On 5th, march 2020, i want pay my credit card bill for rs.1726/- through mobikwik. Wallet balance is rs.9.69/.
To add money, i transferred rs.1719.11/- through upi. My account debited. But credit card was not credited and wallet balance also rs.9.69/- only.
Immediately i made compliant through 'help'.
There onward, i have not received any response. And it is showing 'in progress'.
How can i get money back..
