interview so I believed this call also. She told me that the registration fee will be Rs 49 and she gave me this link ( https://nakuriupdate.com ) . I have filled the form and then at the Payment page, it was clearly Rs 49. But I got a error at the payment page and have told her that I'am getting error and she told me that she asked me for the OTP and I have no Idea that they would take money using OTP and provided her my OTP. and then I got a Text from bank that Rs 10, 049 was deducted from my account. I NEED MY MONEYYY

                                    I personally contacted mobikwik costumer support team through facebook several times from 24 may till today, but no proper response received from team. I've done 2 transactions on https://www.sastasundar.com using mobikwik wallet, and both transaction got failed. Under mobikwik transaction history also it is clearly visible, but mobikwik is not refunding my money.
                                    Transaction done on 24 may and today is 01/06/2020. Almost 8 days gone, for failed unsuccessful transaction we get auto refund in 24 hours, but i've not received any refund till now. Kindly, refund balance to wallet.
