Mobikwik has stolen all my contact numbers from my phone and using abusing language with my all contact number by calling one by one because of i have not paid my emi on time.
My friend receiving phone by mobile no.[protected] and [protected].

Sir my request you to please take action because without permission how can mobikwik team collect all my contact numbers.

    I had made payment of Rs.10, 000/- towards Airtel broadband number [protected] through your site on the 16th December 2019 at 19:56:44 Hrs. It was paid through HDFC Bank credit card. But, I am getting payment reminders. The Airtel officials are contacting me about non-payment and are asking for further details and mention that since it is a third party site, they are unable to check further. I have made such payments earlier also through your site, this is the first time, I am getting such a reminder. I am at a loss to understand the reasons / delays in payment from your side to Airtel. Please advise. I expect resolution in the next 48 hours.

      Dear sir, i have transferred amount of 108 rs from my mobikwik wallet and bank to make a recharge for my JIO number. I faced several issues while recharging my number because of which number entered is wrong for one digit.I tried to call mobikwik customer care several Times but nobody responded.
      So, please refund this amount into my mobikwik account number.
      On contacting to that person is not responding by not picking up my call, belonging to West Bengal state.

        I tried to recharge my uts r-wallet for booking train ticket and used mobikwik for upi payment
        The transaction was successful and money was deducted from my bank account but did not reflect in my uts r-wallet
        I have also attached screenshot of the transaction from my google pay account and uts r-wallet that shows what i said above...😤😤
        Please help me to get my money back or in the uts r-wallet...

          Electricity bill paid twice but amount not refunded to my bank account. On december 10 th 2019 i have paid the electricity bill.           Transaction ID MK[protected] and Transaction ID MK[protected]. These are the two transaction payments made for electricity bill and the transaction is failed. The amount is not refunded to the bank. please help me.

            Hi,
            My mobile no. Is [protected].
            I booked a ticket on easemytrip.com and applied the coupon in which i was supposed to get ₹400 instant discount and ₹400 cashback from mobikwik’s side.
            I got ₹400 discount but didn’t recieve the casback. I complained about this to easemytrip they said to complain about it to mobikwik and they are not accepting the calls. Please look into the matter. I would be thankful.

              Someone sent me 2000 money on mobikwik app but at that time i had not created my account on mobikwik. Then can u tell me where did this 2000 go? He has sent and it is showing transaction successful but if i had not created the account then where will i receive those money?

                I booked tickets with irctc using mobikwik gateway for payments. Subsequently i cancelled the tickets. The following amounts for tickets cancelled by me have been refunded by railways but not credited to my bank account so far.

                [protected] rs.900/- cancelled on 21.11.2019
                Received confirmation mails from irctc on 02.12.2019. I was informed that the amounts would be credited in 5 or 7 working datys.

                  Dear sir/madam on 10th of december 2019 i had 152 rs mobiwiki wallet balance and 150 rs of supercash balance was there in my mobiwiki account (720#407). Basically you can say total wallet balance of rs 152+150=302 rs.
                  I have added rs 1189 from my mobiwiki upi to my mobiwiki wallet (Please see screenshots of both of my bank account passbook and mobiwiki transcton history) then after adding money i got an email from the mobikwik which was saying that "₹ 1189 has been added to your mobikwik wallet" now your total wallet balance is rs 926.01 (Including my supercash balance of rs 150).
                  This way i got cheated from the company because after adding money of rs 1189 my total wallet balance should be 1189+302=1491
                  But was only 926.01 so what about my remaing amount of rs 565 kindly refund it back

                    I was trying to do a irctc payment from my mobikwik account & all of a sudden the payment got deducted & than all of a sudden the account got disabled & the money got stuck & i've been trying to contact them but it seems like it's impossible to get hold of them. And there is no email regarding the disabled account in my mails. I am seriously concerned like why & what the hell is going on?

                      This is d msg u had got... There is a reference number.. Just today on[protected] i used cash out app and transfered amount.. It is showed as transaction failed but amount is debited from my credit card but not credited to my account. Kinly clear the issue.

                      Just now that have cheated me an amount of Rs.3251 from my Sbi account. They asked me to register by paying just Rs.99 to apply for new gas agency, and without seeing the Actual amount, as they asked for Rs.99 and I send the OTP no. abd they deducted Rs.3251 from my account.. feel cheated

                            I had ordered from zomato on 1 December 2019 with order # [protected]. The money deducted from my mobikwik wallet but due to payment gateway failure, the transaction failed. After that I contacted to zomato customer care and they asked me to wait for 5-7days. Today once again I contacted zomato customer care and they told me that they have already initiated the refund. But no money has been credited to my wallet. I request please help me out.

                                  My wife is a credit card holder of rbl bank.

                                  On 05/12/2019. She got a call, claiming to be from rbl bank.

                                  The caller is providing all the details of the customer. Like name, card no. Dob etc.

                                  That she is calling for rewardz points redemption. That today is the last date for redemption of the points.

                                  After convincing my wife. Finally she convinced her not to tell the card no/cvv verbally instead to enter it on phone keypad.

                                  She trusted that it could be from bank side and enter the details she asked for. (As banks do ask on ivr)

                                  2 transactions taken place one for rs.21, 000/- & other for rs.10, 500/- on mobikwik.

                                  At a time how mobikwik is allowing the customer to add such a huge amount.

                                  In paytm at one time one can add not more than 2000/-.

                                  In case any fraud happens to anybody.in the mean time the customer can become alert if the amount is in least amount. (Feature loss can be stopped)

                                  My suggestion is wallets, should not be given permission to add huge amounts. Instead of least denominations.

                                  If it is really required one can add multiple times.

                                  Mobikwik has become the platform for cheaters.

                                      Hi there was fraud from mobikwik wallet rs10450 on 19 november 2019. Complained to mobikwik they reverted that has been serious matter. Also complained to police. Fraud was hdfc upi from mobikwik app. Mobikwik has not got the refund. Not been using mobikwik wallet from one year. Never received opt for transfer. Have not done what needed by them.
