I had adding money of 590rs before 3 days to my mobikwik wallet... Money got deducted from my bank account but not transferred to wallet yet.. I had also registered complain nd report against them before 2 days but none have given any response to my issue.. I request them to transfer my money as soon as possible otherwise i will take strict action on this company very soon..

    I had purchased 2 amazon gift cards total worth 664 rs on mobikwik today but still didn't get my amazon gift card and my bank has deducted that balance. First i had buyed a gift card worth 332rs but it didn't become successful then i buyed it again and didn't get that too but after this my bank deducted total 664 rs and i want a refund or my amazon gift card. Plz solve this problem as soon as possible.

    On 19/03/2020 I had purchased a Amazon gift card worth 332 RS and used 16rs as super cash but after buying this my bank deducted 316rs balance but I didn't received Amazon gift card so I buyed it again but it again deducted my bank balance and I didn't received any gift card.i want refund or both Amazon gift card.plz help me as soon as possible

    I have made mobile bill using mobikwik and amount got deducted but i see there is no payment made against my number even after deducting the amount. I want to look into this and solve my issue. I have reached customer care many times and i see no response and i have written this complain over the application and it's been 3 days no one is looking.

      While login it shows user disabled then how i will make the zip outstanding and mobikwik is charging penalty. After sending so many mail to their help desk regarding the problem but they are not taking any action to solve my problem. Till now my user is disabled. Mobikwik is charging penalty upon penalty and says that it will affect your cibil score.

        β€Œ dear sir/mam,
        β€Œon march 17th 2020 tried to purchase amazon gift card for 549 and applied supercash and paid rs 521.55 through debit card and filled in otp. Money has been deducted from bank account. I also complained in mobikwik customer support and my ticket id is 14203305 i didn't got any response from mobikwik. And i neither received amazon gift card nor any refund. I request you to refund or give amazon gift card as early as possible.

            I did credit card bill payment in mobikwik app money deducted from account and refund not happening, we tried lot many times to contact customer care but provided by them but all are switched off, as of now 20 days completed but I didn't get any solution from .

              See i tried to purchase an amazon gift card from mobikwik on march 14th worth rupees 353. I did the transaction through debit card and when i filled in the otp i received a message from the bank that the money has been deducted but from the mobikwik side there was just constant buffering and after reopening the app i came to see that the transaction was in pending state earlier when some transaction went into a pending state it used to be cleared out on that very day but it's been 4 days now now so i request mobikwik to help me out i have not been able to raise a ticket on their app because transaction history is not showing there.               I've today received the refund. It's not that Mobikwik is a fraudulent company or something. It's just that A. They don't have cooperating and responding customer support. B. They are sometimes very late in the case of refund and fulfilling recharges and payments.

              I made electricity bill payment of β‚Ή804 through mobikwik upi and my super coins used are around 30 the amount paid through mobikwik upi is β‚Ή770 I made transaction on March 5th and today is 16th of March almost 11 days but their is no response from mobikwik and no sign of refund and any message regarding complaint I think mobikwik is fraud

                    During the due course of a conversation, he asked me to install the mobikwik app

                    I was shocked when i checked my bank balance after the conversation

                    He frauded with 2 transactions (A) 1026/- (B) 5000/-

                        Hi,
                        Ticket no.#14109242.
                        On 5th, march 2020, i want pay my credit card bill for rs.1726/- through mobikwik. Wallet balance is rs.9.69/.
                        To add money, i transferred rs.1719.11/- through upi. My account debited. But credit card was not credited and wallet balance also rs.9.69/- only.
                        Immediately i made compliant through 'help'.
                        There onward, i have not received any response. And it is showing 'in progress'.
                        How can i get money back..

                        Still my above complaint are not resolved. Please take necessary action against Mobikwik.
                        Electricity bill payment rs 464.61 (5:41pm) on Mobikwik, debited by Paytm bank 13.03.2020.But not success and money paid on zaak epayment services, sir please refund my money

                            I have made 10000 rs from wallet to my citi bank on 3rd march but the amount is debited from wallet not credited into account. I have raised compliant using help button on 3rd march itself ticket number 14018239 still the issue not solved. I have checked with my bank also there is no issue from bank end.

                            I have tried to contact you via customer care no one picking call waited nearly 2hrs. I reported in twitter account also no one responding to my tweet.

                            Kindly do the needful asap basis.

                              Yesterday I did Reliance Jio recharge of Rs. 555/- for my wife number [protected] by Mobikwik app Rs. 555/- deducted from my Bank account but recharge not done. Since tried many times on customer care number of Mobikwik many times but no one is picking phone. Also I did report to Mobikwik helpdesk which complaint is still not been responded by Mobikwik helpdesk team.

                              It is my request to Mobikwik team please refund my money or make recharge to my wife number of Rs. 555/- which has been deducted from my bank account.
                              Otherwise I am going to file complaint to consumer forum of India regarding this cheating.

                                I made a recharge through mobikwik wallet vide transaction id: xxxxxxxxx2730 of rs.399 as on[protected]. The mobile number recharged is xxxxxx7692 idea. Total amount 399 (-) super cash applied 19.94=paid 379.06.

                                For that amount deducted from my card rs.379.06. But recharge is not successful. Supercash also not updated. History shows "paid from card (#orderid:xxxxxxxxx2730)".

                                Please refund my amount.

                                  I have taken loan of 4000/- from wifi cash loan app..., while repaying the same amount today at 10/3/2020 through mobiwik transfer money got debited but didn't credit in wifi cash account... Even it is not reflecting in the transaction history, kindly solve the issue as early as possible, it is for medical purpose i opted for loan and want to continue transcations in future, which might make blacklisted...

                                    Hi sir,
                                    I paid my credit card bill payment of 2000 rs in which 1987 from my account and 13 rs from wallet in one transaction how ever my wallet amount of 13 rs was not debited from this transaction but 1987 rs was debited from my account when i logged a complaint with mobikwik they stated this transaction was successful if this is successful i want to know why my credit card bill was not yet processed and why 13 rs from my wallet amount was not yet debited and this transaction was not shown in the history aswell i need my 1987 rs to my account please help it's more than 8 days no resolution yet provided by mobikwik for tue ticket i have raised with them

I have made number of complaints against this and seems no one is reacting to those or working on my complaints. It's been 6 days and no one is responding properly. I want someone to look into this.

                                      Both the numbers of customer care are not working
                                      If possible I would give mobikwik a negative rating.. they are looting people like this and not bothered about all the complaints it's been 10days and they still didn't provide me the solution.

                                        On 21-feb-2020 in the last from 12 to 13 pm) hrs i got several message for fraud activity transaction and there is huge amount deducted from my account. Below are the details β€”

                                        I still didn't get my amount refunded, which was supposed to credited by 25-feb-20 but today is 27th now? Please tell me the reason why immediately n credit the amount before 4 pm today. My wallet is blocked so i cant check anything.
                                        Resolve this is on highest priority.

                                        If they do not refund my money ( Which is 40000 INR) by 26-March-2010, I will be lodging the FIR against the company and Bimal who is the owner of the company.

                                        Hi, i am using Mobiwik app While transferring money from Wallet to Bank, an amount Rs.9990, the transaction failed and deducted from the wallet and not credited bank account also.The customer service was horrible after waiting 35 mins also no one picking up the call. No response from Mobiwik team also.

                                        I had asked to recharge my mobile, ([protected]) amt.Rs.219, on Dt. 19/01/2020, through SBI Debit card. but recharge was failed, money has not been transferred in my account yet. Pl do the needful in this regard.
