I had recharged my electricity bill of rs 1416 (Kerala board) through mobikwik app. On checking it is found that the recharge is not succesful and the amount had been debited from my account. The order id is 903ea76594a0. The recharge is done on 04..4.2020. Even i had contacted kerala electricity board and state bank of india. Even they came into the opinion it is the mistake of mobikwik application and they even said there are frequent complaints of this type aginst mobikwik and other online payment applications. Please look into the complaint and take necessary action. If not, i may even go to consumer court on behalf of my complaints and other who are facing these sort of complaint as am an advocate. So either credit the amount into my account as soon as possible or make the recharge successful.

    I paid my icici credit card bill of rs 19000 of month march, on 3st april using mobikwik mobile app but not updated yet in bank account please check the detail

    Mobikwik said 48 hour to complete the payment but still payment is pending
    Please help me because after 5 may icici bank charges me to late payments fee so please sir you say mobikwik company add payment with late payment fees of payment because mobikwik company said 48 hours but not complet payment through this time of period

    I have sent too many mails to company and calling to customer care number but no one is replying
    I also trying to contact zaak epayment services private limited for related concern but also they are not replying,

      Hello,

      On march 22, 2020 i added 10000 rs in my mobikwik wallet. But, only 7120 rs was added in my wallet.

      In history, it shows 10000 rs added successfully and in next transaction it shows "wallet debit against mk010088n7el" and 2880 rs is deducted from the wallet. There is no invoice or detail of this transaction. I've tried contacting customer care but so far i haven't got any proper response.

      Only response from customer care is that amount is debited against previous unsuccessful transaction (Mk010088n7el).

      I asked mobikwik for details about this "mk010088n7el" transaction but no response from mobikwik team.

      This transaction is illegal... I need my money back in my wallet.

        Today my wallet account no. [protected] having issue o[censored]ser disabled. Kindly enable it my amount of 10000 stuck in account. And i need it urgent as you aware that already crisis is going on. Kindly enable it, i have shared doc, s on mail. Pl. Do needful. Pl.           payment is debited but not get transaction receipt

          On 26 march 2020 i made a electricity bill payment transaction rs 2380. The transaction is done on mobiqwik app and that time i appiled supercash rs 35 for that transaction. When i was doing that transaction the the wrong cvv i first time enter in that perticular transaction so the money not deduct. Transaction get decline. Later on i made next transaction same way for same litebill.in that transaction otp and all the things i put proper...

          I have done my credit card bill payment on 21/03/2020 and 22/03/2020 of rs.1000/- each through mobikwik the amount was debited from my account (Screenshot attached) but the transactions failed.. Refund was initiated from mobikwik for the failed transactions on 23/03/2020 (Screenshot of concerned mail and transaction history of application attached) but the refund amount is not credited to my account till date (Screenshot of bank statement attached)

            Hello, i did a international recharge (From india to indonesia) of rupees 535 but the recharge was failed so i retried 3 more times but it failed all the times. I got the email from mobikwik that they refunded the money to original payment source but when i checked my bank balance and bank statements, the money was deducted but no refunds. Please check the issue. Thanks!

              All attempts to report the fraud in the site are being cleverly warded off.
              My first transaction with them has not been a good experience so far. Please direct refund the amount to my credit card immediately.

                    Hello sir, on 23rd march 2020. I used mobikwik app to purchase amazon e-gift card worth rs 678. I used my debit card as a payment mode. Amount got deducted from my account is 644.1 and 33.89 by applying super cash. But still i have not received the gift card from mobikwik. I already raised a complaint on this but no response from mobikwik. I am posting my transaction details below.

                    They called me ...and asked for some kind of otp ...they were not willing to speak in english ..i cant understand as well ...so i didnt share the otp which was sent to my mobile ...becoz mobikwik itself says they wont call or mail ask for otp ...so i told them that and they put down my call ... Later another call came but it wasnt clear ...so i cut that too ...and later came the notification of my gift card .

                    Beware of this guys who call u as on behalf of mobikwik ...i think they are frauds ...this guy called me now and asked me for the details for my card and all ...but i refused and he cut the call ...when i called back his cellphone was switched off ...so better be careful of these kind of predators .

                          I had adding money of 590rs before 3 days to my mobikwik wallet... Money got deducted from my bank account but not transferred to wallet yet.. I had also registered complain nd report against them before 2 days but none have given any response to my issue.. I request them to transfer my money as soon as possible otherwise i will take strict action on this company very soon..

                            I had purchased 2 amazon gift cards total worth 664 rs on mobikwik today but still didn't get my amazon gift card and my bank has deducted that balance. First i had buyed a gift card worth 332rs but it didn't become successful then i buyed it again and didn't get that too but after this my bank deducted total 664 rs and i want a refund or my amazon gift card.                             On 19/03/2020 I had purchased a Amazon gift card worth 332 RS and used 16rs as super cash but after buying this my bank deducted 316rs balance but I didn't received Amazon gift card so I buyed it again but it again deducted my bank balance and I didn't received any gift card.i want refund or both Amazon gift card.plz help me as soon as possible

                              While login it shows user disabled then how i will make the zip outstanding and mobikwik is charging penalty. After sending so many mail to their help desk regarding the problem but they are not taking any action to solve my problem. Till now my user is disabled. Mobikwik is charging penalty upon penalty and says that it will affect your cibil score.

                                ‌ dear sir/mam,
                                ‌on march 17th 2020 tried to purchase amazon gift card for 549 and applied supercash and paid rs 521.55 through debit card and filled in otp. Money has been deducted from bank account. I also complained in mobikwik customer support and my ticket id is 14203305 i didn't got any response from mobikwik. And i neither received amazon gift card nor any refund. I request you to refund or give amazon gift card as early as possible.

                                    I was transfering a payment of 10000 inr yo my friends ACCOUNT but due to low internet speed transaction didn't complete but payment deducted from my account there's no history of This transaction in mobikwik app but it's in idbi app so I'm uploading that image i want to ask you to add a customer care service for mobikwik so we can tell our problems easily and ask for quick help thanks in advance
