On 3/11/2019 today, i was transferring money from credit card to account, it showed error and i received message that amount has been added to wallet, but wallet showed zero balance, when i complained on app about same, they gave me ticket number 12733531 and my account was disabled, please help, what can i do about the same... Should i be patient or what action should i take

    My name is mohd imtiyaz khan.
    I paid my loan amount rupees 11542 through mobikwik app to cashbean loan services
    On 31 october 2019 morning 8:48 am
    Money deducted from my account but not paid in cashbean application.
    Cashbean person calling me regularly and harrassing me to pay the loan amount i had only money that i paid.
    Please help me

    Sir I have taken boost loan of 50000 from mobikwik I was not able to pay 2 installments. I have paid my last month installment but recovery agents are calling me and using abusing language. They are also calling to my relatives and family members at late night and abusing with them.

            Sir,
            My mobikwik account no [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com. I send rupees 9564 to a mobikwik account of [protected]@ikwik on 21st oct, 2019 at 9:11 pm having upi transaction id[protected].
            Money was deducted from my account but didn't added to respective mobikwik account.
            Please solve this problem. For this i am greatfull to you. With regards

              I have received a call from unknown person on 22-oct around 2 pm to 2:30pm and asking about credit card limit increase and life time validity free voucher and took my credit card details and unauthorised transaction was done of amount 2, 10, 000

              And fraud transaction was ďone

                  I was got a call from shine.com on 22.10.19, one lady has told me that she will refund my registration amount of around rs.6000. She told me to transact rs.10 but when i enter for rs.10 transaction, rs.30000 was deducted from my hdfc bank account on 22.10.19 through zaakmobikwik app. It was deducted as rs.10000 in each transaction for three times. Then i blocked the card. I don't know how it happens. Please support with your end and kindly check in detail and help me out.

                    Mobikwik Service request number 12189990

                    Based on the above request, Mobikwik systems Pvt Ltd has blocked my wallet with value of Rs.10, 000.on 12th Sep 2019.

                    But there is no proper response from Customer care no.[protected] and direts to contact Mobikwik Fraud Team at[protected]. But not even a single time in past 2 Months, this number has been answered.

                    I want this issue resolved as soon as possible since my money has been locked for nearly 2 Months. Or atleast a proper response from Mobikwik would give me clarity.

                      There was a fraudulent transaction done by amex card : 3798 [protected] request to mark this transaction as fraud and already raised complaint in cyber security bangalore police. Also communicated to the bank and asked for dispute. As the otp was not entered by me (Card holder - nandan kumar) and somehow hacked in between and the card is now blocked. Please provide the details of type of transaction. Already tried communicating with mobikwik to flag this transaction but not able to connect with the customer care.                         As i have reported some fraudulent transactions, mobikwik had disabled my wallet on 2nd oct 2019. Later the transactions are cancelled and money was refunded to wallet.

                        From that day, i am requesting mobikwik to enable my account back via email to [protected]@mobikwik.com. They are not replying. The support mail id [protected]@mobikwik.com never accepts mail and will always bounce. I called customer care phone[protected] and told this issue once, getting this number is a luck. It will pick the call once if you try 10 times.

                        Now mobikwik had generated the zip bill and asking me to pay. I have mailed them multiple times without the wallet being re-enabled i cannot pay it, as there is no other option. But they are not responding but keep on sending me sms and email to pay the bill and warning me it will affect my cibil score. Now they added penalty also to that, means they know i cannot pay the bill, still they are troubling me like anything.

                        Same problem i have facing
                        my query is - while i was doing recharge without my knowledge you mobikwik enabled zip wallet service and debited amount from that wallet which I didn't prefer. I will always prefer bank account menthod of recharge. I am ready to pay only the actual recharge amount (which is rs. 449) . And I am not ready to zip service additional amounts because it was not choosed by me, those got enabled without my knowledge.

                        I have raised ticket regards so far no response and reached through customer care number also no response yet.

                            By transfer money credit card to bank amount, balance moved from credit card to mobikwik balance but not transfer to bank account.

                            In the sense mobikwik balance also showing zero balance but mentioned as bank refund, don't know my list bank or mobikwik bank.

                            Could you please solved my problem as soon as possible.

                              Hai sir or madam.
                              In pvr app i have booked a 2 ticket and its asked for payment confirmation... And gave portion of payment and mobikwik... I selecte mobikwik app and its asked for. Debit card payment i add card number n add money rs.539 it deducted in my bank account and the ticket is not booked but money is cut from my account and i called to pvr customer care and asked for payment details... They said the tickets is not booked by your app but my money is deducted to me... I have a proof of deduction with me.

                                [protected] this is no. of club factory .. tand this person scam my 5000 rupee . please help me out. and rrach this person. transection done to Mobikwik..i was searchinf to club factory helpline no. and i got this no. as i mention u. above [protected] . and person started talking with me .i was talking about my refunf so this person tald me that u have install some software and install it and guy lead me in distraction . he ask about my bank detail for refund and give it. it i got scam of 5000 rs. the transection done with two way 2000 and 3000 respectivly .. please help me out transection d9ne to Mobkwik portal through my icici bank debit card . please capture thisbperson and help me out as sson as possible . fraud fraud fraud. i m just crying ..

                                  Amount deducted from the icici credit card but the amount not credited into the mobikwik wallet. I have the reference number of transaction[protected] from the icici on 7-oct 2019 but there wasn't any response from the mobikwik customer care. Could someone please respond to this. Its been more than 15 days i have been working out regularly with customer care of mobikwik but there is only one answer... It takes 7 working days to resolve but there is no solution

                                    Kindly i am paying the bill of my credit card with mobikwik app on 19 oct 2019 my amount 4000 rs is deducted but not credited to my credit card or not refunded to my account... I pay this amount on 19 oct but til 22oct no amount is received my me... There is no resolution and no one answered me and not received my call.. Kindly reply me soon... Otherwise i will reported.. And also complained in bank to fraud transaction.. So tell me and returned my money..

                                      I have raise a ticket for fraud transactions happened on my credit card.
                                      The ticket id is 12608391 but i am not getting any response. The police have blocked the fraudulent wallet and confirmed that my money has been saved.

                                      I want mobikwik to refund the amount to the original payment method which is my credit card but nobody is reverting.

                                      Request you to please help me out with the same.

After 3 days there is no clarity on this situation.Mailed and raised the complaint on the Android App there is no solution
