Hi mobikwik this is the second time that for your incapability of providing better service i had to suffer.
If paying credit-card bill is a big deal than you shouldn’t have put that option right???. If a failed transaction for a mobile recharge can be refund back within a minute than why my refund process is taking such a long time???. Again since i paid through by bank account so i need my refund back in my bank account.

Complaint marked as Resolved Issue solved but try to solve the issue within user & service provider don't let it happen that the situation goes to complaints forum.Again since last night i'm receiving many call's telling me that they are calling from mobikwik asking information like Debit-card no etc, today also i received a calling at 6 am regarding my issue most surprising is that they were unaware of that my issue has been resolved. when i told them that my issue is resolved, they used to turn the discussion in another way telling me that i have receive a cashback of RS 100. I'm getting calls repeatedly lastly i had no option but to switch-off my phone.
